Dropped relative's pets a few times,the staff in West Memphis,front desk lady and the guy was very friendly and nice and I can tell by the tone of their voice and actions and the vibes,that they truly and honest,caring people and specially handling your pets which family to us always!!I wish I get this feeling to every vet place I go...I usually,don't post or comments if don't touched me but hey KUDOS to the staff and hope they continue taking care and handling our pets with love and care..It wouldn't hurt to give a raise.. for doing an exceptional job!you don't find honest ,caring workers nowadays....

I had a good experience taking my dog here. They are cost friendly. I gave 4 stars only because the staff struggled to deal with my dog who becomes aggressive when scared. It's not top tier, but it will fit most people's need especially those who are lower Income.

Dr. Gering and his staff were so kind and compassionate to my yesterday when I had to have my dog, Gizzy, put to sleep yesterday. They even recommended the crematory and made sure I had the phone number. They really seemed to care about me and Gizzy.

Dr. Ghering completely disregarded any information I provided as he communicated in a condescending tone. He never once asked questions or tried to build rapport with my pet or me. Bedside manners are a major characteristic in any medical profession, and sadly, I did not feel as if my pet and I were being supported or treated with compassion and respect.

The staff was excellent and made my companion feel comfortable! She didn't budge when she had her blood drawn or her shots taken, and even more surprisingly, she didn't even care about her nails being trimmed. To top it all off, it was quick (less than 30 minutes) and was cheaper than I expected.

Best Pet care in the Mid-South. Dr. Gehring doesn't try to upsell non needed services. Staff is always friendly, and you don't have to needlessly wait an hour to be seen. Appointment times are spot on! If you want no nonsense veterinary care, this is the place!

We rescued a cat and they got us in the next day to get our cat fixed and update all his shots! They took good care of him and didnt charge an arm and a leg. Very pleased with the service, care, and place! Thanks for taking care if our Big Boy!

I recently took my Chihuahua here to have a tooth pulled that had abscessed. When I went to pick her up, they had even given her a bath.Edit:after talking to the newest receptionist, I'm gonna add another star. I still didn't get single dose flea medicine.

Doc is by far the best Vet I have ever encoutered. I may be a little bias but he cares deeply and has always been a caring and expectional veterinarian. They don't make them like him anymore. His knowledge is vast, his experience comes with a dose of kindness..

This was the worst experience I have had since moving to Arkansas. I had appointments for three dogs. I walked in and walked out in under 30 seconds. The receptionist is the rudest human I think I have ever met. There is not enough money in the world to make me go back in there. I give this veterinary office zero stars.

He has been my vet for over 10 years. He takes care of all 4 of my dogs! He is also the cheapest Vet around. 2 of my dogs are allergic to their shots. Wasn’t allergic to them at first then about when he was 3 he all of sudden got allergic. He was vomiting and broke out in hives. Doc gave him a shot and took him with him to watch him over night. Juan went and got his puppy shots and his face swollen up really bad he didn’t even look like his self. So doc did the same with him. I will NEVER take my dogs to anyone else for the rest of their life!!!

I made a call around 8am with dr gehring and he said come in anytime before one because my dog is old and seemed to be very Ill as I came in at 9am the rudest lady I have ever met in my life, Emily, she told me that I didn’t have an appointment and that he wouldn’t be able to be see my dog and that I should go somewhere else. I asked to speak to him and she just rolled her eyes and turned around.

Haven't been here in over 20 years because we had moved asked last week to board two dogs this week end and had no problems took the dogs to be boarded for a week when I picked them up they both had baths and it's only 15 dollars a day which is a good price your animal must have a rabies shot to board

Dr. Gehring is a wonderful vet. He may come across nonchalant but believe me "HE" does care about every animal that come in his office. He saved my morky, Felix. My dog swallowed something that made him gravely ill. His system was shutting down. It was almost closing time, he examined Felix and gave me the horrible news. I broke down, however Doc told me to leave Felix with him and he would do all he could to save him. This was coming up to the weekend. Long story short. Felix survived and has been great ever since. I would recommend Dr. Gehring to any and everyone.
