Store is dirty, cluttered and the lines are always long. Maybe it will improve after they move into new building. Update...they are not moving. There will be two Dollar General stores in Warren.

2 stores in the city, both are busy, the newest store is picking up in volume and the parking is better, and the store is larger. Customer service is critical for these kinds of business. You want people to come by for the service and the merchandise as well.

Cashiers are great. Can't get them to stock more diet Dr. Pepper. Never more than 1 or 2 12pks.I have ask a couple of times. Neither store in Warren carry them.

The parking was terrible. Good luck if your driving a truck finding somewhere to park. It wasn't even all that busy. The lady working today was nice.

The checkout line is super slow. Come on people if there are 6 customers in line open another register. When asked to do so, cashier stated that the other checker was in the office right now. I wouldn't even shop here if Fred's hadn't closed down.

I like going to this one on W Central in Warren....they have some good cashier's except for one but otherwise than that great service

The girl at the register was rude. She didn't get my off the bag holder or turn it around so I could get it. If that's the way the service is going to be I won't be back.

This store is rather cluttered and the customer service is minimum( older lady on cash register). I often bypass those store and go to the one on the bypass.
