This location in Van Buren is the slowest . they are now closed on the weekends, which makes your wait time on Friday or Monday long. The pharmacist are extremely rude and on a power trip, they tried to control customers that are waiting on their prescriptions. if you can avoid this Walgreens ,it would be helpful for yourself.

It's a Walgreens and pretty much is like any of the others you may have seen. However, the most important thing you should know, Godiva, Ben & Jerry's and milk. Four stars for 3 items, crushing it.

They do not provide vaccines to medicaid patients although they advertise that they do. They lie. Then they try to get you to pay for it out of your own pocket. They are scammers.

They don't believe in serving customers at the pharmacy desk in the order they arrive. Technician said I assaulted him with covid 19 test box after it slipped out of my hand hit the counter and something display on the counter. Still served after another person came in and cut the line. Pharmacist apologized to the other customer who cut in line. No morals no ethics I won't be back unless I cut straight to the front as well because it's clearly OK to do here.

DO NOT USE THIS WALGREENS PHARMACY! They are SO slow, they literally take 15 minutes per car in the drive through. I have been sitting in the drive through for 45 minutes with a screaming sick baby in the back seat. They are so unprofessional and ridiculous. Use another pharmacy with more efficient workers because this one ain’t it.

I switched to Walgreens Van Buren after having multiple issues at another drug store. I am SO thankful that I did! Their staff goes above and beyond! They are so kind and professional! Best pharmacy EVER!!!!

Walgreens' in general are pretty awful pharmacies but what I experienced today made my blood boil. Not only did they let me go three days without my medicine even though they had it in stock, they are inconsistent with their photo ID checks. I had to kill two hours in VB because I live out of town even though the script should have been ready Friday. Two people in front of me had controlled substances but never had to show ID but for some reason I had to. Horrible pharmacy and customer service.

I travel for work so use Walgreens pharmacy to have my meds refilled since they’re all over the nation. Reading the reviews of this place had me terrified to get my meds refilled here.But I had zero issues. Called in my refill, got a text and phone call saying it was ready. A couple days later I finally remembered to go get it, went up the window told themWhat I was there for. The guy at the window was so kind! Very nice person, gave me my meds and off I went

Misleading coupon practices...must have two separate purchase transactions before obtaining discount. Not listed on coupon anywhere. When inquired with management, stated yes that's correct. You get the discount on the second visit (3 visits in one week). That's just how it is, I hope you have the kind of day you deserve and walked off.CVS......you get our business.

Look at all the reviews before going to this store. No polite way to say it. The Pharmacy staff are rude jerks. They keep sending out texts saying my 83 year old mother's meds are ready. They warn the meds will be returned to stock if not picked up immediately. We drop what we are doing and drive 30 minutes one way to pick them up. Guess what. No meds are ready.After this happened repeatedly we asked asked them why they repeatedly waste our time with this nonsense. They denied it was happening. After we showed them proof, they refused to fill our mom's scripts because they are short handed. When we complained, the manager asked us to leave. We have moved my mom's meds to Walmart and will never do business there again.

Walgreens have really gone down in customer service! I am sick and tired of my medicine being out of stock and me having to wait days! This is unacceptable. You have a lot of upset customers. I hear this over and over again from many many people. You need to get it together. Walgreens. Or you're going to be out of business.

Walgreens lied about not having my child’s script received all because it was 25 mins before closing, I got there to pick it up 7 mins till closing, I was in a hurry and hoped to get it since my child was so sick, once I was told they never got the script we had the meds called to another pharmacy, the next day we can’t get meds filled and was told Walgreens did fill the meds and received the script, due to insurance issue it caused having two scripts sent in, we are still without my babies meds. If you can keep from it don’t use this pharmacy they care more about closing 5 mins early rather than getting a child’s meds ready that would only have taken 10 mins tops.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have been to. Every time I have a prescription sent over, there is always a problem and they don’t notify you when they don’t have a life saving drug in stock (which is a legal requirement). They also have not given me one of my medications without reason and without discussing it with me.Their technicians have terrible customer service, and the pharmacists are very unprofessional as well.

