Friendly folks! Deli is good.... Well stocked

We went in there and bought over 60 dollars worth of stuff. One of the items was a 99 cent mamba candy. When we got to the parking lot we were looking for the candy and couldn’t find it anywhere. My daughter went back in with the receipt and explained that we didn’t have it. The manager Sandra told us that they would have to check the cameras. Now keep in mind I am 2 weeks out of neck surgery my head was starting to really hurt and I was tired we had just left church and I was already feeling it. All I wanted to do was go home and lay down. My sister in law goes in there at this point and informs them that I needed to get home and rest. One of the cashiers not the one that checked us out told them to just give us the candy and he would buy it for us. His name was Tyler I want to give him a big shout out he was amazing. As for everybody else I just want to say maybe we should find some classes on customer service. We were made to feel like we were stealing a 99 cent candy bar. It was just a big thing over something that could’ve been simple

They have well priced meat sales! If you haven't been paying attention Start now! When I get to shop for meat I try to shop at a Harps. They offer locally sourced products.

Great little store with competitive prices and cool employees. Pharmacy is fast, knowledgeable, and employees are all really nice. There IS a drive thru that you can use at the pharmacy. It's located at the front of the store just to the left of the front door. If you did not know that trust me you aren't the one. It's kind of an unassuming placement for a drive thru. It is there. Only problem with this store is that it closes at 6 PM. That's really annoying.

It's a little expensive but very conveniently located. They are pretty well stocked with a variety of things, and the employees are always helpful and nice. Good quality bakery things, such as muffins and cookies. Not impressed with the deli good at all but the employees who work their are super fun and nice, great attitude and sense of humor.

Leaving the bakery yesterday to check out with my lovely specialty cake, I was checked out by yet another treasure there in Harps. This sweet lady, Carolyn, had just the happiest personality and to many who shop and are busy and preoccupied, she's an amazing reminder what friendly is. I'm glad I shopped this store and wholeheartedly recommend it

What a treasure I found in this store! Brooke in the bakery took my thoughts and put them into the sweetest, most beautiful cupcakes for my birthday! I hope to be back for more treats in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend this location.

Love this place. Usually my last stop on the way home from town. Good prices and a good selection of groceries and a friendly staff. They have a deli and will sell you fried chicken.

Harp's is super expensive. Even when they put things on sale you pay more than at other stores, specially at the deli, bakery and for any ready-to-eat foods. Don't spend your hard-earned money here!

Nice little clean, freindly store. Produce a bit dubious. However, you have to watch what gets rung in. 1 out every third trip I get charged for something I didn't even buy,Or more often a disregarded sale price. Super nice staff.

Picked up an iced vanilla/chocolate ice cream swirl cake, topped with colorful confetti candies, as a last minute surprise for my "laboring" co workers on Labor Day! Robert, in the deli/bakery, was so very helpful, at the store and on the phone! Everyone was pleased with the surprise!

Was a pretty decent experience. We found must of the items we needed immediately however one proved quite difficult to find. Staff didn't seem to go out of their way to see if we needed help. We bout gave up till we noticed the item we searched for was sitting next to the cash register.

I went here when visiting some family in the area. I was impressed with their beer and wine selection for such a small town store. They carried many things, including clothes. The prices were very good. The cashier we dealt with was pleasant. I thought it was weird that she asked what my birthday was instead of asking for my ID when I purchased alcohol, but maybe the laws are different here from the state I'm from. Overall, a convenient store that I'll go to again next time I need something in the area.

I went into this harps yesterday, 6-7-22, with the intent of purchasing a carton of marlboro cigarettes. Was told that they did not have a carton of the best selling cigarette in the country. I asked them to sell me 10 packs at the carton price. The manager said no that there isn't much difference in price. Living on a fixed income every dollar is important. I normally spend $300 to $500 a month in that store. Guess what, you've succeeded in losing all of my business.Hope it was worth it to you.

Service was horrible went to harps to have some deli meat cut the lady behind the counter stated that she's by herself and she will not help us by cutting meat today then she called someone over and got in an argument with a manager and told her that she needs to cut meat or watch her cut it worst experience ever we left it was not even 8 in the morning left the store and told them that we're going somewhere else horrible service

Very clean. Locals working there are so friendly and courteous. Home town store at its best.Icy roads and employees still came in to open the store. Very considerant.Just got home from their meat sale. Some good buys.

It was good for a small town grocery store. Definitely what you would expect. Prices are higher, so if you don't want to pay more, get groceries wherever you live and bring them. Employees were nice and the store was clean. Fairly good selection.

Harps is an excellent market. It has a wide variety of specialty food items and the produce is superb. In addition to food items Harps has an extensive cooking utensil offering, blankets, gifts and novelties. In the spring Harps has a garden space where I buy most of my veggie plants and I have a 20 foot magnolia tree in my yard purchased there 10 years ago. It is a super clean store and the employees are always pleasant.P.S. They have the best fresh baked donuts around.

I go here because I have to Not because I want to. Well unless I want a great steak, or if I'm hungry for a bag of shrimp. I guess their vegetables are worth driving an extra 20 miles. They got freezer Stuff, and EZ microwave stuff.......... I guess I LIKE going to Harps Food Stores

Harps is a medium size Grocery store. It has basic common items. Due to lack of competition in this area it is usually higher in price on most items. I love variety on vegetables. It is basic there to, but fresh. The meats are usually fresh and good. Food is good, place is safe and clean. The cashiers are friendly and helpful.

My favorite grocery store in our area!!! Would love to have a Kroger that has everything from shoes to groceries like my daughter has up the road from her home in Little Rock, Harps is the next best thing + their employees are amazing!!!!!

I appreciate the fact that they take the time to help people one-on-one to find exactly what they need. They don't try to sell you something else.When you walk in the store they greet you and ask if they can help you find anything.I have never had one unpleasant experience. It's clean and the temperature is comfortable.They have an unbelievable selection of food and what our parents referred to as to Notions and Dry Goods when we were younger.All of the modern conveniences, yet with that small home town feeling.I really appreciate you all. I have shopped at both in Mountain Home and the one in Yellville.Yellville is closest to my home, so that's where I normally shop.Thanks Harps
