I called to see how soon a Truck could get to us. Unfortunately they were tied up. I told them I'd call back if I couldn't find anyone sooner. A little while later I get a phone call, it was the S&R driver. He wanted to know if we still needed a tow. I told them we found one but I really appreciate the call back. You don't really find service like that anymore. We really appreciated the call back.

Jody, in the office was so helpful and nice.I had rolled my van which was full of tools, dog grooming supplies, my sewing machine, Christmas gifts, etc...A stressful situation. Jody assured me that whatever was in my van would still be in it.Every item was there and she actually helped me.Thank you Jody and S&R Towing for keeping my things safe.

I love this place they were very helpful and very nice in assisting me with my car. Dodi was very understanding and sympathetic to my situation and went above and beyond to do everything she could to help. Even the tow truck driver was awesome thanks guys!

Robbery, lies, outrageous fees, target the poor.Definitely part of the problem. They charge more than legally determined to be an exceptable rate per day. It's really sad these people live their lives feeding on the misfortunes of others. Service not listed because car theft isn't on the list of options or I would have checked it!!!!!
