Worst Love’s I’ve been to.The girls bathroom is clean, my boyfriend said the men’s bathroom is “somewhat” clean.There is no dog park, for those traveling with a 4 legged companion (no biggie).The 2 stars come from the customer service. There was a disturbance on the trucker side of the gas station one of the customers were informing the staff about since he called 911. The staff were impersonal about his concern and my cashier (name tag read Skinny) didn’t acknowledge me when ringing up. I usually prefer to stop at a Love’s gas station due their consistent cleanliness, good lighting, and customer service. This Love’s didn’t meet the standard that every other one I’ve been to upheld.

The employees here do not want to work. Been waiting in shower line (next in line) for a shower for 20+ minutes inside the store, the bell rang 3 times (3 showers available) and no one is cleaning any of the showers. Is management aware of this? Does anyone care? Very disappointed and won't be coming to this love's for something as simple as a hot shower. I work for a major trucking company with a huge love's business account. *Update* after finally getting a shower room, I find they don't actually clean it.

Always packed drivers sit a pump 45 mins not pumping gas in store SHOPPING … no care in the world … about 10-12 pumps at least half are always not working . Left pump work right don’t .. def don’t work Never can get a cash advance showers be nasty ..never to things that match .. coffee cups but no lids … truck stop is just TRASH 0 stars if I could ..

Just got out of this Love's and it's been the WORST experience we've had at a Love's EVER. Got really cheap gas (the only good thing about it), and my husband and I head inside to use the restrooms and get a snack. Both the cashiers and other workers were SO RUDE we both literally just walked out after using the restrooms. I'd rather go without a soda and a sandwich (that mightve been spat on with those attendants attitudes) than give them my business.

night shift is horrible after midnight no showers and they don’t want make coffee also shot down coffee machines and the big lady called her self night shift manager she said no showers when I asked her why she said no enough employees and also telling me WHO THINKS YOU ARE asking WHY… woow never expected from love’s manager unprofessional love’s staffers is the most professional and welcoming people but this locution need attention from someone on the top

Quick stop, fuel & shower. Everything went according to plan as the pumps pumped fuel and the showers were Very Clean. Pretty darn impressed with the facilities. Pics uploaded.

Husband had his phone stolen in the laundry area. We had been looking all day and even had people who worked in the store helping us. He was in the store at that time. Went to the manager ( Elbert) and asked if they had cameras in the laundry area he said yes but said he didn't have time and to go back and look at the camera. He advised my husband to come back at 7 am he's a truck driver and is on schedule. We could've filed charges against the individual that stole the phone. Don't leave your stuff because they will not look. But if the police had come in to ask he would not have had a choice! This individual is LAZY and doesn't do his job! He puts one of those individuals that pass off what he doesn't want to do!!

The ladies on the night shift would do well to remember they work in a customer service position and limit eye rolling and assuming that customers are stupid. While I appreciate that my ice was free, someone has to pay for the water and the electricity to make it, as well as their wages for cleaning and maintenance of the machines it comes out of, etc (oh wait, from the sounds of the other reviews I've read, it's probably not cleaned or maintained either). At some stores, I do pay for ice, and I will never assume that it's going to be free. Yes, I am a bit of a weirdo, but all I asked was who is ready for me in a cheery voice, upon seeing two open cashiers. I know I'm not a beauty queen. I don't have time to be as a team truck driver, and I really don't give a rats @$$ what people think about how I look. Please tone down the eye rolls and looks of disgust. I have a college education and I work too hard for my money to deal with the attitude. I will avoid this particular location in the future. Thank you for your time.

The worst service ever I had:( We stopped to sleep for a couple of hours and drive on, but 15 minutes later an employee loudly knocked on our door and said that parking was not allowed here, only for employees, and the employee asked us to park at Taco Bell, we had never had problems with night parking before, it was in this Loves that we came across rude employees

Visited this location while on a drive back from Mississippi. I usually like stopping at Loves locations because they're clean and have everything you need during a pit stop on the road. This was not the case with my visit here. The store seemed cluttered and some things I look for regularly at other locations were not in stock. The men's bathrooms were a wreck. No stalls were available and most of the urinals were closed with bags over them. Hopefully there is a quick turn around otherwise I may have to find a different stop when crossing over into Arkansas from Tennessee and vice versa.

Love's built their reputation on being clean and friendly. Apparently, they are forgetting what made them successful. The fuel island at this Love's is absolutely filthy. This isn't the kind of dirt from not cleaning for a day or two but from weeks of neglect.

Love's was great. They have Security all night, it's well lit. But when we went to eat across road at McDonald's, we came back to the front tag stuck up by the driver's side mirror. Now, the driver that hit our truck while we were gone, was atleast kind enough to pick up tag, he was not kind enough to leave a name or phone number, or even a note apologizing for hitting our truck.

I’m pretty generous with review for the most part, and 4 stars is probably generous in this case. We parked for the day early this morning. Later I took the dog for a walk and the parking lot was rather disgusting. Went in and used the restroom and the same situation there. It was definitely not up to the standards of most Love’s. Then I got fuel and only one pump worked so I was only able to fill up one tank. Wasn’t a big deal for me but some people may have needed to top off both tanks. Anyway, like I said- far from impressed. Got the job done, but barely.

Completely rude and we were just browsing customers. Avoid parking here if at all possible. They do not respect truckers that keep this country going, the staff here are completely incompetent at doing their job. You are better off giving your business to Petro and Pilot that are close by. Save yourself the frustration.

It is hard to blend in here despite all the tan, so don't mind the strange looks of the staff. I think they suspect everything that moves. Plus, the showers are well kempt, spacious, and come with the air dryer as well. It won't be easy to dry hair or face under it, but you know hands, towels, etc.

This place is terrible. If you can go further down the road then go. This Loves is filthy, crime ridden, and everyone is rude from the moment you walk in; get your fuel and get on.

This location has the worst entrance/exit for trucks. You come in facing the fuel islands and have no room. There is the option to go down a bit further and enter thru the truck parking. Needs signage saying to go to the back row and loop around for fueling. If you take the 2nd row you’ll be in an awkward spot to fuel. Very busy location each time I’ve been. No stall had the toilet seat covers. No hooks to hang anything on. Not the cleanest. The subway stuff was nice though.

I would give this place - Stars if I could manage it. Stop we parked our truck in the truck yard with the intention of using the showers and laundry in the morning. I wish I could return everything that we purchased and get our money back because this place is ridiculous. The manager bold-faced came out and accused us of stealing because my children had to go to the bathroom too many times he said. Every time we came in the store we bought something with money. But according to the manager we must be stealing because nobody else comes in to use the bathroom as many times as me and my children. We will never come here again. I highly recommend you go somewhere else. Truckers do not stay here. If you go to the bathroom you might get accused of stealing.
