This is a great a little restaurant in a beautiful little town. My buddy ordered the jambalaya and he said it was good but pretty blan. I ordered the filet with fries. The steak was cooked perfectly and was supper tender but could have used more salt, pepper and seasonings. The fries were really good. Now what stole the show was the bread pudding! Man it was 🔥! I had read reviews that it was good but wasn't expecting it to be good as it was! It was made from donuts and had a scoop of ice cream, I think I could have eaten 2 servings of it. Wilson Cafe is a must to try if in the Wilson area.

This is my favorite brunch spot. Brought my friend and was not disappointed. The portions are generous and each dish is unique from any other restaurant. You have to try the pork chops and the cranberry mimosa. My cohort had the chicken and waffles.

Best food in Arkansas. I usually visit and eat at a place more than a few times before leaving a review. With this 5 star place I could have written it after the first visit. Each and every time the food has been far above average, consistent with each dish on each visit, served by an excellently trained server. Here the servers and staff are not waiting for a movie gig, or finishing college, here they are professionals displaying skills and qualities typical for the finest restaurants in Europe or any major US City. Just top notch. Get the Deviled Eggs - oh my!, the Charcuterie, the Pork Prime Rib, Filet, the Catfish, or the Fried Chicken. Oh...and save room for dessert. The pie -oh my - and ice creams are all made at The Grange another place to eat for breakfast.Dietary restrictions: If you have any please let them know. The Chef is very accommodatingKid-friendliness: Children's menu is combined with crayons and drawings...the coloring was a blast.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility is no issue

We visited the place during the lunch hour. Me, and my colleagues were planning for having lunch here for quite some times. Finally we made it. The place looks absolutely fine and posh. It was mostly crowded, and there is a bar too. We sat in a nice table. Each table has a nice, small, showy bunch of flowers. We ordered some fried cauliflowers to start with. They were absolutely yum! Crunchy, a little spicy, fried stuff with a nice sauce on top is the perfect one to begin the meal. They are neither greasy, nor dry, perfectly moist and crunchy. In the main course i ordered a salmon salad. My other colleagues ordered hamburger steak platter and a burger with fries. They found their food quite fascinating too. My salad was amazing. Although i’m not a salad person, i found this one as perfect. The lettuce with avocado and cherry tomatoes , were already seasoned in some dressing. The salmon was perfectly seasoned, and crunchy. The overall meal was very refreshing, and filling. I absolutely loved it. Although i must say, that the service was quite sow. We had to wait for our final check and we didn’t dare to ask for the desert, as it would again take some time to arrive, which was not possible for us. Overall, it was quite a nice dine in experience.

The food portions and the customer service is amazing. It is in a small town, but the people are very sweet always willing to give you suggestions on places to eat around town. I took my parents because I heard about the place from some friends and they are ready to go back to try the dinner menu. My parents are picky eaters so they aren't easy to please, but they raved about the place during the entire drive home.

We found this cafe by chance while we were working in Arkansas and it felt like a hidden gem. The town center where it’s located is pretty unusual – it sticks out from the typical towns you come across. We ended up eating there a few times. Everything we tried was perfect. And the pie? Hands down, the best I’ve ever had. Definitely a highlight of our trip.

This is an unexpected out of the way surprise. It's off the beaten path but the drive is worth every minute. For our party of 6 there was some confusion on reservations, but that did not stand in the way of the staff. They were able to seat us within minutes despite being very busy. I would recommend making reservations if you plan to dine after 5pm. Our party tried several of the offered dishes and each one was promptly prepared, served graciously, and delicious. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate on one side, has a separate bar/dinning area with TVs for those who enjoy watching a game with their meal, and a separate room for small private parties. Prices are what you would expect for a fine meal and worth it, I recommend any variation of the salmon. I suggest a visit.

This place is a whole experience. Hidden away in the tiny delta town of Wilson is this 5 star dining experience. The cafe is beautifully restored and the food is immaculate! The best part about the whole experience is the pricing. The portions are good and you’ll leave feeling full and satisfied without breaking the bank. Definitely recommend making the trip to Wilson to experience this cafe. Kudos to the owners for doing such an amazing job with the cafe and I can’t wait to stop back by!

Wilson cafe is a great little place. We started with deviled eggs that I ate before getting a pic. I had the steak and it was really good. It’s honestly probably the best steak I have had in this area. Service was great and the building is really cool to check out. Nice bonus is exploring the area around the restaurant

Wilson Cafe is absolutely amazing!!! The service, the food, and the whole staff is great. The food is fresh, the desserts, the soups, the daily specials, the meals, EVERYTHING is house made & delicious. They have an outside area, private table area, and a bar for you to enjoy a drink, spirits, or favorite cocktail. They are open 7 days a week and dinner only from Wednesday through Saturday. I've been coming here the past 5 years due to work and if you are in the area you have to treat yourself.

