The workers in this store are rude as hell & act like they don't value having a job. If it aggravates you to have someone ask you a question about something WALGREENS is paying you to do, stay at home why come to work if you don't want to interact with people!

On December 16th, 2023, in the liquor store section of this location, this company has the worst worker in there. She has a nasty attitude. She is the one who has her hair in a braid style. She should be in there at all. She was even nasty to her worker when a customer wanted to purchase a crown royal pack with the glasses. If you don't want to come to work, just quit. Tis season for nasty attitude. Sad

This stores liquor Dept is getting robbed blind. People are walking in there shoving the expensive stuff in their pockets and walk out. You tell the employees and they don't roll back the tape and post pics of these folks or anything to stop it. One cashier called for security one time but they never came up. Pretty sure it's in other depts as well. I mean literally right in front of you. I don't see how they stay open

Very rude! Asked my birthday twice but cut me off rudely before I could finish either time. Then loudly sighed when I attempted again. I couldn't even speak a full sentence to the guy before I felt so unwelcomed. Male acted as if it was a burden just to assist a customer. I just said forget it and went to another walgreens where I got excellent service.

I order online for my photo that should’ve been ready yesterday. Went inside stood at counter NOBODY showed up at the photo area. Went to the front to see if the cashier could help because my poster on my Mother’s Day special should be ready. She went to find it and it wasn’t there. She said they didn’t have paper and was down. CRAZY!!! Now it’s May 15 and I just got an email saying my order that I put in 3 days ago has been canceled. Just a complete waste of time. It’s way to slow for them not to be on top of there business. Either hire more people or up the ones jobs that’s working so they’ll want to work. They say things will never go back to the same then let’s not go back to the same lack of services we’ve been getting.

I am deeply disappointed at the time it took for me to get my medication. I came to Walgreens immediately after a trip to the emergency room. I was in pain, weak, and nauseated. I was told that it would be a 30 minute wait for my medications. I decided to wait for my medications because I knew that if I went home I would be too weak to come back out. I literally passed out, and fell asleep. I had to keep waking myself up because I was in the store, and did not want anyone to try anything funny. What made me really upset was that there were people who came after me to drop off their medication, and were taken care of and left before me. This is not the first time that this has happened. This has happened on several other occasions. This is truly unacceptable. During the time that I was waiting, nobody in pharmacy checked on me, or even bothered to say we are working on your medication, nothing at all. It took a store manager, who happened to be walking to the back of the store to come back and ask me if I was ok, had I been helped? If it was not for her, I would probably still be sitting by pharmacy, close to near death. Then even after finally being called for my medications, there were other people who came after me, who were still helped first. It is unfortunate that this happened, and is a re-occurrence at this Walgreens. I think I may be better off filling my medications across the bridge in Memphis, than to come here and have this happen again.

I practically stood at the photo area 6-10 mins while 3 employees saw me standing there but never came up and ask if I needed help. So I stood there another 3 mins before I went to them and ask for help. They weren’t doing anything but standing there talking to each other. They weren’t concerned about what I need, then finally I asked for some assistance the The employee had the nerve to say I apologize for that wait, ma’am you weren’t doing anything so what was the wait for? Smh, if you don’t like working with the public find something else to do.

Traveling and stopped there to pick up some cigarettes. The cashier asked for my ID. (I'm 47 years old. Have two children who can legally buy cigarettes and liquor.) I showed it to her. She instructed me I needed to take it out of my wallet. I complied. Without consent, she scanned the back of my ID. I asked her what she was doing. Explained that's their store's policy. Replied to her if was to scan my ID for a pack of smokes I would have left. She lies and tells me it only records my DOB. I explained to minimum wage girl she's now has my name, address, driversd license number, date of birth, and my organ donor status . WTH? Will never go inside another Walgreens again.

I booked a Covid test through the Walgreens website for an 11:45 am appointment. I arrived on time at 11:40 and pulled into the drive through where the ONLY signage on display said “BOTH LANES OPEN”. Sat in line for about 15 min when I got up to the speaker of lane 2. Told the girl I was there for my appointment and she said “COVID test is lane 1”. I had to drive all the way around to the back of the line at sat for another 25 min. Not sure why it’s not marked in any form or fashion whatsoever as to which lane to be in.

