The personnel was very kind, knowledgable, and helpful. We were due a refund and the staff made sure we got back in the building in time to receive it avoiding a second trip. I would recommend Barton any day before some of the other local lumber companies.

They have some things, not others. Staff sometimes good, sometimes not. Hit and miss. Many times I just drive to Memphis to get hardware.

Well it's not Lowe's or home Depot but they do got a lot of good stuff, but I have to say a couple employees there are they thinking about going home probably or something but some of the people are very helpful they'll go down to the aisle with you, it's a good little neighborhood hardware store well not little it's a good size,

My first purchase didn't go well. Receive wrong size door. Took it back exchanged it. Started the installation of the door found the knob was broken had to take it back. I was accommodated just wasn't the best experience.
