This area is surrounded by people on drugs. I had several people threatening me and screaming at me because they thought I left my baby in my car. I don’t know what these people were on but the car seat was empty and I was holding my child in my arms while they were screaming at me and the employees didn’t do anything to help. I got in my car and left while the drug addicts continued to scream at me. Don’t stop here just go to the next town. This is was so scary. All I needed was pedialyte, and I never would’ve imagined a needed stop for one thing would’ve turned into something so traumatic.

This Dollar General is very clean inside. Very well organized and I generally find what I need 95% of the time. Love the home decor here as well. I am an African American who moved to Wooster, Dollar general here now has ALL OF MY HAIRCARE ESSENTIALS!!! I don't have to go to Conway anymore. Thank you DG for looking out!!!👍🏽⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I go in there all the time, its a go to for allot of things. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the staff always greet you with a smile. Kim is by far one of my favorites, because she always makes me feel like I'm more family than a customer. I will definitely be going back plenty times more and hope that they continue to make progress.

Kindest people working here. Love bringing my daughter in and letting her be the goof she is. Seems everyone pays attention to the customers a little more than I’m accustomed to. Just moved to Wooster this year. Glad to have this DG store right around the corner.

Normally will go out of my way to stop at the Wooster DG because its always been terrific to me on all levels. That was NOT the case today. Myself and another patron were treated quite poorly, w/o courtesy or respect from both the employee AND what appeared to be the manager-April. She spoke quite loudly to ensure talking over me with total disregard to what I was saying...failing 3 times to answer my question about a sale item as she wouldn't stop talking long enough to even hear my question...her voice growing louder and louder each time. Her problem had nothing to do with ME...The patron before me had her frazzled so when I approached with a question...her hateful attitude just spewed out her and all over me. I was quite embarrassed...she had no desire to assist in finding the answer to my question and definitely offered no apology for her behavior. All I wanted to know is where the Dr Pepper that was on sale was and I ended up leaving without ever finding out. The youngsters currently "working" there severely lack training specifically in customer service. Ill not go out of my way to spend my $ at this store for awhile...their turnover appears pretty high so I'll give it a couple months before I return.

Always clean and always friendly. This DG tends to be a bit more busy, so they're out of stuff at times, but they try hard not to be!

I hate anytime that I have to go to this Dollar store nothing is ever where it seems that it should be like crackers for instance just your basic saltine crackers one type is on one aisle and another brand is on an aisle over and of course neither of them are with the Ritz crackers or Cheez-Its and don't expect to find stuff for tacos together like the shells are not going to be anywhere near where you buy refried beans taco seasoning salsa I rate the dollar store 1.5 it needs much improvement on it's stocking and organization

I have to wait for a cashier to come up front to check my purchase. The employees are busy with other things in the store instead of taking care of customers.
