Went to this Dollar General in Wynne AR. that’s beside Taco Bell on N falls Blvd. I used a Saturday only $5 off coupon after purchasing $25 exactly in items and my total was almost $27. So, I didn’t get $5 off for some reason. When I advised the cashier that something was wrong she responded, “all stores are different”! Hmm and here I thought all DG stores were identical. If I have to argue with an employee about something I know is incorrect, then why would I waste my time and money. When I told her I’ve used this coupon for the identical items and the total was $21 and change, she said “I don’t know what to tell you”! If your employee doesn’t know how to do their job and isn’t willing to hear the customer out and try to see what the problem is, then that employee should be in line at the unemployment office. And normally it’s the young people that really don’t care, but this lady was NOT young. I’m done spending my money where employees don’t care because it’s seems the companies don’t either…

I’ve been adding money to my cash app for years to this location when cash app. Even the night prior. The guy refuses to scan my barcode because my cash app settings were not set to dark mode Also refused to scan paysafe which was bought by cash app. The app gave me directions to ur store and he was scared to scan my barcode. I addd money ther 2 x’s a week until now they advertised u as a vendor and u failed to meet that obligation. I have it all for cash app /paysafe. The only store in America I been refused to at POS BEING A TRUCK DRIVER I VISIT ALOT IN MANY STATES I HATE TO MAJE A BIG DEAL OUT OF IT BUT I AM. YALL WOULD HACE MADE $2.50 on that sale in addition to the app percs yall get. When certain people hold power over others as small as it may be they abuse it ( just the same way bad cops do). And it’s sad that u refuse business because of pride. A clear example of false advertising. If ur gonna hand pick who u sale to take itself off the map in order to load ones app bus cash. Corporate will be notified tomorrow morning along with this review sent via email! Check out asst. is supposed to be that person not judges who gets to be serviced at ur establishment. To be refused service is embarrassing and belittling and insulting. That’s what I was just talked down to and felt like. Meanwhile the dollar general in Earle Arkansas ( below is proof). served me as ur store should have. It was a lie that he could not scan it I don’t understand why but I will be for this is over. Used the DG pick up service and received horrible customer service. They did not fill my order correctly, they didn't honor their sale price and didn't honor their return policy when I attempted to return the product. Never again will I use the DG pick up service or this store. The clerk didn't even try to help me.

The store was NASTY!!!!!! and the staff was very rude. I think a rattlesnake would have been friendlier. The shelf's were bare. I could not even get to an item to look at it because there was buggy's full of stuff all down the isle.

Had some good black friday deals on Christmas decorations and love their digital coupons. I never pay full price for laundry detergent or razors! Great place to stop for basics like toilet paper, paper towels, soft drinks, etc...when you don't want to go to the big chain stores. The only negative is that sometimes the checkout line is long and the employees are not very knowledgeable about the items in the store thus the 4 stars instead of 5.

Normally I'm a fan of Dollar General. Quick and easy, in and out. They have good prices on cleaning products and paper supplies but I'm going to need someone to take responsibility and turn this local store around! Nothing (and I truly mean nothing) is appropriately stocked. How many weeks are we going to leave the distribution and stocking carts littering the isles and boxes upon boxes of items unshelved? Shoppers literally are shopping for items by opening up boxes of inventory off the carts. It's very unsightly, annoying and here's no way to clean the store this way either.

Dollar Generals are great stores. They offer a small selection of everyday items at a reasonable price and seasonal items. The only draw backs to some are like this one, tiny space, few employees, and not to tidy. This is usually the case in small areas where there's nothing else around for miles to get items you need quick, gallon of milk, loaf of bread, etc. However, I was grateful for this DG and it's location. The employees were friendly and working hard taking care of customers. They had what I needed and I was back on my way in just a few minutes. 🙏💕

Wasn't 1 row that didn't have carts of merchandise waiting to be put up, the store was short- handed. A man lost a pkg, lady in front of him apparently had it by mistake...meanwhile I had unloaded $ 80 worth of items at the 2nd register THINKING that because the cashier had just checked someone out, I wouldn't have any wait....Well, I stood there & stood there....to make a LONG story short, I politely told the other cashier he would need to check me out but he couldn't, only the cashier that RAN that register could check me out...Then she said she'd been on break but she'd go ahead and check me out WITH the man whose bag had disappeared just standing there. I told her she would need to go ahead & check me out or I would leave EVERY BIT of it and leave....she checked me out & was steadily apologizing. They had 2 people working in that whole store, right at Christmas time. Very poorly run

I think it looks alot better after their remodel, I can understand what people mean by they have alot of product still unstocked but it's in the back of the store and not down the Isles like everyone says still a little more expensive then family dollar though but over all not to bad.

Very nice employees. Corporate should be ASHAMED of themselves for allowing the employees and patrons to sit in an un-air conditioned HOT store in the middle of summer. Over 40 days I've frequented several times weekly and nearly blacked out each visit because of the heat. FIX IT! ADA violation. Being disabled I can not handle being in that environment and it certainly isn't fair to expect hard working polite EDUCATED respectful employees to endure it. CEO's should come sit for a day. Bet they wouldn't last.

The items that are displayed and sold makes the store looks very crowded, like the store is way too small to carry all the items that they sell. Also, they have western union service but hardly any of the associates knows how to run the system to help the customers that are needing to use it.

I went there just once to buy a water-proof glass so that I can enter to the local swimming pool. The glass was really cheap so everybody were able to buy that glass. It contained some stinky smell but It was not bad to use it.The thing is, that glass still don't break after I come back to South Korea. Technically, I'm still using using that glass while I'm going to public swimming pool in the apartment.

Love to shop Dollar General, the only thing I dread about going is how cluttered it is no matter what day of the week I go. Getting around the store is like a maze something in the way trying to get down an isle.

The store was filthy. Floors havnt been swept or mopped in forever. Every isle had crates and baskets and boxes, down them, therefore I couldn't get to some items I needed.

My experience was horrible the store was so junked you couldn't get what you needed all the stock was pulled out on the floor so you couldn't get to the shelves I couldn't even push my buggy so the manager I wouldn't we back to that store
