Everything is pretty much just okay. In the past I would've given 5 star service, but recently it's just not the same quality of service it used to be. Sometimes I'll still get a nice fresh order of food, but 90% of the time it's either not done enough, barely warm, or so greasy it's inedible. We have decided to only go for drinks now, but they even messed that up last time. The managers should really look into some of the workers that are cooking peoples food and make sure that quality control is under check 👌

i think her name was Brooklyn W, she was an absolute doll she was very sweet even though they had my order wrong twice. she took the time to make sure everything was correct. i try to tip her everytime i can just because of that experience. she’s such a great carhop

Meh. . . Its gone downhill for sure. . . People are still nice, but the food is mediocre, and often wrong and/or overcooked. . . My biggest issue is the app though. . . I usually order from the app, and when I get there it ways welcome back or whatever. . . Says my food will be out shortly, etc. . . Then I'll sit there for a solid 15 minutes waiting. . . The light on the sign goes away, and it acts like I already came and left. . . Half the time or more I have to buzz back in and tell them I'm still waiting. . . Fairly annoying when you are trying to get "fast food", but I suppose that's the standard? Lame

Hands down the best Sonic I’ve ever eaten at. I’m not just partial because I worked there for SEVERAL years as a fountain…lol!! The food is always fresh, hot, crispy, and the model of how a Sonic franchise should be ran and produce food!! Erwin is the bomb!! 💪🏾💪🏾

Always stop at this sonic when passing through or in town visiting family. They have yet to get my order anything but right , with fast friendly service!! Carhops are always running their legs off, seem to love their job, and parking lot is always clean!! Wynne sonic has always been one of the better sonics ..but if Ervin is still running it that may be y. He always stayed on top of the lots appearance , allowed staff to enjoy their self while working as long as customers weren't outside waiting for be service we never really got it back then: but I know now why .... keep up the good work crew!!!!

As most people know sonic is where you drive in and park in a slot I'd say. Each slot has its own ordering device with menu. Push button, wait on the person to answer your call . then tell them what you want. It doesn't usually take to long. The food is pretty good no matter what you order. Love the ice cream. And as far as prices go well considering how everything has gone up don't expect to find anything dirt cheap.

Fast, but can't get enough cellular signal under their awning to mobile order for some reason, have to be almost completely backed out of the parking spot to check in. A guest wifi would do wonders here.Update: still fast, still quality food and service, and clean location. Was able to check in this time, so that's a plus. Absurdly busy.

Sweetest carhops, all smiles. That's literally the only good thing about this location. Emailed manager(owner?) about several incorrect or incomplete orders in one day. Got a condescending, meaningless apology in return. If you're not willing to try and make it up to the customer, why even reply?? Also, the poor kid cleaning lights out front shouldn't have been given an option to not wear safety goggles. No thanks. Won't return.

Our local Sonic is a town hotspot. Easy access friendly service great. Food and man they still roller skate where the hell you going to find people to roller skate with a hamburger for you? right there on highway 1 great place.

Best Sonic! Food comes out hot and fast! Love Sonic' s variety in shakes and drinks. Always a great treat!! This Sonic has a great team and they always have a smile on their faces. They can be busy around around happy hour, but they are usually very quick with orders and always friendly.

Sonic is always great for a quick meal, it's not for great for someone who is gluten intolerant, there are very few things on the menu. Overall, the service is quick, the servers are nice and the food is reasonably priced.

I've only been to this location twice and they got my order wrong both times. The staff was very friendly and quick to fix their mistake though. I would give them another try.

Foods to high for the menu offered. You have taken best shakes off menu. I used to shop frequently until you change to cheaper cool-aid drinks and thin grizzled hamburgers with no taste that break your teeth.

Love most all Sonics. Wynne sonic I love the carhops . they for the most are always happy and cheery. many times I order large chili cheese coney with extra chili cheese. first problem, If i dont order xtra I would hate to see regualr amount. when I go to other sonics and I order xtra its WOW!!! this is truly xtra. It would be nice if Wynne visited other sister stores to see differences. They may be challanged.But will still keep going and ordering xtra.

Corndogs are always burned, grilled cheeses are never buttered, along with several other problems with orders. Upon contacting customer service via website, I received a pretty condescending email in reply. Shallow, meaningless apology for poor service, and reassurance the poor guy cleaning the outside ceiling lights "was offered safety glasses, he chose not to wear them," he shouldn't have had the option. It's a safety hazard. Thanks for .. well, nothing.

Sonic in general is amazing, but the people that work at this place would be better off elsewhere. They're rude, slow, and don't pay attention to what they're doing.I just left, after my first visit in months, was planning on getting a burger, the boss lady wanted a iced coffee and pickleo's. The girl behind the microphone obviously didnt know how to run the register and had no assistance. She charged us for the ranch with the pickleo's after putting "no sauce" on the line below them? After the difficulty with her, I decided to go elsewhere for my food. We waited for the bosses food and upon leaving, one of the car hops, too busy on her phone to pay attention, decided to cut me off while trying to make a left turn leaving the parking lot. Won't be back.

My son likes this place more than I do (he's 6). I'm not into fried food which is about all you can get here. And be careful with the coffee! I swear it's about 300 degrees!!

All our food was right and it was brought to us in a timely manner. They have a spot for people pulling a trailer which was super convenient for us!Parking: Location for a vehicle pulling a trailer at the end of the stalls!!!

They have great food, the staff has always been very friendly, my only concern is they have changed the pickles and they are not good at all. Also, they cut their tomatoes with the same knife they used to cut their onions, and I hate onions!!!
