There was only 1 cashier and the checkout line was ridiculous long. I shopped the store for about 20 minutes & the line was even longer by the time I checked out. Management only came out because the cashier requested change. Customers started asking if the cashier could get some help. Management went back into the office & came back about 3 minutes later to assist.

There is a lady by the name of Pauline or Paulina she's a cashier at this site she's very rude disrespectful and has no communication skills to be upfront working with the public and as long as this lady is in this store I will not spend my hard earned money I don't care if it's $2 or 23.00 as long as she's in the working at the cash register the female manager that is working today is rude and disrespectful as well as unprofessional I asked for the corporate office number and she told me to Google it and hung up the phone on me. This was at the store in west Memphis on Broadway store 18B. 12-7-2023

Seems like each time I come here they have boxes all over I understand they have to stock shelves but not unload the who truck load in the store they have a back room and could take a few boxes out and put on shelf it's hard to get around especially for disabled people

They always have new things. And if you want something for the holidays they have a large selection of items for all holidays. The staff is very helpful and they go out of their way to help you find stuff and that that store you can find anything possible from car repair to a good snacks and food and a variety of other things that you use everyday. Really a great great store

Great friendly staff, new,stuff every wednesday.. bathroom for shoppers.. clean.. pretty fast check out and lots of stuff.. just please get more buggies!!!Stores much cleaner and organized.. just turn some AC on please

It was a very good store. Me and my sister went shopping, and we dropped the pack of little jars and broke one lol. But we bought it anyways. Very good store. Would reccomend

Nice store, just a little messy. That's on the parents for letting their kids play like it's a playground though. Workers are ok.

I like the prices & the stuff they have. But when I come I can never find a shopping cart & now there is a note on the door that says they don't have any. I come in every week & spend between $30 & $50 I can not put that in o e of those hand held baskets. 😔😔😔

The wait time was horrible, one slow cashier and line going down one other isles. The end of my sale, cashier didn't give me my change, so again I had to wait.