Absolute worst and and most unprofessional service I had ever had in a pharmacy and damn near anywhere. Nobody knew what they were doing. I was told it would be 30 mins and I would stay to pickup my prescription instead of driving back home. I really needed my inhaler because this was the first time I had to use one. Nobody could remember who I was and kept asking me for my name and birth date. Even then I was asked who I was sitting there and was given an excuse by the girl that she was doing something else. She was getting complaints from customers in the drive thru. I was told to go get dinner and come back and they would be ready. That was another 25+ mins. I again was asked for all my information. Kept getting called by the wrong name even with my name tag in clear sight. I was asked if I had insurance is why it was taking so long and that I shouldn't had left earlier. Another 20 mins later I finally got my prescriptions and was out the door past my bed time for work. I work late and my normal pharmacy Fred's in Marion is closed when I get off so I have no choice but to go to Walgreens thinking it would be okay. I will go to Walmart next. I will call the manager in the morning which I know won't go far so I will be reporting the pharmacy to the General Pharmaceutical Council. If I had acted this way on my job I would be fired before I pulled out of the customer's driveway I could guarantee you that. My job upholds that we provide the highest professionalism. We all have bad days but they looked like a bunch of ants running when I flipped the rock over with no clue what to do or where to go. Next time I would rather die and go to Hell than wait in the physical Hell.

I’m always impressed every time I come to this location! Place is clean, with decently clean bathrooms, nice friendly and professional staff! In addition to this, rather I come into the store or go to the drive thru pharmacy, it’s always a quick enjoyable experience too! And for anyone who has spent anytime within the Memphis, West Memphis and or Marion, AR areas... you know that’s extremely hard to find! lol 😆

I love the pharmacy staff. People seem to think it's as simple as putting pills in a bottle. No that's not it at all. The doctor has to pull scripts called in from several hospitals, have to verify the handwritten scripts entered by the techs, try to get insurance companies to approve coverage of meds ordered by your doctor because there isn't a generic version, make sure that the pills fills are the correct pills ordered and check your records to make sure there won't be an adverse reaction with meds u you're already on or that you don't have an allergy to the meds so that your life won't be at risk. Personally, I love the fact that the pharmacist takes the time to ensure the safety of me and my family. To all the pharmacists and pharmacy techs, Thank you for taking time to make sure that my family is receiving the correct medicine. 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗👏👏👏👏👏💘💘💘

Bad experience with this walgreens....If your insurance doesn't cover the cost they will not fill your prescription...I fill they should call the customer to see if they can cover the cost instead of assuming you don't have the money to cover the cost at least ask first before you decide not to fill the prescription ...

I tried to use two coupons this morning and the cashier said I could only use one. The manager was called and he also was unsure of what one per purchase meant and two per household meant on the coupon. It was ridiculous. I had completed the same transaction easily yesterday.

You can tell that mgmt and employees take no pride in this place. Bathroom was disgusting and nowhere to change a baby. I had to change my kids on a shirt that I laid on the filthy floor. Gross. Walgreens can afford a damn changing table. Very disappointing store.

Store is ok. Clean enough. Not everyone is helpful, but it's not the best paying job so I don't expect the best. Oh and the liquor side of the store closes at 11pm.

After an emergency visit in Memphis, I stopped by this Walgreens to get my daughter's medicine filled on my way home. I live an hour west of West Memphis. The lady informed me that it would be 2 hour wait for my daughters meds...2 Hours!! This is ridiculous. There should be a policy that out of town emergency meds get priority. This is ridiculous...I wish there were 0 stars!

One of the few places in West Memphis to buy liquor without too much fear of getting mugged. I've only had maybe 5 men ask for money or rides out of the years I've been going here. If you are going to the Pharmacy, bring a sandwich; it's gonna be a while.

Quite possibly the worst Walgreens pharmacy in America.... 2 hour minimum after dropping off prescription waiting for 15 min to speak with someone then when you return, wait another 15 min only to be told to hold on or please pull off and come back in 10 min
