The owner was a very nice woman. The facility appears to be in ok condition from what I was able to see.However I paid for my dogs to be groomed and boarded. She tried over charging me by $40 also, my Bassett Hounds front paws were not clipped or touched. This is the MAIN reason I asked for grooming as I cannot get his front paws done properly so I always have them done professionally. As you can see in the photo, they front paws were not done.

These people cut my toy poodle in a very sensitive area, GLUED him back up, and sent him home like nothing had happened. They didn't call me, didn't take him to the vet, NOTHING. They claimed they didn't because my dad, who picked him up, didn't understand English. My dad speaks ENGLISH PERFECTLY. Good try. The owner is good at taking your money, but not at taking responsibility. My dog ended up needing surgery and treatment RIGHT after his grooming session. Oh, and I even had to pay for their services! Cut and all. They must have blocked my number after saying they would get back to me about seeing who would be held responsible for the damage they caused, but it's been 3 years and no one has called back.

Very nice people willing to accommodate us with our odd schedule. They took excellent care of our pup and we will certainly use them again if the need arises.
