Family Dollar the fact that you advertised a 2 days sale and neither location in West Memphis, AR was notified properly to honor the sale or give approved over rides. By far the worst experience in both location. I literally awaited approval in both stores and Nikki Doss your GM stated to no do any over rides to the sale to ASM Teresa and Ms. Tracie. Oh never knew a 2 days sale to end before it even begin. If you purchased any sale items from them check your receipts because you was charged full price! Thanks to management not doing their job and reading a simple email.Major Shout out to Augusta store on 64. very clean, friendly and everything came off as should. The manager and sweet assistant manager both need a Raise! They were both outstanding. I'll be awaiting a call.

Poor service I was never never greeted when I come in.I was never asked if I needed help finding anything because I was in the store over ten minutes getting wheat I was getting an looking for the Rotel I just didn't see it at the time. Also, the chips where priced wrong or they where not in the correct place of the right price. Then, when I paid for what I was getting my products my total was $5.16 an I give the lady $5.31 consuming 5.$1 1.Quarter 6.Pennies due to the fact I had a lot of change in my pockets at the time an I was trying to eliminate the pennies an then I got back the 6.Pennies an 1.Nickel.Thats when I explained why I gave her the pennies to begin with an her rudely response back was oh ok well alright. I am current homeless an need all my money .

Nothing is ever neat at this place, its always a mess. I'm not sure if family dollar knows what planograms are, but they should definitely invest in them. This is a new store, I dont know who the manager is but I do know that this store either doesnt have a manager or the manager just doesnt care. Walking into this store and going right is like walking into a hoarders home, it makes you want to exit the vicinity immediately. I'll definitely travel on the other end of town if I decide to shop at family dollar again. Also, the store closes at weird times and this was before the pandemic. If it rains too hard the store is closing.

It was terrible. I could barely walk around in the store. Nothing was stocked. Boxes of products everywhere.

They have great prices and good product and sometimes I can get in and out on time.

Didn't have what I wanted and the clerk said when I asked her if they had it she said she didn't know and if it wasn't on the shelf they didn't have it
