I buy my cigarettes there so you have to go to the office/bill paying everything I walk up to get my stuff I literally have to wait or go find someone even though you got cashiers looking at you and will not help complained to manager nothing ever changed im not the only one that has this problem mad butcher get it together

It's a little pricey but it's a hometown store and the employees are usually super nice and helpful, their fried chicken is super cheap and DELICIOUS for a quick meal!

We went in to buy todays meals and drinks. We got our meals and drinks which consisted of two 12 packs of barqs root beer and a 12 pack of Coke Zero. The spanish lady tells me that barqs isn’t made by Coca Cola and I explained to her that we looked it up on our phones and this picture I’m sharing is the answer we got on the internet. She then got snappy at me and said it’s not part of the deal and so I told her I wasn’t buying them then and I took them out of the cart and she snaps back at me and said that I couldn’t set them there because she couldn’t slide the groceries through to scan them. I told her they don’t belong to me and that she could do whatever she wanted to with them. This lady has a major attitude problem and she is nothing but a cancer to the mad butcher. This isn’t the first time we have had an issue with this cashier.

I go in the store just to get cigarettes because no where else in town sells them but I always have to wait forever for a cashier to sell me them which is a bill paying place called manager nothing changed apparently everyone is talking about same problem as me go figure

I called and ordered a day before fried chicken, and some Baked chicken , when I get there to pick up my order the next day, they say they didn't have a order from me, Deli Employees need a Better system on talking orders and keeping up with them, very Disappointed 😞

Even with power shortages, Mad Butcher opened for several hours and people were able to obtain bread and other groceries. Thanks to our local management to helping our community.

I had the worst experience ever at this store! I went there to the customer service counter to pick up $100 sent through Western Union and they said I had to wait 1 hour. So I waited 1 hour and called the store before I went inside again and they said they didn't have $100 in the register that I would have to wait another hour. I shop at this store all the time but after today I will never shop there again. My son was with me and he got really upset and mad that they made us wait 2 hours and still didn't give us the money that was sent through Western Union.

Great atmosphere and to tha ladies that's behind tha deli department, from the delicious fried chicken down to tha Hawaiian rolls, is always close to perfect(yes i said it) as it gets. Continue tha great work to all tha employees, everyone deserves a pay raise for the exceptional work that you do, day in and day out. Wonderful friendly staff. The real high point of this grocery store is the hot food at the deli counter. Great breakfast sandwiches and biscuits, and the best fried chicken and catfish in town!

Enjoy going into this store. The customer service is good, they are really attentive. Good selections, the deli is locally famous for having real good food, especially the chicken. Management is good and the parking lot is almost always full.

The employees here are good to come an assist you find wherever you may be in need of.The aisle are not cluttered and the restaurant (Subway) is right there for a quick bite to eat after shopping.

Unfriendly office workers especially Rita, office is always closed for lunch no matter what time you go in there....you have to take out your own groceries workers just stand around and watch,deli workers needs to wear hair nets

It's far better than the mad butcher in Fordyce. They actually have employees that don't seem to hate everyone. Oh and there is a DELI !!
