the guy working was to in a hurry to get to lunch he told me he couldnt help me with my son’s prescription because i didnt have the “white card” when i had his insurance and social security and they can look it up that way. lazy- unprofessional and sad because sick kids people and patients rely on the pharmacy for our medications.

This place is the cause of so many headaches for me. I call and they don't answer. They have a prescription sent in and they don't fill it until I call, which means I have to wait on hold forever. I go to the drive thru, they wait forever to see you. I know they're busy but I have seen them serve 10 people inside before getting to one person in the drive thru.They don't follow through on refills that are supposed to be automatic. I've ended up running out of my heart medication trying to get hold of them because they said they'd refill it automatically and then didn't. Then I couldn't get through to them. Then they said they'd get right on it. I called back to see if it was ready. Oh we'll get right on that. You mean the medication that was supposed to be ready a week ago? That I have now been out of for 3 days? That you just said would be ready 2 hours ago? Now you're going to start on it again?

was at CVS tonight don't think I'm going back again going to switch my prescription to another CVS.. but I've been going to this CVS. On Palmdale boulevard and 395 in adelanto shopping place, for the past 4 years and within the last 4 to 6months it has gotten so horrible .the wait times in the Drive-Thru is damn near 45 minutes to an hour. the wait time on the phone is about the same amount of time 45 minutes to an hour I don't know if they under New Management there was a pharmacist named Paul there it always ran good when he was there.. they need to do something different. Just horrible service they need to train their employees in the pharmacy I'm going to find out how to call the pharmacy board and I'm going to change my prescriptions to another CVS the service is horrible they need to train the people that's working in the pharmacy they giving you wrong information and then they're not looking up the right information call my prescription and she told me to be ready after 6:00 I got there at 6:02 date on my day was closed wrong information I go back the next day to get my medicine they tell me they have to order it she should have told me that the day before when she told me my medicine will be ready after 6:00 she could have told me that day instead of having me running back and forth they need better people in there and they need better training for that people I wouldn't suggest that CVS to no one horrible

I do not blame the pharmacy department for this complaint, but they desperately need more staff. It often takes half an hour or more to go through the drive-thru or the in-store line.As well, when I was calling in with a slightly complex issue, I was hung up on twice. I will admit that I may have been short on the second call because the phone menu is terrible and had already been hung up on once, but this is ridiculous.

Great experience at my neighborhood CVS. Glad this store had what I wanted. Plus, Diana was my cashier. I remember her from another store and she is always very cordial and kind and helpful to all the customers. I will definitely shop here again.

They gave my daughter pills then told me they were for treating dental pain but later looked it up and found out they were for other infections. Don't recommend.

In my opinion not a bad store but their prices on alcohol are not that great and they don't sell cigarettes... I usually gravitate towards Walgreens or right aid.

Great experience at CVS. Went inside to pickup some medicine and of course some goodies. Customer service was very helpful. Best CVS in Victorville. Hands down ✌🏽

Been waiting 3 days for my sons eye drops that the doctor called in. Cvs sent a text asking if I wanted it sooner. I replied yes. Said it would be ready at 540pm that day. 3 days later nothing and he has pink eye to top it off. Calling while I write this and no one is answering. With holding medical isn't cool at least call me or text me. Telling my doctor when he ask why my eyes eyes are so bad

This CVS filled a prescription for me when I was on vacation. Paul in the Pharmacy department was so very helpful that I believe he saved our trip. This was the second night of a two week trip -- he ensured I got all that I needed which meant I didn't have to drive all the way home to my pharmacy. It was so awesome that he could look up exactly what I needed by logging into the CVS computer. The store itself also was very pleasant. Each person entering was greeted and the store manager was operating the cash register in a super friendly manner. Their competence and great attitude meant a lot to us. Glad to be part of the CVS prescription service!

Make little to no effort to contact doctor of there is a problem with the prescription. Really insensitive. When prescription is good, or written correctly, they are pretty awesome here.This last go-round for me, thirty were insensitive, did not call me back, and made no effort to keep calling the doctor. It has been 3 days to get U.T.I. medications! I have been suffering. Original error was the doctor's but CVS was insensitive.

I really appreciate our CVS in Adelanto. It's convenient and easy to get to. What I really love about it is the UPS drop off and the text message confirmation but the package has been sent. I've had good and bad experiences with the cashiers but there's one who especially stands out. His name is Eduardo. He was kind and gracious very polite. I felt like I couldn't wait to come back and send another package. Other cashiers who work there have sent me back and forth from Line to Line and made me wait about 12 ft away due to covid and this is after the mask mandate was lifted for a vaccinated person. Thank you CVS

I was standing at register for quite some time. I could see the clerk in makeup dept, but she didnt acknowledge me. Finally, she approached register and then a girl appeared and she took her stuff snd started ringing it up. Still know acknowledgement, or explanation. The girl gave me an apologetic look. The clerk then askd for CVS card and girl said don't know if she has one. After entering her phone number it didn't come up. The Clerk then ask for another phone number. The girl said I don't think I have a card. The clerk then said come on your mother aunt somebody has a card. The girl started going through her phone to try to find another phone number. The 2nd phone number did not come up either. You could tell the girl was as annoyed as I was. Then the clerk spent more time convincing her to open a card. At that point I walked out of the store and went across the street to Walgreens instead. I had already wasted precious time waiting for a clerk to come to the register then she takes somebody in front of me doesn't even acknowledge my presence and then continues to waste more time of my time.

Called to ask about crutches to fit 4’9” woman. Male Store clerk unwilling to check. He didn’t think that they had crutches there and if they did pharmacy is the only one who can help you and they are closed. Or come there tomorrow and look around. I just wanted to know that they are available because I need a pair that is shorter than 5feet tall. Injured and can’t walk around.

Absolute garbage drive-up Covid testing. Waited 10 minutes for a person to get to the window, then another 40 min to get tested, that's with a reservation! Don't waist your time and fuel

Worst pharmacy I have been there multiple times and theres always a long line to pick up or drop off in the store or thru drive thru the waite is usually 30-1hr and the staff can be rude sometimes

Cvs drive-thru pharmacy sometimes they have the medications ready, sometimes they don’t. They are honest about wait times but I’ve shown up two times and they haven’t had the medications ready.
