Showers are disgusting here. Not clean at all!I was the only one waiting for a shower. Plenty of showers that needed to be clean. Not sure why it was taking him so long to clean showers.

crazy security guards are running around, knocking on the door of those who sleep in the car. Fire all the staff and management and recruit adequate and professional people, or shut down this wicked and miserable place and don't embarrass yourself.

I had my debit card hacked by management,I talked to corporate, but somebody from corporate needs to investigate the management day to day operations.Im getting the FBI involved and iam serious.! People use cash only, and I see s couple of managers covering up things and they will be going to jail soon

150 parking, like 20 reserve and 11 showers. But this place needs better management. At 1600. The food called “ PJ Fresh” is not fresh at all. Had the wings. And taste like they been sitting under heat lamp forever. Wendy’s is brutal. The workers have no clue what’s going on. The place is filthy. Showers take forever to be clean. Didn’t even had a washcloth when I went in. Next time will try other nearby truck stops.

I booked a parking lot through an app that has all the information about my truck. I went to bed and in the night a woman woke me up and asked me to go and get a receipt I think it's wrong. I could hardly sleep. I'll never stop here again.

Most unhelpful people ever. Ran out of diesel off the ramp to 40. Took 30 mins to get a fuel can and get the RIGHT diesel pump. And had the nerve to tell me it's my fault I ran out. Guess these people are perfect and never make a mistake.

You can't find a worse place than this! All parking lots (except for a couple) are prohibited for parking for more than two hours and there are disabled signs all around. They do everything so that people do not stop here to rest and all the time the music is screaming and crazy security guards are running around, knocking on the door of those who sleep in the car. The truck stop in big town are the same. No one take care parking lot.I make reserved parking when has 5 left on the website and has only 1last spot in the yard. A lot trailer drop off. And I can not park properly.

How can you call yourself a travel stop if we cant stop and rest ... 2 hour parking is a joke how do you expect someone traveling to just up and leave . I spend hundreds of dollars in fuel a day at primarily only pilot locations but now I'm told I can't sleep here as I travel .. and in Memphis especially you want me to just roll up to a random place to sleep with no way of being safe and secure what happened to treat your customers right . I spend more money wiht this corporation than any other . Totally unfair to do this to people

You call yourselves Travel stops,but your not traveler friendly. Sending tired travelers and truckers back out onto the highway because your on some kind of power trip Is not the way a Truck Stop should be run, It's simply Bad business. A Truck Stop is supposed to be a Safe Haven for Tired and weary Travelers to gather amenities and rest to continue a safe journey! All I can say is keep running your customers off,that's a plan thats set up to fail. And fail it will! You have run me off permanently! I've been a loyal customer since this corporation went Nationwide,I will no longer darken the Doorway of any of your establishments!!! Due to this and the many other Managerial problems your Corporation suffers from. You are a victim of your own Demise,that's inevitable. I will not be mistreated or Disrespected by your so called team members ever again. This used to be the place to stop on the Highway, now it's just a place to go if you want to be overcharged and mistreated. You are a place in my past, but not in my future. And Honestly if you continue to operate in this manner, As a successful Business owner I assure you the future looks bleek! I've been watching your stores close one by one around the country. And I've noticed you opening new stores under new names. You can't lose a bad reputation by hiding behind a new name,as long as you continue to do Business in the same manner,you will get the same results. The parking lot is wonderful, but gentlemen, please provide some space for vans. so that security would not come at night and drive you away from there. In Elpaso they have allocated places for vans and there are no problems. and I wish for the security guard that her husband would give her sleep as often as she lets other drivers sleep at night.

There were showers empty but not cleaned, so I had to wait 1 hour for an employee to come clean the shower, 8 more people behind me waiting for a shower. They should hire a specific employee to clean the showers, a driver's time is very valuable with the ELD regulation

Showers were good I had no problem at the store except for the fact that I got my truck broken into while I was sleeping and got my wallet stolen. Please be careful and park here ONLY if you have to. There is no security at the parking lot. If you can avoid this place. I got approached by a drunk person trying to convince me to help him break into other people's truck at 6 in the morning. SMH

It is always open and the fuel is good. Fresh coffee is always on and hot. This location has a Wendy’s and the restrooms are always clean. I continue to stop here whenever I am in the area.

BEAWARE !!!! EVERY TIME I come here to shower it's NEVER clean. They don't sweep or mop the showers. Urine is ALWAYS on the toilets. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SHOWER SHOES. THEY WIPE EVERYTHING DOWN WITH THE SAME TOWEL

Shower room was dusty and had adult gnats corners of floor was dusty with hair. Normally I'm happy to take a shower at Pilot but this one had me feeling like never to stop here again.

People here are friendly but the showers are poorly maintained. They are extremely cheap with the food portions which makes the food expensive. See picture $7 for that tiny portion. It's time to stop buying food at these truck stops.

Gas prices are great. They were out of the coffee I drink. No receipt at gas tank.The stop was ok. I travel all over the US. Pilot is my go to. There are Pilots that are a lot better. I did get my coffee at another station.

4:30am - I walk in after a long nights drive looking forward to grabbing a bite to eat and getting some sleep. Wendy's was closed. Subway was closed. The pilot didn't have any grill food cooked. A coffee maker was overflowing. General cleanliness was awful.

The showers aren't the best, but everything else about this location is excellent. I really appreciated the fact that they saved me from getting booted because there is a scam lot across the street that has a extremely small sign that says paid parking and they actually came over and woke me up at 5:00 in the morning to let me know that my truck was going to get booted if I didn't move.

I go here regularly as it's the closest convenience store/ gas station to work. Prices are about what you expect from a convenience store, and most of the employees are nice. They do have a pj fresh which is just a kitchen they make food in. The place has begun to go downhill a little bit in terms of customer service though; the old manager was extremely kind to everyone and hired amazing employees who had excellent customer service. The employees would make you laugh and always had a smile for you while also ringing you up and getting your food quickly. The old manager left for a better job and they brought in a new one who's strictly business, and it has rubbed off on his employees. You'll rarely see a smile when you come in, getting greeted as you walk in the door is a 50/50 chance now, and the employees while fast don't try to give you a good experience anymore, it's just about getting your money and sending you out the door. It's not a bad place, but the customer service needs to improve!

Store# 429 in Memphis Arkansas I was woke up in dead of sleep when I already don't have much time to sleep with a security BANGING ON MY DOORS AND WINDOWS because my ticket fell and I am beyond livid you expect ppl to pay 20 bucks for parking to be woken up this is outrageous!!!!!!!!!Sleep is the only thing a driver has when out on the road that can prevent accidents and I can't go back to sleep because my heart is racing so bad I've been driving two years and never had anyone wake me up for something so absolutely ridiculous!!!!!I am a female driver and I do not like opening curtains when I am shut down for safety reasons and I'm Beyond Disturbed at this whole experience!!!!The trash cans are overflowing with trash. Desperately needing to be emptied out. There was No space to even throw away. One little walmart bag with some rappers in it.The washing machine and dryer smelt of mold and only one workedIn the showers after spending my points on a shower. I realize they had no fan Or shelves to put toiletries on.So the only place to set your stuff is in the filthy floor.
