I do a lot of my shopping online and have it delivered to my doorstep, therefore, I entrust the staff at Walmart to pick fresh produce, bread, milk, etcetera. However, they simply do not take the time or are purposefully getting rid of their older items. I have autoimmune diseases and the whole purpose for me ordering my groceries online and having them delivered is to avoid getting out in the public, therefore returning them would be defeating the purpose of it all. Delivery was great, they carefully and neatly, left them on my porch. I have complained and they thank me for being a Walmart Plus member and apologize but the same thing next time. What the heck?

People are so friendly here, very polite. I was very impressed with the produce I bought here it was so tasty. I will be back because the sales they have going on right now with meat is awesome. Bought 3 racks of ribs for less than 40 bucks. Thanks they were fantastic.

The store is fine but I'm convinced customers at the gas station were dropped on their heads at least 3 times as a baby. Why wouldn't someone pull up to the first one when getting gas?

It’s a good walmart, Jared fine Manger! Customer service is a great service, never had any troubles. One thing though they need a good Razorbacks section they have one but it kinda needs to be spruced up. Especially on for kids sizes.

Isles are too close together. Can't shop when I am more comfortable which was late at night with a lot less people. Needs to be open 24/7 again especially now. Workers are still very nice which is great so thank you to the hard workers.

Walmart is ok but I give them a 1 star because I had to do self check out. Sorry I don't believe in it. I don't work there and they had no other lanes open at the time. And they still wanted to check my receipt. I just held it up and kept walking.

Opened early. Big and clean. Every employee I had contact with was extremely nice and helpful. Parking lot was large and accommodated handicap.

I go here because the are the only store that carries colore shot spray paint and primer in one and it's under $ 5.00 it is great stuff and can be used on any thing love it hope they kept it on the shelves.

We are Walmart + members and have had previous deliveries to our address. But, today our order was left at our neighbors door, not ours. When I called VB Walmart was told they could not help us. Not sure why, but was told delivery person is a contractor and they are not responsible for the driver's mistake. Something or some company by the name of SPARK IS.So not sure why we would need to continue our Plus Membership if Walmart cannot fix this kind of mistake. We are both senior citizens with health issues and that's the reason we became plus members. So be aware if your groceries get left at the wrong address Walmart will not help you..

We use this Walmart frequently, but today we had a serious problem. Last week we were there and I ordered sliced meat from the deli counter. As I waited for it to be sliced I saw all sorts of morsels of previous orders all over the weigh scale. That was not very sanitary and I told him to weigh my meat on the other scale which looked fine. I thought of taking a pic but didn't because I had never had such a problem before. I was apathetic. Today I went to get more sliced meat, and the scale looked again like it did last week, so I took a photo and asked that the other scale be used (this was at 3:13pm). I pointed it out to the associate (she was new). I decided to show the photo to the store manager so went to the customer service while my wife and son checked out. I asked for the manager but was passed from person to person. I said this was serious enough to warrant the store manager but they didn't agree I guess. The last person I spoke to (Dwayne) told me the store manager was not in (how surprising!!!) so I showed him the photo and explained. He told me he would relay the message to the MEAT manager (note the store manager is on a pedestal that mere mortals cannot access or covering butt - you decide!) We shall continue to use the store. We like the way it has been redesigned and are very pleased with the pharmacy staff, as well as the rest of the store. Am I blowing smoke - photo attached !!!

Good ol boy system ran little store; speaking from experience being: fired from here (high performing security position) for either being female or for outperforming the boys by so much that they couldn't take any more? Who knows.

I live in Barling. Usually shop Ft. Smith store but this Walmart has stuff not seen in Ft Smith. Wife retired from Walmart with 25 years. She loves this store and we will shop here from now on.

Pharmacy need to keep shelves stocked and order more products that are always out of every week and overall the store is a good store the employees are very nice and good safe condition for family

50 /50 on employee friendly ness not enough lanes with people to check u out .I like the check and go lanes .But some times they are all full and there is only a few real checkers open so it's annoying

These are the friendliest staff ever! They are all so kind and helpful. Especially the gentleman greeter(wish I knew his name) who stops everybody to give them a unique-to-them compliment. Sometimes he belts out in song and can be heard all the way to the back of the store. Truly magical. I look forward to seeing him each week for my grocery run. He just makes your day. All around, great staff. I was never a Walmart shopper in MI, but since moving to Van Buren, this is my #1 go to store and location!Also props to Walmart for whoever came up with the app. I enjoy grocery pickup just as much as anyone, but when you want to go in store to browse but still have a list, it's nice to just open the app and see what aisle your item is in and delete as you add to your cart. Super convenient! Makes ease of shopping so much better, even in the event of a total store redo where the aisles change.

Got a pick up order today. Kennedy and Ian loaded my car.They were both great. There's a contest to find the best employee right now and Kennedy was my original loader but Ian got finished with his load out and helped with mine.He was really tall so I told Kennedy to let him know to watch out for the hatch on the back of my SUV because sometimes it slowly lowers.Then as we were all joking around I told them that I'd give her a great review but I'd give him a horrible one for denting the back of my car with his head. 😆To review: Nai, the "I'm going to give you a bad review name" I gave Ian and Kennedy were both extremely welcoming, helpful and altogether a delight to be with during the short time we interacted!

To had all the stuff we need good Clarence good selection of sports stuff and movies and video games it has good toys so kids can play with and pharmacy with an outdoor section also with a place where you can get bathroom stuff also it has cloths shoes not high value brands but it will do and it also has self checkout include assisted checkouts plus some furniture and kitchen materials

At grocery pick up, the attendant Ezekiel was super helpful.i was in dock 14 around 5 pm and he loaded things in a an orderly fashion PLUS was friendly.
