We went to get some foil pans it must have been stock day because they had boxes everywhere made it hard to shop with a basket it was hard to get around al the boxes they should just bring out enough that customers can shop then when that shelf is stocked get some more from in back

At about 8:50 pm, my sister decided she needed to get some last minute things from the Dollar Tree. We got there at literally 8:53 pm and saw 2 people coming out of the door. I thought they're not going to let us in. I was wrong the employee let us in, a couple of minutes the announcement came over the speaker, you have 3 minutes to complete your purchases and come to the counter for check out. Sister completed her shopping and we left the building. I just want all to know how much I appreciated them taking the time to be so nice.

Usually a decent experience and friendly staff, but today I stopped to grab a few things and the lady who checked me out was very rude. Complete lack of social skills (especially given her job is customer service), and she could do with some retraining. Hopefully management will stress the importance of keeping a diverse customer base by keeping a pleasantness about the staff in the customer service role.

Compared to the dollar tree in Marion these dollar trees in West Memphis suck!!! The people that work there are cool but the store is just not giving what Marion Dollar tree gives. Whoever runs that store should run the 2 west Memphis got.

The store is nice, but Mr. Will is rude. I was in line and he was on his phone looking at the jail roster. I would have left the items but my children needed them. After I paid he didn't say you're welcome. I will be calling corporate.

On Thursday morning I went to pick up a couple things for work... I greeted everybody I seen... But the reply was not pleasant... Seemed the only cashier did not want to be there... She had a nonchalant persona about herself...I spoke with a smile 3 times... In return I got a Yeah.,.. That's it...Being in management for over 20 years... I think this store needs attitudes adjusted...My last time coming... Rather shop with good customer acknowledgement...

The store is always a mess, their stock is never all put up but left in the isles, they don't want to help you find anything, they don't smile and welcome or thank you. They don't keep items that are good sellers in stock. You can't sometimes find the same thing twice. They run out of baskets and when you are handicapped like I am and have to walk with a cane it's hard to try and carry a little basket around. The only plus to Dollar Tree is their greeting cards, can't beat them there.

I really like the dollar Tree. I get napkins, cleaning supplies and they even have a frozen food isle. I also picked up a couple of loaves of good bread. Fresh too.

This particular store is an absolute mess. This use to be a very organized and neat store. I will not be back in that store ever again, things are more organized at a yard sale. Sorry that's just how I feel

This place is filthy! When I walked in there were 3 workers standing there and no one said a word to me! ( very rude) When I checked out the cashier barely spoke to me ( no smile) She was more concerned about her breakfast sandwich that she was taking out of her bag. I will be going to the Marion Dollar Tree for now on.

A lot of the shelves were bare, so I couldn't get everything I went there for. Although, the two associates that were there last night were very nice and helpful.

I arrived on a sunday evening at 7:40pm to find out that the doors were locked. The store does not close until 8pm. The employees locked the door and ran to the back of the store. Unacceptable!!!
