The afternoon workers are the only ones I encounter. They are absolutely the sweetest. So kind and patient. Grocery store is clean, and stocked so well. Plenty of parking as well, and clean.

We do a lot of our grocery shopping here and that could be due to being the only grocery store in town. There's good folks working here then There's some that are there to make an appearance not really work. The big drawback is that some of the folks do not know what customer service is especially in the deli area needs big help here.

Friendly service. Always a worker around every corner so if I can't find a specific item, I don't have to go far. Constant changes to stuff makes me always wonder what will be in stock as well. My favorite thing about this place is They always have deals. Hays has always had deals on stuff. When one deal expires another one is ready to be put into place. my favorite deal is the Tostino's pizzas. 😂

If your like me and you hate going to Walmart, this is a nice store to go to. More expensive on someone but they have a meat sale everyday that's 5 for $5 a piece. That's definitely helps the grocery bill.

I love my Hayes store. They have a super good manager. Everyone is so helpful, friendly and makes shopping here a comfortable experience. There is never a long wait for checking out. They also take my groceries to my vehicle when they have enough employees working .All in all I rate them a 10!

Very good deli sandwiches here. They give you plenty of protein and they have a good selection of meats and cheeses. They have a really good triple hot cheese or something like that. Tasted great with the Cajun turkey meat and all the toppings.

I went for strawberries for my pancakes and I looked through the packages like a normal person and there was mold on the strawberry. After that I look through all the packages and can to the conclusion that your workers just let moldy strawberries sit on the shelf. I was highly disappointed and would like you to pull the freaking strawberries off the shelf if they are all moldy. OTHER THAN THIS HAYS IS AMAZING.

The workers at Hays are always so nice and helpful. The store is always clean. My only gripe is that their prices are way to high!!! I drive over to Pocahontas to the Walmart to shop , I only shop at Hays if I need oone or two items now.. I went to buy a Honeydew melon the other day at Hays and it was $ 6.00 or $7.00 for one melon!!! Way to high on most items at this store.

I live in Pocahontas and go to Hays to shop their sale items. The last two times, most of what I went to get (sale items) were already sold out and I would go on a Friday. I think Hays has a better selection of Pick 5 items and is a little cheaper than shopping at Walmart and a whole lot cheaper than Harps. The deli meats are better than Walmart and they still carry Bryan bologna.So this would be a 5 star place if it wasn't for limited sale inventory.

This is a nice store to shop at! It has a wide variety of food. It is a grocery supercenter, I'd say! If you live in rural Arkansas near Walnut Ridge, go to Hays before you go all the way to Jonesboro!

Love 💟 this Hays location. It has everything I need in one place. The Deli and Bakery are to die for. Got a unicorn cake for my granddaughter ordered 🎂 at the last minute and she did a great job.Today I found 6 things on my shopping list I was unable to get in the other stores in my area.

The store could use some remodeling work, but for what it is.... it's a great place. The staff are extremely kind and courteous and unlike many places, they have people more than willing to assist you including folks to help others carry the groceries out. When your constantly greeted by smiles and a hello the staff makes Hays a store with shopping. I love it there.

This is not a reflection of the staff there. All the employees are very friendly. But this place is lacking in what they have available, and the prices are high unless you catch a sale. My main issue is every time we have bought meat from here, it always seems slightly off but still okay to eat. Except tonight I tried to cook some ground beef and while the outside looked great and fresh, when I started breaking it up there were a lot of grey spots, and it smelled awful. Their system is also very outdated. We use WIC and it’s hell to get the system to work for WIC, which causes the line to hold up and puts you in an uncomfortable situation. At this point we will have to drive to Jonesboro just to get our grocery shopping done because I don’t trust their products anymore. The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because I think the employees are nice.

Very clean and very nice and friendly staff. Sometimes lines can be long and getting out is slow, but that gets taken care of quickly. Have a deli with good selection. Also a bakery for all the normal things you may need. Butcher on sight will cut meat if asked. Not really anything to dislike other than the prices. Without another true grocery store in town, they have no competition to make prices drop.

Really going down hill. Almost everything is overpriced but it being the only grocery store with fresh produce and freezer section in town you are basically forced to pay these prices. The teenage checkers gossip with the bag boys while checking out customers and if they're not doing that they have sour attitudes.

Went to the deli and got a family meal of fried chicken, had to go to the front to pay because deli does not have a cash register . They would not give me a sack to carry everything in because I had not payed , and could barley carry everything!! Was not happy about that because then I had to stand in line and wait trying to hold everything without dropping and no sack, on top of the fact it was very hot and the paper box it was in was coming apart!!Very disappointed !! Then the crust on chicken was extremely HARD , a stale hard not over-cooked hard. Will not buy from deli ever again!

Love this freaking place. Great great great place to shop. Don't live in Walnut Ridge but this place is well worth my drive to buy here. I can't say anything bad the service, the cashier's, the everyday ordinary shopper here excluding one or two that kinda frighten my children but this place ROCKS!!

Customer service and employees are great, friendly, and courteous. However the supplier company needs to learn to send fresh produce and there pricing is as high as Kroger. You don't save any money! In fact Walmart grocery is on average of half the price of what is for sale at Hays.