My wife and I just left here after coming for our Valentine’s dinner. The food was good, but the service was terrible. We were seated promptly but were then completely ignored by the staff for over 30 mins to get water and drink orders. I ordered a cocktail and my wife ordered sparkling water. 15 minutes lates the waitress came back and ask “You wanted a Michelob right?” I told her not to worry about it, just cancel the cocktail. After another 15 minutes we were finally asked about ordering appetizers. The crab cake was good but I would not recommend waiting an hour for it. After spending an hour and a half for a 2 course meal, I flagged down a waitress to ask for a box and our check. 20 minutes later I had to ask a third time. While being at this restaurant for approximately 2 hours, not one time were we checked on by any of the staff, asked “Do you need anything?” or anything of the sort. In 2 hours we had our water refilled 1 time. We will never be back.

Traveling through Arkansas and stopped at the Wilson Cafe for lunch. It was one of the best meals we have had in a long time. From the tea to the salad and burgers. Sandwiches are HUGE and delicious. The building and grounds are beautiful. The atmosphere is top notch!

Came by here as part of a business trip. Beautiful interior with friendly service and stove of the best food I've had in America. It is worth the detour or a long drive to eat here. I had the ribeye and did not need my knife.Parking: Parking is free, and easily acquired, with just a few steps to the front door.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible for wheelchairs.

My husband has been to The Wilson Cafe many times over the years and was excited that I was finally able to try it. Our waitress was friendly enough, but the food was not enjoyable at all. I ordered the braised short rib and my husband ordered the herb roasted chicken. She came back out a couple minutes later and told me that the short rib was not finished cooking and what else would I like. We arrived at about 5:30pm, so I was disappointed the short rib wasn't readywhen they open at 5pm, but I understand things can happen so I just ordered the herb roasted chicken as well. They very quickly brought out our food about 5 minutes after it was ordered which explains why the potatoes tasted dried out like they had been microwaved from a previous dinner service. The potatoes were supposed to be seasoned with garlic, couldn't taste any garlic. The chicken was very moist which is usually hard to do with chicken breast, but there wasn't any roasted herb flavor on it. The broccoli florets were barely cooked at all! So crunchy and Luke warm at best. There wasn't a lick of salt on anything. I didn't finish my plate and the waitress didn't ask if there was a problem. My husband has had so many positive experiences here and I've seen all the other positive reviews, so I'm willing to give this place another try, but this was extremely disappointing for my first time here.

Well-prepared food in clean classic surroundings. Had a P's & Q's Burger, and it was great! Classy place with reasonable prices for high dining. Somewhat limited menu, but most people should be able to find something to eat. There were vegetarian and pescetarian options.Wait staff was attentive and friendly, even during a busy lunchtime.

An absolute jewel tucked away in Arkansas ag country! Quaint small town meets uptown ritz. Honestly have not been served a misstep . My wife and I ride our Goldwing over a couple times a year and we love Wilson’s Cafe. If you get a chance - you won’t be disappointed.

1st rate quality - and despite a mid-wintertime visit, the arugula + beet salad might be the freshest and best I’ve ever had.Update July, 2021: had a remarkably tasty “seafood sandwich“ as the lunch special ($15). More accurately have been called a salmon burger or salmon patty sandwich but loved it. Very textured with a lot of fresh vegetables and very yummy!

Great experience for my first time at Wilson Cafe. The food (spicy chicken sandwich) was excellent; more than I could eat! Delicious! My wife loved the hamburger steak, choosing to pair with mashed potatoes instead of the standard rice offering. The staff was wonderful, very courteous and attentive. The renovated atmosphere is a wonderful mix of modern and industrial, and very clean and comfortable feel. Perfect for both a simple lunch or higher end dinner as well.

Great!!! Had the pork loin with blueberry gastrique! Delicious as were the homemade mashed potatoes and purple hull peas flavored with a strong smoked flavor. At first I didn't like the peas but by the second fork full I was hooked! The atmosphere and interior is very peaceful.

My fiancé and I came for Saturday brunch. We ordered the brisket taco special, farmers breakfast, chicken and waffles, and 2 mimosa floats (our tab was 105$ which is fair). Everything was perfect. Eggs cooked perfectly, fried chicken cooked perfectly the skin slides off. Brisket smoked perfectly. Hospitality and service (our waitress was chandell) was perfect. Atmosphere reminds us of old farm money, white wash, tile, brushed gold accents, gorgeous bars, much more. Can dress as you please as we did, would come more!
