I have shopped here a few times but am not considering returning. I have experienced careless customer service and could shoulders. I'm not saying that people were rude, just acted like I was an immense burden to their program. This is an unfortunate situation, perhaps it will be different for others, but I will not be back. I'll just go to Pocahontas or Jonesboro if I have to

Very helpful and kind clean store women's bathroom sink didn't work and the door is very hard to open hopefully it will get fixed soon it's been this way for quite a while now

Doran the Store Manager delivered the purchase that I had made online, with me standing there he checked everything and made sure everything worked properly. He explained in detail how everything worked and made sure that I was comfortable with my purchase. I asked him if he knew anything about trailers and explained that I had purchased one just a few days earlier at the Jonesboro Store and one of the running lights weren't working. He, without hesitation, started to diagnose the problem and about 15 minutes later he had the problem corrected. I cannot thank him enough for resolving a problem that I had with a purchase that wasn't even made at his store. That is the epitome of customer service. Thanks Doran!!

Friendly people. Frequently out of stock on poly reels. Ceiling falling in?The best and most polite workers.I have been in here many times and each time someone always ask, "do I need any help?".Someone did tell me today they are planning on fixing the roof.

Went in after mosquito spray and the employees helped me find it and were very nice, and also showed me an alternate mosquito killing product. The chip reader was a bit touchy but that's not anything that could really be helped. Overall they have many good products that you can't find in other places around town and friendly, helpful service

I needed penicillin for sick baby goats and the Walnut Ridge TSC had the penicillin. It was after 8 pm and l had 35 minutes to get to the store 20 miles away. I made it and the manager (l believe his name is Logan) told my friend he would keep the store open until l arrived.I arrived before 9 and l was greatful that if l had arrived after 9 pm l would have been able to pick up the urgently needed penicillin. Thank you Logan.

They always have what I need and are very helpful and friendly. They offer a wide variety of pet supplies too like food and toys and treats. They even have boots and clothes. Good quality me brand stuff too.

Good variety, minus a star because I noticed a specific item that seemed to be purposely a lower grade product for the same item than another store I have a membership for and it was higher prices as well. The identical seeming product used a plastic piece from here yet at the other store it was brass. So either the other store demanded brass as a replacement for that part, which started leaking from my plastic unit from tractor supply quickly, or they purposely said ditch the brass for more profit. Either way it's a decent place you can get some stuff that's hard to find in many other places so still deserves that at least I guess. Make sure you're getting the same quality here. I've compared other things such as coating grades on galvanized fencing and had to shop elsewhere to get a better quality product in the past. So if you want the best quality I'd check around as with most box stores you need to pay attention to what exactly you'll get. Overall average store I guess.

I have been n the walnut ridge store twice , one to buy a gun safe , couldn’t get waited or or even acknowledged , second time to pick up a grill that was bought n paid for by a friend , couldn’t get waited on , won’t go back.

I have shopped at TSC for many years. I use to own horses, so I shopped there at least twice a week. I now am disabled and I shop at TSC for my small animals, my dogs and cats, and I'm still happy with their products and service. I do now have one issue, due to my disability, I need a wheelchair or powerchair to shop and Tractor Supply does not have them. Today on my visit I finally voiced my issue concerning needing a chair to shop at the service desk and the girl I told didn't even apologize for not having one. She didn't even say one word. She just looked at me. For this reason I may eventually have to start getting what I need at another store that can accommodate a handicap person.

Franchise is new to the area yet has a good selection of farm-related and mechanical related products a little bit of everything without a massive clothing department. Building is newly remodeled with plenty of parking

Tractor Supply has a great variety of goods for the farm or home. In the spring they have a lot of plants for the garden. The folks that work here have always been kind and helpful.

Called earlier asked if they filled propane bottles, was told yes, said i would be there shortly. Arrive at location only to be told their equipment is new and not fully functional yet, nor is anyone trained to fill the bottles. Waste of our time driving to this location for nothing!! Will NOT be back
