I absolutely love this location. The staff is always as kind as can be. SO HELPFUL with literally anything you need. I go here at-least once a week for my dog food and other needs! They always take such good care of the chicks too during chick days. They always have food and clean water. They also have low cost vet days here as well.

Well i would rate the service as a 0. there was no service to be had. they said the guy that does propane won't be there til 11am. i got work. i'll go cold tonight because they didn't have anyone in the store smart enough to hook a hose up to propane. or were all to lazy. gonna try to take my money somewhere else as often as possible now.

The one star is no reflection on the staff. They are always helpful and polite. The one star is for the store never having enough people working. One register open on Saturday 10 people backed up inline. There is nothing in that store worth waiting for that long for.

Used to be a great store, when Gary was there.. Gary could be a handful at times, but as the store manager he was always helping on the floor ,helping customers and if he wasn't crystal was. Who ever the new store manager is,he doesn't speak to customers and you never see him helping. The people who are working the floor are killing themselves,trying to put up freight and help people.Id rather drive to Wynne or Jonesboro. That store used to be like family.. now it's just another store .. thank goodness for the employees being nice to people.As a person in animal rescue ,I used to spend ALOT of money there.but since new store manager doesn't want to do anything to help his community,like the Gary did.Myself and others will get our supplies else where.. it's a small town ,word travels

Staff is so nice, dog-friendly, & helpful, even with my big, slobbery, jumpy mutt! :) Only drawback to TSC is they don't contribute to local causes like some other bigger stores that have moved into town. If they only did that, they'd be perfect!

I needed to pick up something that was just seasonal item at Walmart the Tractor Supply had it. And I was very appreciative. The service that I received in the store was phenomenal. Super friendly and helpful. I'm not sure what the name Tractor Supply in flies but they carry a lot more than what I thought that they would. Both seasonal items and others regular season are you around. They definitely carry a lot this for regular homeowners and not just farmers!

We love this place. We buy all of our pet food here. I think the Women's clothes are super cute and because they are not as common as Walmart, you don't see duplicates of your outfit.

They were every helpful when I asked them anything. Gave me my space to do like compare prices. Also if anyone of the staff walked by me they would check on me to make sure I didn't need any help.

You better watch them fill up your propane tank, the manager filled mine up and overcharged me didn't give me a ticket he just told the cashier it was 3.6 in weight.I use propane a lot so I know how much it takes to fill up the tank, this time I went in I knew the tank was not completely empty but I was not standing out there next to the manager,I know for a fact that my tank was not completely empty therefore it wouldn't have been 3.6 when he filled it up.The little short man with glasses and gray hair is a shyster. I would watch him every time you get your propane filled up.I don't know what kind of personal gain he's getting from this, maybe he is able to cook the books this way!

Very disappointed in recent treatment in our area tractor supply . Watch out Wynne Tractor supply. You have new customers. West Memphis lost our business and respect. Lets see if Wynne is any better... Update coming.

Great place to shop for farm shop and home supplies. They offer farm equipment commercial goods general goods like clothing boots shoes and more. This is a place where one may bring the family to shop. Customer service is outstanding as all are eager to assist and offer a kind word.

Out of sale items; only one checkout line working no sign up on non working; clearance items rang up a different price than stickers. This isn't the first time I have had a similar experience here. I would go to another one but this is closerStore is in W. Memphis.

Good, friendly service and pretty decent prices. They,of course, have some terribly over-priced items (mostly tools and stuff of that nature) but you can always find some good prices on the stuff you need and some on the stuff you really don't need but want enough to go ahead and buy it.

Always Very Friendly, will Always offer Assistance. They have a good Selection of tool's, Live stock, Chicken feed, Dog and cat feed, Medication for Animals. They have a good size section of Nuts, bolts, screws, ect. They have tires for trailers, ATV's. Pretty much anything you need to fix something around the house or farm, and always a very helpful and friendly store to visit.

We found what we needed but had to get it off the top shelf by ourselves. The only person we could find working there was the checker and she had five people on line. I felt sorry for her.

Tractor Supply Company is where I go to buy my two Morkys' their dog food and treats. Well today (8-24-2018) I went to buy their Science Diet dog food, went to the cashier to pay for the food. The cashier advised me there was a special on this food, however, there was a different adult age group noted on the bag. I told I had two Morkys' (small) dogs and would that make a difference. She said NO the food should be fine. I made my purchase and as part of the sale there was a $10.00 gift card. Well as soon as I got home I opened the dog food to feed them and noticed the kibbles were kind of large. I thought well it will take them a while to chew it. They sniffed the food and walked away. I tried wetting it a little they still refused the food. I put the food back in the bag, taped it and went back to the store hoping for the best as far as an exchange. Long story short, Cristell and Ann excepted the other dog food for the correct size for small dogs and even let me keep the $10.00 gift card. I am HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY. I love Tractor Supply Company.

Clean and people seem nice. Prives are bit higher than normal. I usually go to tru value if i need stuff for major projects. This is more of a quick stop if its closer to you than true value.

Apparently something has happened to the service. Took 45 minutes to get propane, and no it wasn't busy. The staff was more concerned with planning what they were going to do with their night off than telling multiple customers why it is we started pilling up waiting for propane.

Came twice to fill propane. The first was a Saturday afternoon. “We don’t have anyone on the weekend who can do that, come back M-F.”Came back on a Thursday mid day. No one was there who could fill propane. 🤷‍♂️

I have stopped in several tractor supply stores in Arkansas as I'm always no the go, but a couple weeks ago I stopped in at the west memphis location needed a few odd and ends and I ran into a lady working there her name was crystal she was very helpful and enthusiastic, she took me straight to what I needed the only down side to my visit was I asked two other employees and they seemed as if they did not know where anything was nor did it seem as if they really cared. I think if tractor supply had more employees as helpful as crystal was that there would be no reason to go anywhere else, the art of customer service is dying, in stores every where just seems like people don't care anymore they are just there for a check, I must say the next time I'm in West memphis if I need anything for my tractor or mower or anything for outdoors. I WILL GO SEE CRYSTAL she knows her stuff. The only reason I am giving this store a good raiting is crystal the rest of the store needs to step up.
