This was a terrible experience.I ordered my food online from this place. They told me the dinner wasn't ready when I got there at 6:35 p.m., even though it was supposed to be delivered at 6:30 p.m. In response to my inquiry about the delay, they assured me that the chicken would be crispy and offered me the option to cancel if I preferred. I'm curious about the difference between the several kinds of customer service that KFC offered and why their staff advised against canceling the purchase. The food I ordered to be picked up at 6:30 was actually delivered to me at 7:12 pm. Depressing level of service.Parking: good

Manager talks poorly to employees and about them. Not professional at all. Team Members should report her teach her a lesson about speaking bad about someone else but wanting others to respect you. Fraud advertisement has made me waste my time and front two cashier seems like they are acting as king. First time , Mercedy told me it is okay to receive my $20.49 coupon which is 10pc mix chickens but as soon as they find out they are ran out of crispy chicken. They refuse to accept my coupon so I ask them the reason but this location is not accepting this 10pc coupon thing. VERY BAD !!!!!

The food is amazing can't deny that, but from observing each time I've entered the store I notice the there is one person rushing all the employees telling them to pick up the pace as she stands there walking back and forth with nothing in hand getting frustrated because her team isn't moving as fast as she wants them to, but it was 1 person on the line and someone else making food so they could have food. It's unfair for the employees and if that's the manager I feel bad for the management here because that's not a team.Work with doordash so, I am constantly in and out this store I get my business from here the most. There are 2 people who stand out to me the most. I see them working hard everytime regardless of the pressure they are put under. Props to them for doing this game, but notice it be so busy they haven't sat down, catch their breath. I spoke with a different employee one day to ask if they get breaks. He responded with "Whenever his manager is there and the store is super busy they can have a team and not be short staffed he would still have to wait because he's the best packer. Get those people out of there and you can go on break after and that's if the rush stops"That's saddening to hear.I recommend to every employee whose going through this to contact Department of Labor and file a complaintThey will do an investigation, but if enough of you complain that manager will be fired the same day of filing the complaint.The employees don't look happy here. I convinced my husband to eat there since he had eaten it before and I loved it but he didn't want to, in the end he said ok and we went to buy the biggest basket they had, to my surprise it's the worst chicken I've ever tasted in my life without exaggeration, an extra moist dough, nothing to do with crispy and I asked for a mix and they gave me everything just as sad, if I could upload a video of this chicken so you can understand what I'm talking about, now I have 16 pieces of chicken that nobody wants eat.

Saturday September 30 at 5:30 pm I pull up to order and asked to wait, no problem except I waited more than 10 minutes so I pull up to the window and again nobody even looked my way, they melted walking past the window never looking my way at all. 15 minutes past and cars started pulling up behind me. So I blow my horn an the tall black guy yells out something. I left and went to subway. How can they even continue to employ these idiots!

This is a combination kfc and long john silvers. Which are hard to find, not to mention this is the only long john silvers in the high desert. I go here often and the food is always good. The kfc always tastes good and so does long john silvers. And the long john silvers is always fried well, it is rarely ever burnt or overly greasy. Most of the time here the service is good and the employees are nice. The chicken planks from long john silvers here are amazing! And so is the kfc chicken and mashed potatoes as well! I work here at this location now, and it’s an amazing place to work at!

I ordered from this KFC already two times. I ordered from this place thinking I can give them a second chance both times I received soggy chicken. This place needs to be looked at and needs better management the guy I talked to couldn’t even provide me with his name or the corporate number to complain about his customer service very unprofessional. I just got done paying 65 dollars for the chicken and just wanted the mistake corrected but no what I received was a rude supervisor. I do not recommend you eating at this KFC to anyone.

I went to this location and had Long John silver's and I got to tell you it was terrible I had it too before anything good but today that food was old the chicken place was burnt and taste like old oil the same with the shrimp and the fish I've been trying to call them all day they can get my money back I've had no luck nobody answers the phone there it goes right to answering machine and one number and then run the receipt is a number into a voicemail they doesn't have voicemail terrible terrible location

Today I went through the drive through and let me tell you the service was amazing! Katelyn was extremely Kind and made sure to ask if I needed anything else including sauces ! She was very helpful and so nice as I placed my order and when I drove up to the window. Definitely very pleasant and I will be returning to this location! It's not very common to have a nice person take your order and make sure the customer is happy all at once! Made my night! Thank you Katelyn.

Went through drive thru tonight and got home and noticed my large coleslaw wasn't in the bag. I immediately called the location and was told that they would provide me with my missing coleslaw as well as another large side for the inconvenience. Got back to the store and spoke with the manager, Toni, and she was very polite and attentive and quick to solve the issue... with a smile.Her customer service was superb from beginning to end..She's definitely an asset to the brand!Thank you Toni! 😁

Terrible, my order was incomplete and not the first time, was treated with disrespect by super vicer Mr Herman if that’s his real name , was promised a extra large dish by so call manager Casandra that was not there when went back to claim my order. Mr Herman did nothing to make the customer happy instead was treated with disrespect and rudely, As a business owner once my self my customers always came first and where treated with respect.

Been in the restaurant business before and know certain tricks that are used to sell you food that you don’t throw away and this location is the worse i ordered the 24 Hot Wings and i specifically ask them are the wings fresh as usual they tell me that it will take 10 minutes to prepare would I like to wait and I said yes so after paying they have me go to the front and park while they’re preparing my order I got my order and went home all they did was reheat the old wings that was so hard to eat i just flat out lost my money makes you feel like you was robbed…!!!! In these trying times these business employ individuals that in order to make sure their business is ran properly the need to send in mystery shoppers cause a lawsuit will sure follow if they don’t….!!!!

Ordered 4 combos, got 4 drinks 4 sandwiches but 2 fries. They cant be this dumb it happened 2 times i feel like they do it on purpose. May 21st 2:45 pm. I was the only car on the drive thru, and still had to wait 15 minutes on the front only for them to forget 2 of my fries. Unacceptable.

New staff after COVID are friendly and the food is tasty. The eat in area is still pretty sparse with lots of empty floor space. More seating would be great.Parking: Hard to enter the center, but easy around KFC.Wheelchair accessibility: Two spaces by the door, but doors are manual and hard for disabled people.

No one working the front?Stood there for several minutes & no one even acknowledged us. I've worked retail & food service. If you're busy doing something, all you have to do is say, "I'll be right with you." It's not difficult to just acknowledge someone.Saved a few dollars by just leaving & cooking at home. 🤷‍♀️
