Little bit of everything for everyone. We were working from out of town and were very pleased to just happen across this store when we were on our way to another hardware store. They had what we needed and even a little extra we didn't expect to find. They have Camper and RV supplies here as well which was great to find!

I would give 5 stars, but a lot of things were out of stock. Always good customer service and a fair price. It's no longer affiliated with True Value - it's just The Home Store now.

I appreciate John the manager for his outstanding service and courtesy in professional customer service. I am a truck driver who was on break and needed a new mud flap for my trailer. I was looking inside of the True Value hardware store for a rubber matt, but there was none. However, John gave me a lift to the Love's Travel Center so that I could buy a brand new mud flap without having to move my rig.

I bought a defective paint sprayer from this store. When I tried to exchange it the owner would only refund my money, but not sell me a new one. He then proceeded to complain about me loudly while I was still in the store. I will never return here again. Their loss as I have thousands of work left to do.

Needed a door knob for bathroom door. After having to break my four year old out of the bathroom one evening. Living in a small town, most of our hardware stores close early. True value was open and saved me a 20 min drive to Lowes or Home Depot. The staff there is always friendly and happy to help.

Nice & friendly employees. Need aerators for my sinks & the guy made sure I had the right fit for my female facuets. He even showed me how to use the aerator display in the store so I could understand.

Great place to stop if you don't like Home Depot. These guys have a large selection of home repair items such as lights, fixtures, and plumbing items. Very helpful service and great input on repair tips.

I went in for 4 bags of mulch in September and was treated very rude, eye rolls, sighs, and acted like I was bothering them. Went back today to try them one more time again; just needed 3 bags of mulch. Went to the counter after a young attractive looking lady in front of me. Im no makeup and messy ponytail hair..been working in the yard (maybe that's why I was treated differently)? The cashier looked at me with an eye roll and like he was disgusted said you need to go back in line. Called up the gentleman behind me in line to help him instead. Learned my lesson..not going back. I'll drive to Memphis or Southaven

Usually has anything pertaining to hardware, plus many other things. Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. These people will go out of their way, to make sure the customers are taken care of properly!

We love the True Value in West Memphis Arkansas. Every time we go in the staff is extremely helpful and very nice. They always have things that we are looking for and if they don't, they will order it.

Shane ham, you clearly need your eyes checked or you just don't know much about wood. But I guarantee you True Value has the best lumber in town.
