I've purchased sooooo many expired products from this store. They obviously dont check dates. Yesterday 10/08/23 i purchased a block of Sargento cheese that expired back in July!!!! Wth!? Last week i bought cream cheese that expired in August. I'm so over this place. Its rundown and smells like hot garbage anyways. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Buggies appear to have came from Goodwill. Ragged and hard for disabled person or normal person to push. Often the 2 cashiers (if you're lucky, there are 2) lines are backed up to aisles of groceries. Often missing stock and have to go to another grocery for items. Common items missing. Can compliment the produce department. Good, clean, well stocked produce.

Meat department stinks like death. No way I could shop here. Walked in, inhaled through my nose, turned around and walked right back out. Went to WalMart up the road and bought meat that didnt smell like it was rotting in the hot sun.

Found everything I needed but they need to have more than 1 or 2 cashiers when people get off work they don't want to ring up their groceries and bag them if we have to do that we should get a discount all these companies are trying to save labor pay they don't realize people just find a store they don't have to do that

First time in this Kroger, staff were mostly friendly, a few were helpful. Rest rooms were very clean. For a Friday, they were not very busy that I noticed on the pharmacy. They deli was nice and on our visit, the produce looked in order. There were a few messy parts of the store due to customers (you can't force people to behave with manners). But staff did their best to clean up after them. All in all, nice Kroger to shop at I think.

Sent my college student son there with an e-Gift card and a “manager” named Tanisha stated he couldn’t use it and that he needed a physical card. Uh ma’am you have heard of e-gift cards before, right? He’s used this here multiple times. Additionally, when he asked for the manager she advised, “she was her own boss”. It’s appalling who these companies put in management positions. I hope no one ever does her children like this. I will be calling corporate in the morning.****Update: called back and spoke with the actual store manager. He apologized and made everything right. He was so kind and empathetic.

My husband and I went to get gas at the Kroger fuel Center on Friday the 11th, while we were there the pump that I was trying to use malfunctioned and stopped responding. I hit cancel on the keypad and hung nozzle back up before moving to another pump. I watched a woman pull into that pump about five minutes later and start her payment method and begin getting gas. I thought nothing else of it and went about my day until I realized on Sunday that the pump somehow charged our card instead of hers. I called the store manager and spoke with Mr. Banks who went back and watch the video that showed we were not even at the pump for a full 10 minutes, so definitely not long enough to get $60 worth of gas in a small Chevy Cruz that wouldn’t even hold $60 worth of gas even with the prices being as high as they are now. He concluded that even though the pump malfunctioned and that the gas didn’t go into our car it was not his problem nor the Kroger store problem that their pump malfunctioned, all that mattered was that the pump did dispense $60 worth of gas and therefore we were responsible for it. So beware when using Kroger fuel pumps that if they malfunction and you are charged extra or it allows someone else to fill up their tank on your dime they will do absolutely nothing to help you, as Mr. Banks made it clear it is not his responsibility nor is his problem that their machines malfunction. Now we are out $60 and I am needing gas again because the $10 I actually put in my car didn’t go very far. I filed fraud Report with the police department against the manager in the store, and reached out to corporate as instructed by Mr. Banks, corporate told me that Mr. Banks will be the one to make the decision on the refund and since he is refusing there’s nothing they can do.

The staff seems nice, but recently the entire back half of the store has smelled like rotten meat. A lot of the ground beef looks like it’s the wrong color. I’m not sure if there’s a refrigeration issue, but I definitely won’t be buying anything from other than dry goods from this location.

OK here is my fair review of this store. First off the employees are good in the store is a nice store overall. My negative is the produce section. The produce in the fruit quite often is moldy or over right and still on the shelf for sale. If they would improve on the quality of their produce and fruit the store would write a whole lot better but I have on multiple almost all occasions found mold and rotten fruit and vegetables sometimes flies as well. The selection of organic food is very good and it offers a lot of healthy choices for the consumer. Overall I still gave it five stars because it is a great store but it really shouldn't have been because of the fruit and produce please improve in this section. Consumers check before you buy very well.

They say the hot deli opens at 11 am. But it doesn't matter what you get there, its not open at all or not fully. Was there 8/30/20 at 1pm hot deli only had fried or baked chicken with no sides and i was told that there wouldn't be any. SMH that was really to bad, because i but meals there for my lunches thru the week. Needless to say I didn't stay to shop I went to Gene Stimons GReat Deli and always has sides!!!!

10/10 one of the worst Kroger’s I’ve ever been to. Needs NEW management ASAP. Literally every employee on their phones and any time we needed assistance they were too busy talking to each other to even see us. OH and when you actually get their attention it’s with rolling eyes and an attitude. If you hate your life so much FINE but taking it out on customers? Isn’t right! For the first time ever I would rather go to Walmart. Just disappointed.

I do the bulk of my grocery shopping here but this store does leave some to be desired. It is in major need for upgrades including the bathroom. The Memphis stores have all these new stations buy ours does not. It is smaller I am sure buy could still some new stuff. They also have issues staying stocked with some of my every day items like Abound can dog food and other items.

Love this Kroger! Friendly atmosphere, good fast cashiers! If you are sick of the Wal Mart rat race this is the store for you. They open at 6am and close at 11. Hope they get enough customers to stay open 24/7 soon!

the price on the isle is always lower than the price at the register. this store is laundering money and stealing from customers durring a pandemic. if i could share pictures i took of isle price vs my reciept i would. but rest assured that a criminal investigation is under way. if they want this evidence they can file for discovery in court.

I was pleasantly surprised at the updates and organization of this Kroger! I had not been in this Kroger in several years so it was genuinely a surprise. They seem to be carrying a greater variety of foods, Specialty Foods, help Foods, etcetera. I was concerned I wouldn't be able to find the item that I was but it was there! I was thankful that they have many checkout lanes open so that I didn't have to wait in line. And the clerk's were friends!

Something concerning...I purchased a starbucks cold brew drink from this Kroger while shopping. I got home, grabbed the can and started shaking it up inadvertently. It felt funny though, like the air pressure was off in the can or something. I checked the exp date and it had expired 2 years ago... There are perishable goods in this store that expired YEARS ago. Can't help but think what other items people are buying and eating that are so heavily expired?To add to that: The entry way always smells moldy, like carpet that got wet and never cleaned.

This Kroger I most definitely grew to love. The location was nearby; everything I typically needed was always available except for the avocados during certain days of the week lol, and the staff was friendly. Prices were great and the check-out process was always quick for me.

I've been to worse Kroger's and better Kroger's. This one lacks the variety that some of the nicer ones have. There's no sushi, the deli is lacking. It stays clean, however, and the staff is friendly. Due to location and proximity, we visit often. Far superior to the local Walmart.

I go to this location most often because it’s the closest to my home. However, I was very disappointed at the number of employees who were wearing masks improperly. A mask needs to cover both your nose and mouth for maximum effectiveness for preventing the spread of COVID-19, and I saw several employees with masks only covering their mouths, not their noses. Management at this location as well as those in the corporate offices need to take this very, VERY seriously, or else the mask mandate is pointless.

My visit was good until cashier walked off as i was there to be check out? No problem but phone is my card and all day out doctor s, nice little Lady let me go ahead and cashier was friendly!
