I'm tired of getting ripped off everything I go to McDonald's in Vilonia Ar. I mean every time it sucks but yet when I'm in a hurry I think it'll be different this time. It will be just like going to any other McDonald's. Without disappointment they are on top of keeping me Disapointed at myself cause I fell for it again. Folks you name it, we've experienced it in Vilonia but never not once in five + years of going there have I or gf ever said" ahh finally McDonald's has come back to Villllllllllloooooonnnnnia! Ar. if u can smelllllllllllllllllllllll what the _______ is cooking. ( bonus :on one occasion the crew there decided to give us a box of pickles instead of the chx nuggets we ordered. So Yes America we are officially signing off on vilonia McDonald's. Good luck to all that take the McDonald's challenge of ordering food, and receiving said food as ordered.

This location is getting bad again!Food is cold and clearly old. Tell your employees to follow the charts that tells how many patties to cook per trey and tell them to stop hitting the reset time button on cooked meats. By doing so it is creating a health hazard and beef patties that resemble more with beef jerky than a hamburger patty. Pure laziness on your employees part and your male manager is allowing suck laziness to continue. I understand food waste is a issue that is why there are charts that tells the employees how much cooked food should be on standby. If I wasn't 10 miles down the road I'd go back for a full refund and just go to sonic across the street to eat. Atleast sonic is ran properly. Burger so cold it didn't even melt the cheese.

Ordered 2 McDouble's Plain with Cheese and a Large Sweet TeaWas given two hamburgers, with one patty each, no cheese.Did not get the order remade the way I ordered it, was given two Double Burgers but still no cheese.They didn't even give me the cup for the drink I ordered, had to go ask for it.They didn't even have sweet tea.The inside of the location was nearly empty, I know there were some vehicles in the drive-thru but the service here was abysmal.Beyond Abysmal, usually when a McDonalds messes up its because they added pickles or something, not because they tried and gave as little as possible.Just try and go to the local Sonic instead if you want a burger or drink because there's a good chance you wont get either here.

Absolutely terrible customer service from what I believe was the supervisor working the register(based on uniform). She was too concerned with talking to a friend that she screwed up our order and made no attempt to fix the mistake. This happened on Thursday, March 11th at around 12:45pm. The store wasn't packed.So if corporate cares, check the cameras, if not... whatever, I'm just gonna stay away from this place in the future. Food was decent, supervisor Absolutely does not care about her position.Update: adter quite some time, and a full remodel, i came back now im greeted with an empty yet extremely dirty. Order my meal for dine in, was delivered to-go. Happy meal lacked the toy. Had to request wet napkins to clean a table to eat at. Drink station and food pick up station were both covered in liquids. Employees and manager are telling jokes, lobby only has 2 customers.Manager was the one bagging my food. The problem is obviously not just the hourly guys. What on earth are yall expecting with this?

Just went throught he drive thru and the kid handed me my drinks then closed the window opened it back up a few minutes later and said oh did you order food. I was like are you kidding right now š³ Nope just sitting here for the fun of it!

I don't even know why we keep coming here. Probably because this town is small and doesn't have many options and our daughter loves happy meals. The employees are always rude. The fries are always cold and taste like the fryer grease has never been changed. The sandwiches are always wrong. And we are never given the sauces that we ask for. Do better, McDonald's! Y'all aren't cheap anymore, prices have gone up. We deserve to get the food and service that we pay for. I'm also tired of hearing the employees talk about their personal lives every time I'm there ordering. They have so much drama behind that counter! I've been in the customer service business for a long time and that's just not acceptable.

I know nobody has high standards for fast food but your order should at least be correct. This McDonaldās is absolutely the slowest one I have ever been to. I donāt know if having two ordering lanes confused or overwhelms the employees taking the orders but itās ridiculous. 9/10 times they have you pull up to a spot past the window so they can bring your order to you and it is ALWAYS wrong. You have to check your bags every single time. Any time I am missing items from my order, I have to go inside and wait at the counter forever before someone finally asks what I need. Once I tell them what I am missing, they argue about it and then start asking other employees to see if they put it in the bag. Itās extremely frustrating because you always hear them complaining about wanting to be paid more. You have to do the bare requirements of your job to even be considered for that and getting orders wrong every time is definitely not the way to accomplish that.

Service is ridiculously slow and the workers move around like a bunch if slugs. We didnt order a lot of food at all and after 30 minutes they still hadn't made it. We left and went to sonic instead and got better food and didn't take long.Dont recommend going here. Service is awful or they screw up your order almost every time.

Honestly, sometimes it's good and sometimes it's awful. During the work week usually the morning crew does a good job and food is good. I can't say much for the evening/night crew, seems like they don't care and they're only there for a paycheck. The food looks and tastes like it's been cooked and sitting out for hours. Just gotta add this, disappointed that the biscuits and gravy have left the menuš

I can say without a doubt that this McDonald's location has the worst customer service of any I have encountered; and let's face it, it's McDonald's... Multiple times in the morning when my boyfriend and I have tried to get early breakfast around 6, they are "running late" opening and we cannot get service because we need to leave for work or we will be late. Their store hours state they open at 4 am, so how can they be 2 hours late on a consistent basis? That is unacceptable. Also, there have been several times that they have made a mistake and when I have brought it to the attention of the drive through staff, they literally look at each other in confusion and do not say anything. I have never gotten so much as an apology or an attempt to resolve the issue. It seems like they hope that while I'm waiting for a response from them I will just drop it and leave unhappy? Also NOT ACCEPTABLE. I am a very laid back person, but I also believe in constructive criticism. If the service is bad once or twice I can move on and give the benefit of the doubt, but this is all. the. time!!! I can only hope that they get new management or better training/more considerate staff. I would rather drive out of my way to visit a different establishment entirely than go here when I am right down the road. I'll pay more and drive further for good customer service. This place is not worth it.

I got in the line at 10:18 am. I finally get by the speaker around 10:25. And I sat there for 5 minutes while the girl didnāt take my order then told me that breakfast was no longer happening at 10:30 on the dot. I kindly tried to explain I had been there for 15 minutes and If there was anyway I could get my food I had patiently waited on. She was beyond rude and refused to let me talk to someone above her. I will not be returning.

This location must be franchise owned. They donāt have a quarter of what most McDonaldās offer. No 4 for 4s no McGriddles. Terrible to carry the name of McDonalds but refuse to offer the same food others do. Food is never good and customer service is not the best. Do not plan to come back. Waited

This is the worst McDonaldās to ever go to. A few years ago they used to be very fast and very efficient and their orders were correct. Now they wonāt even answer you in the drive-through do you have to order at the first window that you also pay at. Then because they didnāt answer you in the drive-through your order is not ready so they want you to pull up to number one or number two and wait 15 to 20 minutes because they donāt have any fries. I donāt know if itās management I donāt know if itās the company all I know is is that I will never even for a large sweet tea go back to this McDonaldās.

Whoever the "boss" is, majorly dropping the ball. The website says the dining room is open. Only sign that says it isn't open is up at the counter. Staff is burned out and rude from the amount of customer dissatisfaction they are dealing with. Strongly believe the only reason the dining room is not open is so they don't have to clean it regularly. We were informed that my handicapped grandmother could not sit down, did not even get the opportunity to order before the staff ran us out of the lobby. We won't be back, McDonald's is not even that good and I'd rather drive to Conway than support a business owner that allows his staff to be put in situations like that. Dear "Boss" that decided to not put proper signage up on your franchise informing people that they can't sit down to eat, you are failing your staff and have alienated your senior customers.
