I have given this place so , so , SO many chances. Each time we visit we spend $30+ dollars, which is completely fine …. IF we received edible and/or our correct order. I don’t understand how this place can consistently serve room temp , old fries even during prime dinner and lunch hours. On many, many occasions we have received the wrong burgers and just about every time I’ve ordered a bacon burger there is never any bacon on it. Just once it would be nice to receive food that even feels worth HALF of what we paid for. The only thing worth ordering is drinks. I would give this place 0 stars if I could

The hamburgers are usually either burned or old. The mozzarella sticks are never fresh. Our drinks are always wrong in some fashion. When they make fresh tea, it’s still hot when they put it in the cup so it melts every bit of ice before they bring it to you and if you ask for a cup of ice they get an attitude and want to charge you for it. They very rarely ever put the sauce packets in the bag that were asked for and when you push the button to ask for it again, they act annoyed and have an attitude when they finally bring it to you. The carhops take forever because they are usually to busy talking to their friends in the vehicles or hanging out at the tables out front.

We have nut allergies. We know there is a warning about cross contamination. Everyone has their own comfort level. We don’t do the food or shakes, but on occasion we get a slush from there since we know the slush machine is separate from the nut station. Today I witnessed the server take the slush, put it on the nut station (Reese’s chunks spread out all over the table) and proceed to grab a handheld mixer that was on the table and mix the slush. When I asked if they just mixed the slush at the nut station with a hand mixer designated for nuts, they stated yes and that their slush machine was acting up due to the hot weather. I told her we had an allergy to nuts and she stated “well I don’t want to kill you”, I can get you another. I asked if it would be from the slush machine unmixed and she said well the machine is not working properly. So I said never mind and left. Just a word of caution, this could have ended very badly for my daughter or anyone else that may have similar allergies. I did go there against my better judgment and will definitely never ever go there again.Dietary restrictions: Peanut and tree nut allergy. Not a good establishment to go to for this.

I'm not one to give bad reviews or complain about one bad experience, but this is an every-time occurrence. I eat here often because it's really all we have other than McDonald's. I always get cold food, and my drinks are always flat or have no flavor. even after calling and asking about it often. Anything I get that's deep-fried is just old-tasting oil and tastes like onion rings, because clearly they don't clean their fryers. Today is just the last straw. I grab four sausage breakfast burritos for my coworker and me, and they are all extremely flat with hardly any filling, way too overseasoned, and the sausage was so burnt I thought there was bacon in it at first, plus my coke tasted more like water than coke. I feel like every time I go, I'm just throwing $20 in the trash. This place is in desperate need of some change, and I will not be going back.

Nasty place. They will serve you old food that is way past the throw out time consistently! and the carhop will show up at least 5 minutes after being assigned to bring your order to you.

When I first moved here about a year ago this sonic was literally my favorite. For the past year it has been absolutely horrible. I always ask for gravy and I never get gravy. I always check my bags before I leave and when I ask them again for gravy, they look annoyed. I've even gotten an eye roll for asking when they bring the food out. Happens with other things too, my order is hardly ever correct. Our food is ALWAYS cold. Always. Im not sure what happened, but I think I'll start cooking at home more.

I ate here a week ago and within two hours had symptoms of either food poisoning or a stomach virus. The hamburger I ate tasted old. I don’t know if the symptoms are related to what I ate, but either way, serving old hamburgers is not okay.

Ordered the chicken strip dinner with fries instead of tots. When I opened the box I got totally upset. I was given tots not fries, no gravy even though I was asked what sauce I would like. The chicken strips were very disappointing, the largest of the "5" was the size of my pinky finger. The chicken strip dinner was the only food I ever ordered from Sonic as I have learned over the years the food is either overcooked, not what I ordered or the lettuce was wilted and brown and tomato was old and mushy.Will NOT go back again!!!

Just left there after ordering a Green Mountain coffee. Got down the road and took my first sip. Ice cold. I can't believe the worker didn't know it wasn't hot. Give that kid a raise.

If you're getting a Reeses blast save yourself the disappointment and ask for extra Reeses. Food is also usually pretty greasy, but employees are friendly.

Didn't even finish my food because I was so disappointed and it didn't taste good. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger toaster, they literally forgot to put any bacon on a bacon toaster...... the onion ring that was on the sandwich was old and stale like it was cooked early this morning and just sat under a light, throw out the old and cook fresh.... atleast the tots were good. I'm so hung up on no bacon on a bacon cheeseburger toaster not having any bacon on it. People work way to hard for the little bit of money any of us get to keep these days to be throwing it away on subpar quality and lack of attention to the customers food. Won't be going back to this location ever again.

This has got to be the worst sonic in the state of Arkansas. If I had a dollar for every time I I had to send my food back or had to get my money back I’d be a millionaire. I got a #2 with mayo and ketchup only. A pretty simple order if you ask me. That’s coming from someone who works as a manager and a grill cook at another burger restaurant. My burger came out lukewarm at best cheese was still cold. There was enough mayo for at least 5 burgers and almost no ketchup what so ever. I got home and came to the realization that my burger was still raw in the middle and I had to put it back on the stove when I got home. This sonic used to always get it wrong then they got better but it seems like you can’t teach an old dog new tricks.TEACH your staff not to sell cold raw burgers. If I could give less than one star I would

I usually buy a #3 bacon cheeseburger combo without mayo. They tend to leave mayo on it and rarely put bacon on it. Used to be much better.

Their drinks, shakes, and ice cream are awesome. However, I almost always have issues when I order food.I got a corn dog yesterday that had raw batter on the inside. When I let them know about it, I waited for over 10 minutes and had to press the button again.A few days ago, I ordered cinnasnacks only to get home and find they had forgotten my icing.
