The register ran out of paper did not get a receipt. Did $5 off $25 did not take off. Went back in store to redo transaction cashier said I need a receipt to get refund or to do another transaction. How is this my fault if she did not give me a receipt? They are very rude and left me standing at register. This happened at around 3:15 pm. I will not be going to this location again. 2000 Broadway West Memphis Arkansas.

I visited this store because my sister wanted to purchase some items. I have to admit Dollar General has some pretty good inexpensive items that scream Christmas. I ended up getting several items to purchase. Be ready to look really good, because other customers don't put items back where they belong, other than that, go for it...

Cashier , guy with glasses sort of heavy set is not even competent enough to pay attention, let alone run a register smh, just ridiculous & pitiful

Place wasn't even open for 2 days cause the community is to lazy to work. Just like the popeyes up there it was closed cause the schedule couldn't be made for lack of employees....smdh glad I don't live around that dump of an area and was on my temporarily working in the are!!!

Unorganized, some store isle look like a bull walked through them. There's always large carts with boxes piled up them. A pwrson with disabilities will have a hard time navigating the store. The store is obviously mismanaged.

It's nice, still kinda small, they just remodeled the inside so it has been harder to find the things you could go straight to but eventually if you keep going there you will remember where everything is again.

Cashier said she was in the store by herself,so that meant she couldn't be very attentive to the customer's in know area and I thought that was very unusual.Some prices were wrong and it was to many of the items to be in the wrong place,the disappoint was she couldn't check it out because she was by herself.Overall she was nice but she shouldn't have been there alone.I called the following day and was put on hold for 30 minutes while the cashier talked to everyone in line and just simply never came back nor did the manager,such a bad experience

last time I went there about a DVD and did not realize that the DVD had been the plastic have been taken off because someone took the DVD out of the case so we paid basically five bucks for a DVD that we didn't get to watch and I haven't went up there to speak with them yet but hopefully you know they'll be nice enough to be able to give us our money back or let us get the same movie

Was a nice visit, shelves were bare, staff stocking..but not fast enough. Should stock the shelves with product..very messy

It's usually very clean but they have summer clearance tables in the aisles and it makes it hard to get down the aisles.

The store is a convenience for me it has the basic home needs for cleaning and hygiene. I love shopping at Dollar general.

Me & my wife went to this dollar general to get a couple of items so we went on to buy a roll of the breakfast sausage but didn't realize they were outdated until after we made it home so my wife goes back to exchange but the whole box of sausages was outdated 🤦🏽‍♀️ also the store was a mess like seriously 😳

They are never given much for inventory to begin.with. the staff is always helpful and clean. But they need security guards for the staff and patrons
