Horrible!! It took 1 hour to get food. While waiting we pressed button like four time to see what was taking so long and they finally answered and wanted to retake our order. Proceeded to ask what we ordered. Dumb people. Oh while putting this on here. Someone came out and said the food was done but no one brought it out so it’s cold

This is how my premium American beef hotdog was served to me. It was pretty gross.. it was looks very unappetizing.. swimming in a mountain of relish and ketchup 🤮 I think I got a little piece of cheese there lol. But you would think management would do a better job to clear food before it goes out the door... This is disgusting...

I had previously posted that this particular Sonic was appearing rundown and management was lacking. Since then however, a new facility has been built with the newest Sonic Drive-In design plans along with a volleyball court and full-blown playground for children. So to edit the review and elevate from 3 to 5 star for a small town fast food, ours is pretty niceKid-friendliness: Since reconstruction, the new facility has a full playground along with a full-sized fenced volleyball court.

I used to LOVE our sonic. But it seems now the hamburger patties sit out for a long time. And the fries. I have actually avoided sonic a few times because I've been afraid of getting a cold burger and fries. Which stinks because sonic is one of my favorites. I hope this gets better over time!

Hot. Fresh. Correct orders and great service. They were busy when we went, so we expected a wait, but our food came out quickly. Then we were worried it'd be old or poorly assembled, but it was delicious and obviously fresh.

Stopped in Walnut Ridge Sonic on our way back to Ash Flat from Jonesboro and ordered burgers and fries, it took a while and we was thinking the food was going to be fresh and hot, geez was we wrong, it was absolutely awful, cold and stale, beautiful Sonic but food was disgusting

Ok, it's a new sonic, like completely remodeled. Beautiful play place that's great for kids like 12 and under. Food is good here. Service can sometimes be tricky depending on if u get a person that's training like I did today! Lucky me! But hey, that's how they learn right?Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Play place is awesome.

Employees are always being safe and friendly to each customer, wearing masks and being efficient in their work environment. I order by app all the time so it would help them feel safe at work, they are exposing themselves everyday & I always see their smiles in their eyes. By them being considerate of their costumers, in turn, the public should be of them as well. Be safe

Asked for the new double stacked burgers but got a bacon grilled cheese so sent it back and they said they will fix it so waited some more and the came back and gave me a regular double cheeseburger I am so upset I was really looking forward to trying it. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

I had an awful experience! 25 minute wait to get my food. Food was all wrong, messed up my son's plain Jr burger. Had everything on it. My cheese wasn't even melted and wife's burger looked as if it had been steeped on before bringing it out. I checked food and pressed the red button to get my order corrected. Took 4 minutes to answer. Another 7 minutes to get my son another plain Jr burger. Manager was supposed to bring it out. I had seen him come out 4 times while I was there. A young girl came out, had I not caught the burger it would have went in the floor as she tossed it through my window. Asked me if I needed my receipt and walked away. I only go to town to get a burger about once, every 3 or 4 months. This is why I cook my own supper every night. I expect service when I pay for it. Walnut ridge sonic should be ashamed and management should be disappointed in employee production and service. Sonic will not receive my business again. Not in walnut ridge or anywhere else.Concerned citizen

Not only did they mess up once but twice its was two simple burgers only mustard and ketchup they gave us two deluxe burgers then when they went to fix it they gave us two burgers with Ketchup mustard and mayo not what we ordered again and made us wait for the order to be redone because there were new orders and they had to take care of them

First time eating here, Top Notch Service, Ordered late night, Food was Awesome (Fresh, Hot and Delicious) Bacon Cheeseburgers So Good , the Best we have had in a while. The service was phenomenal, Everyone was super sweet, Walnut Ridge maybe a small town “but dynamite comes in small packages” (Unknown Quote Author) this Sonic was off the Charts Good. Thank You

This is my first time going to sonic. This place was so cool! I could order from my car and not have to move while I was eating so I could order a shake after I finished my meal! How cool is that!!! I'm giving 5 starts cuz it was so delicious, they were quick to get my order out, and it was hot and fresh! Good job guys! Thank you for a delicious meal, I will be returning!!! ❤ strawberry cheesecake shakes are bomb by the way.

Everytime I go there my #3 has never had bacon and I know it costs extra. I didn't get my tator tots last night and waited for atleast 7 minutes. "Son" should check his bags.
