I have been a delivery driver for Flex since June. Most of the reviews I just read was complaints about the drivers. We do not get paid that much, we use our on vehicle, rough roads, drive for hours and for myself around 85-100 miles a day. I absolutely love working for them! Now people need to understand that we have a location circle on the app and we have to be in that circle in order to leave the package. We have to take a picture of the delivered package. If your dog acts aggressive we will NOT leave the package. Or you can also put your dog inside if you know we are coming. There is absolutely no reason a driver should leave your package where ever they want. That’s lazy.

Great place to work unfortunately for all the bad reviews there has been a bulk of new drivers to start working as flex drivers as well and even I got to witness one not reading the instructions on my delivery as well all I can recommend is don't be afraid when the app pops up that it was delivered to hit that thumbs down button and select what was wrong with the delivery even if it's as simple as they didn't put it where you requested or not at your address at all. For the ones receiving empty bags please be sure to go to the Amazon app or website and and report the problem that the item is missing. For the late packages it could simply be they haven't arrived at the distribution center yet or they didn't have a driver claim the route it was on no one intentionally is trying to make your stuff late but we can only do so much to be fair I think they shouldn't have brought in all the new drivers and let the older ones keep claiming double routes the ones who know how to move the geo fencing on the app. Or at least to call flex support so they can move it for you. I'm just a driver but I do want to apologize for the inconvenience all of you have experienced.

Not sure what happened delivery driver was six stops away but the package was never delivered. The road to the house is cleared so that's not an excuse honestly I think y'all need a phone number at Joe's distribution center so when stuff like this does happen someone can contact y'all

Said it was delivered, I didn't get a photo, Amazon wouldn't let me report it for 3 days. I searched my house, my neighbors, my mailbox, it is nowhere. Waited the additional days in case it was logged as delivered but not delivered??? (Amazon's suggestion). I have nothing to think except the driver wanted it? Supposedly left Yellville center with a driver who marked it as delivered. I can't find a number or I would call the yellville hub.

Explain to me how a package arrives there at 12:11 pm on Monday and isn’t delivered that day, the day it was supposed to be delivered? It’s now 2:15 the following day and the package is still NOT out for delivery. I thought the USPS was slow. Why am I paying for Prime if it’s going to take a week to receive a package? Why does a package have to sit in the distribution center a day or more?Whose bright idea was it to put the distribution center in Yellville anyway? I guess there’s a reason you can’t call anyone there to inquire why it takes so long to get your package

Ordered 2 items, one was scheduled for 12/31 to be delivered, I didn't think it would come that day, then it was scheduled for 1/2/24, said it was out for delivery, waited ALL DAY, no delivery, second item came 1/3/24, can't use it without the first item, first item was back at Yellville Center, now it doesn't say what it is doing, fed up with AMAZON, Bezos should screen their help better

Delivery driver drove past me to deliver a package to a guest house on my property. She insisted that the delivery instructions said to leave the package on the porch. She ignored me when I tried to explain that is impossible and we don't have instructions to leave packages on the porch. Insisted on placing the package on the porch and peeled out of my driveway scattering gravel all over me and the house before I could look at the package and tell her - she was at the WRONG ADDRESS! If she had taken the time to read the package or listen to me - she wouldn't have delivered someone else's package to the wrong address or been hatefully rude and nasty to an Amazon customer. The address for my property is on the gate as you enter the property - no way to get confused!

I've been waiting 2 days for a delivery from Yellville, AR, all the way to Mountain Home, AR, a total distance of 18 miles. The delivery was not made yesterday even though the driver made another delivery just 1 mile away, and today, the excuse was because my business was closed. I'M NOT A BUSINESS! I'M A HOUSE!

I was given a update saying my package was 2 stops away Sunday at 4pm. By 11pm my items still did not arrive. Monday the update said delivery by end of day. After taking the day off and being home all day, at 530pm I got a notice it was attempted to be delivered at 505pm. Not only was I home but my security cams in my driveway showed no activity the whole day. The driver needs to do his job and make the deliveries.

Amazon drivers need to learn how to slow down and be more respectful otherwise stay off of private roads. Disrespecting other people could be dangerous on these roads.

Drivers won't deliver packages to our farm because my Blue Heeler is scary. So tired of packages in the yard or mysterious places. Some drivers are great and he doesn't bother them. The others have no business running a rural route. The dog is out to guard livestock.

My package was left by my trash cans which is at the end of my driveway which is about an 1/8 mile this is unacceptable they dropped it the same day as my trash pickup day good thing the trash company didn't pick it up as it was in a trash bag. Packages have always been dropped on my porch. This is pure laxziness of your driver. By time I found it, the trash bag they put it in was down the road. Should have a no star option

Please Amazon. Stop sending my packages through Yellville. Package was for my wife birthday. It was supposed to deliver on Friday. Then they tried to deliver on Monday and couldn’t find my house. Tried to deliver again on her birthday Tuesday and said delivered to customer. Our package is no where to be found :(. If this keeps happening, I will stop using Amazon!!

Is there a way I can have Amazon of Yellvillenever deliver, My packages again ? My packages arrived late was placed 40 feet away from my visible, covered, cleared, easily accessible front door. Out in the rain when clear understandable but unfollowed upon delivery directions were given. Very disappointed.

I know its not Amazon its self but the flex drivers are HORRIBLE! They deliver your packages to the wrong location and this place has your packages and because they don't have drivers that pick up deliveries your packages will be late even tho they are are at the facility.. as someone who delivers mail its not that hard to deliver to the right address, it's complete laziness. Flex delivery is the worst thing they could have done. Leave it to mail or ups drivers.

Local Driver Stole off my Porch in Flippin Arkansas!!!!!! Amazon will not contact me back and done nothing about it!!! Update 6/19/23 do not use Amazon in this area unless you want random drivers delivering your products and risk losing your possessions I have talked with many locals and they also had things stolen recently after Amazon Delivery's from Yellville Arkansas!!!!! Update 8/13/2023 Amazon has done nothing about this horrible driver!!!!!!!

Since ALL my orders go to the wrong address, I now use a hub in Harrison Arkansas, but even with the hub address they are still delivering it to the wrong address, What is wrong with these people, its such a hassle to reorder your product again, I am fed up with AMAZON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
