My daughter went up there Friday place a cake order left a number and then they was wrong because of some birthday was Monday. She called him Monday they said the cake was not ready because the cake maker didn’t come in no Call let us know so we can get another cake made. She called to talk to the manager and he gave he gave her back to the manager so now My Grandson has no cake for his birthday.

Always A bargain... however today they were out of the keto sandwich bread... the gentleman went back and checked for me, he was very nice and the checker was exceptionally nice as well!!

I have not been in Hays for a year, and it's still very clean and well organized, and most of the employees there now greeted me and other customers. I love to shop here. They always have something new and different to try. Friendly atmosphere, I love it when they have a sale! Deli still looks nice, and they now have a salad bar, I noticed! Today, it was hard to walk past their deli. It smelled so delishish!!! They always have something wonderful cooking! Produce department still so nice and fresh! The meat department is so nice. I love that you can see them working in there. Just a great store.

Hay's is convenient and has pretty much everything you need if you don't mind paying a little bit more. Sometimes they have some pretty good sales in their printed ads. They have a GREAT deli, the chicken always looks yum! I, personally, go straight for SushiBoi's sushi next to the deli!!! All of the rolls I have tried taste so fresh and there is a wonderful selection. Plus, the staff are always helpful and friendly!

A good place to go when there are deals on meat and other products, otherwise it's usually cheaper at Walmart for items. They do have a bakery that does decorated cakes though, hot ready to eat food, fresh sushi, and they have butchers that you can watch and ask to cut up meat. Every time I've been in to purchase something, there are usually no staff in the aisles or anywhere incase you need help. You would have to go to one of the stations like the butcher area, bakery, etc to ask for help. But the staff are mostly friendly, some just seem like they come in to get paid and leave, like they don't even care about their jobs. Overall I would rate this place a 6/10 for their food/services

Pretty nice store, poor check out experience due to bad customer service. There was one lane open and I was the third person in line and waited for a few minutes only to be booted out to the next cashier over right before it was my turn. Of course, another customer that hadn’t been waiting, with a full basket, made their way in there before I could get even get out of the line I’d been waiting in. He said sorry, we’re closed. I checked myself out but should have left it all sitting there. Went out of my way traveling to visit this store because I was told how good it was compared to others in the area. The guys in the meat deptsrtment were helpful though, so kudos to them! They got 5 stars but because of the end experience I took off 3.

A new local beef vendor was giving out samples of grain fed beef. It was excellent. The gluten free section in the freezer area was sadly lacking. There is almond milk but no coconut milk. I was able to locate other items on my list. Checkout was friendly.

Always good employees, clean store... The little Hays male manager is rude and, in front of customers no less, states very loudly he refuses to help the one cashier he had on staff with a line going down the chip aisle. Zero customer service skills and absolutely left a bad taste in my mouth. I'll travel the extra mile to the big Hays for proper treatment. Also, Miss Helen is super polite. 💚

Not trying to be biased, but I work here at "Big Hays", here in Wynne. I believe it's a great place to work and shop. We got friendly staff and great deals. I spend maybe about $2 a day for lunch, or if I want to have a cheat day, I stop by the bakery deli for some of my favorites, like crispitos, burritos, Mexican chicken, or just classic tenders and jojos with some honey mustard.

Very busy everybody had the idea to go and shop before the storms. Looking for certain items I got quick response in finding the iems. Cashier was very helpful and polite helping me and my Mother check out.

This Hays in Wynne is a very nice store with a large selection and a little bit of everything to choose from. It even has a florist area, a pharmacy, a deli where you can get lunch take out plates that are very good,.. and I just saw part of the store.

At check out which finalizes the shopping experience, two young cashiers were bantering back and forth between registers. I was stuck between these ungrateful girls who were openly talking about their displeasure with their job. Some people don't have any employment, count your blessings. So my pleasant shopping experience went south in the last five minutes.

I like Hay's food town. I think they have a good selection on their meats. Also they have some good sales just about every week. I reccomend if your in Wynne Ar. stop by check them out. Get a sales paper see when their having those special sales.

Love the store and the deli is fabulous. The lady in the deli was very nice and helpful!! Can't say the same about the checker!! She was rude and was throwing our food down the counter and she never spoke to us.

I'd rather go here because it's the only other grocery in my small town besides Walmart and I can get in and get out quickly. Prices are a little higher but it's faster easier than Walmart.

My problem is that they shouldn't have gotten rid of the baggers, because some cashiers don't know how to bag correctly. Just like putting glass items in a full bag without doubling the bag. I start to take the bags in the house and what happens, a glass item falls out of the bag and breaks on my living room floor. Now I have the stinch of hot sauce in my house and ony shoes. They should know how to correctly bag the groceries. 😠

This store has the best meats around. I live in marianna and drive to wynn to shoo here. At the big store. I dont know about the small store. Yall need to try it.
