The employee was really nice not a hole lot of stuff in it but they have two huge turtles make it worth while but the owner she ruins the joy of the place because she is rude/and gives off rudr/bad vibes to go with her rudeness and from what several people who have li e around this area longer have said it has really gone down hill alot but over all it's not really directly like some pet shops are I have to say the owner does seem to keep it clean.

The owner is a very nice lady that enjoys taking time to speak with her customers in a one on one basis. She treated my girlfriend and I very nicely and answered plenty of our questions. She carries a huge variety of freshwater fish, and has a neat variety of marine fish and coral frags. Her shop dog, Buster, is about the coolest shop dog I've seen. We will return to buy more fish!

I buy fish from there and am happy every time I go. It does smell, however it's a pet store its,bound to happen! The amount of fish they have is amazing, as well as the amount of birds and little rodents lol. The people were very polite and Gabe me tips about my new pets. I do love it there and will return.

It's a run down dirty pet store first of all but it was cool to see the things that he does have. It had a few birds, some fish, 4 baby bunnies, 4 tortoises (which was really cool), some snakes and lizards, and probably hundreds of guinea pigs that he probably is breeding to feed the alligator he has in about a 12x5 ft pen inside the store in the back. It could be a really nice store if it was cleaned up some.

Our family was traveling and we needed crickets for our barking tree frog. Using Google, this was the closest pet store that showed up that should carry stuff we needed. The reviews we read made us nervous but we really needed crickets so we stopped. The lady running the store was very kind and the shop was very clean. We were a bit surprised considering the reviews. She informed us that she had just recently bought the store and took over. She did not have crickets yet but she gave us informantion for another local place that did. If you are a local or traveller needing something, please don't let the older reviews scare you away. The previous owner is no longer involved with the store and we hope that the new owner will be granted the opportunity to pave a new path for this store. Actual good pet shops that aren't chains (petsmart, pet co, etc) are difficult enough to come by.

Owner and staff are very friendly. They have a wide selection of just about everything. In the back of the store where the reptiles are; they have the biggest tortoises I have ever seen outside of the zoo. I am very excited that they have saltwater fish, live coral, and saltwater supplies. If they don't have what you are looking for as far as fish and stuff they said they would be happy to order it. Once I get my reef tank set up again, they will get a lot of business from me!!!!

I only gave one star because i had to. This place is horrible and should be shut down. The stench of urine assaults you as soon as you enter and it is beyond filthy, cobwebs everywhere and seriously not one clean tank or cage in the entire place. The worst part is seeing the animals being confined in wooden boxes in their own waste, no fresh water or fresh air and rotten food. These people have no clue what they are doing or worse they don't care. Their Facebook page is so completely misleading.

We had a house fire last year and the house was a complete lose. Firefighters were able to save our ball python from the fire. The owner took in our pet..house and feed him until we got back on our feet. She also gave us a 10 gallon aquarium to house him in temporarily.

World Wide pets is located and Van Buren Arkansas Dan is the owner is very knowledgeable about all and every animal that he has and some that he has had in the past it just deer he had a alligator the last time I was in there is a little bit of a variety of everything he's decently priced and very nice man I definitely would suggest going there

New owner Tracy has her hands full. Selection of pets growing all the time. She also has a grooming area for dogs. Fish room with fresh and salt varieties and a good selection of supplies.

I went to this store and I immediately feel in love there were all types of animals including cats and dogs which most stores don’t have.I also am planning on getting a cockatiel bird from there this week for 85dollars which is a amazing deal because most places cost you 100 dollars or more you should totally go visit.

It's ok. They have a interesting selection of animals. Saw plenty of birds, fish, and small rodents (mice, gerbils, rabbits). Bit dirty looking. Overall, it's ok. I'd go there again.

Just as dirty as Petsmart and Petco aquariums. Dead or sick fish all over. Just sad that so far none of the fish places I've seen around Fort Smith know how to properly care for their fish.

I used to go in here quite a lot. It's a bit different now, and they even had puppies for sale this last time I was here. The place seemed dirty and disorganized. None of the animals were pet ready. They weren't used to people at all.

Get a couple points for variety, but lost credibility when, unbeknownst to me at the time of purchase, they sold me an adult sugar-glider instead of a baby and, now after some research, I way over payed for it.Very vital to have this species as a baby so it can bond with you. Defeats the point if they give you one past the bonding stage. Was never able to train it to bond due to this and became the biggest waste of money on a pet i've ever spent.

Variety of all different types of animals including birds, rodents, exotic reptiles, etc. Looks pretty plain on the outside but is pretty full of excitement.

I’m giving it one star because I got a snake from here and it was underfed and covered in mites. It might even have a respiratory infection gotta take it to the vet. Poor thing

I am buying a bird for world wide pet store and they are very nice and I would tell everyone to go there to get a pet and the owner is a very nice man and he care a lot about the animals.
