Ok, day one for me is done. With that being said, as I do with all of my places of employment, I have read all of the comments and ratings so that I may better tend to the publics opinions and suggestions. I feel the same as many do. If this store were not the only option, chances are it would not be seeing the majority of the customers it does. From what I have seen thus far, there is a lack of effort and interest from employees from bottom to top. Workers show up late with little reprimand, shift duties are not being accomplished, and communication rather than being conveyed thru the proper channels, is reduced to gossip and negativity which only compounds problems and no solutions are found. I know that most who read this may deem this review as arrogant on my part being as I have only one day under my belt, but those who know my history with both google and my places of work know that this is the level of involvement I have in making places that pay me for my skills the best that they can be. The only way to make anything better is to acknowledge problems honestly and logically. Otherwise, resolutions will never be achieved. I also am well aware that people are so easily offended these days so if this upsets anyone both co-workers and customers alike, please let me apologize in advance as it is not my intentions to do so. Business is business, and from what I've learned, there is zero emotion in a business run successfully. There is only logic, statistics, and facts. Finally, I want it to be known that there are good people that work at White Oak, and with the right steps being taken the store has everything necessary to be a 5 star establishment and an ongoing even more solid cornerstone of the community. I will continue to read comments and reviews to better satisfy the wants and needs of those that choose White Oak to fulfill them. Thank you for your time. (Photos soon)

Super slow pumps that never get fixed, card readers at pumps stay broken for weeks, they were out of fountain drinks for about 6 months. They are lucky they are the only convenience store in town.

I enjoy the service and convenience ,it's clean and they have went thru some remodeling by fountain drinks but all is up and going .Mr schooley pictured in bk ground passed away in nov.2020 . Gd man truly missed .❤️to mrs.schooley ,mr .ken with you now .RIp

Wife went in to buy a drink, after 5 minutes she came back out empty handed. There wasn't any one inside to take her money because they were alloall smoking.

I had went into the store to get myself and my wife a pack of cigarettes and I had to go back out to the vehicle and make my wife get out of the vehicle and come into the store over a pack of cigarettes