They had my prescription for 6 hours. It was sent at 11am I called at 2:30 pm and was told it would be ready in 1 hour. I arrived at the store a little before 5pm. The girl at the counter looked it up, leaned back and said it's not ready and it would be awhile before it was ready. I told her I had called 2.5 hours ago. I had to have this. I had a sick child with a heart condition. She never said I am sorry it is late, just leaned forward and told me not to talk to her that way, she has had a bad day. I told her not to talk to me that way. Her store was the one with the issue, I just needed my prescription, I have a very sick child. She leaned back crossed her arms and told me it would be ready tomorrow. Never in my entire life have I ever been treated this way. I have been a customer there for 13 years. I will never do business with them again.

Can I give these guys six stars, no how about five and a half. While other locations like pharmacies, medical centers, medical groups, we're trying to figure out how to even set up an appointment for me to take a covid test, Walgreens made it easy to set up an appointment online. I received my results in 15 minutes, oh, and I'm good to go to Costa Rica.

Terrible pharmacy staff. No sense of urgency or common sense. 6 people working behind the counter and they only help one person at a time. When they are short staffed they also take the phones off line so you can’t even resolve issues unless you go there in person. Moving all my scripts to Walmart.

This pharmacy and staff are the worst I have EVER experienced. They are rude and do not care anything at all about their customers. They never have the medicine in stock, even if you have been filling the prescription there for year's. I would not recommend them to anyone. Do your self a favor and find some place else to get your medicine.

Always short staffed. Script called in by Dr. before 11:30a.m. Told by Pharmacist would be ready by 3:00. Arrived at 3:20 to pick up script. Told this time that it wouldn't be ready until after 4:30......beyond angry as I have been in severe pain and discomfort ALL DAY for severely damaged rotator cuff. No longer my pharmacy.

Walgreens in Van Buren used to be a great pharmacy but for the last 2 months when I have tried to pick up a prescription the pharmacy has been closed yesterday there was a sign on the store door saying once again that the pharmacy had closed at 1:30 pm it's ridiculous that a company as big as Walgreens can't get enough staff members to staff their business. If you need an efficient, professional pharmacy DO NOT USE WALGREENS IN VAN BUREN.

My husband and I were in town for the weekend visiting family and had pretty severe allergies and in need of Claritin D as this does not cause drowsiness and provides fast relief. We always fill our prescriptions at Walgreens in Dallas and had filled as recently as two weeks ago. When the pharmacist asked to see my ID, she said I must have an Arkansas ID. I then showed my military ID, which is a federal ID and she said she couldn’t scan it. I told her the Walgreens in Alma was able to do this on our last visit and she said each Walgreens makes there own policy. By state, sure, but how can a national chain make their own policy by store? She also stated I must have filled with that specific store in the past 6 months so they know who I am and have established a relationship. So in summary, I have to live in Van Buren and have to have an Arkansas ID in order to get allergy relief from a national chain even though I am a Walgreens customer and have a federal ID. Out of towners, beware! Oh, and also be prepared for a lack of professionalism and customer service. Even if this is the “store policy”, there is an appropriate way to speak to customers to help them better understand this policy. Thanks for nothing.

I would rate this place less than this is it would allow me . They have the rudest people. They tell people to go around if they have to wait longer than a minute, then allow certain others to sit their until the fullfil their medicine. Then start yelling at the customer for not liking it.

THEY NEED TO BE TRAINED THAT CUSTOMERS COME FIRST!!! PRIORITIZE THE REFILLS... HATEFULNESS AT THIS TIME IS NOT GOING TO HELP ANYTHING!! This store is a freaking joke!!! My mother bought me what she thought was an Amazon echo because it said it had amazon Alexia on the device so she bought it on black Friday I hook it up & use it on Christmas day the day I got it & it's so slow. So I went to take it back December 26th! Which is 31 days since it was purchased & we are told that we can only get store credit since it has been past 30 days ?!?! Are you serious ? It's Christmas time of course I'm not going to get out & return a gift on Christmas day! Obviously that's what this store expects! So now i have to take store credit to a store I never go to instead of getting the cash back to get the present I really wanted! This store is nothing but a damn joke I will never step foot in this store again I thought Wal-Mart was greedy but y'all have definitely got them beat!!!

Good experiences each time with pharmacy staff. They are often swamped but are friendly and courteous. The only reason for the 4 stars is that there is often a wait.

I did not like all the student helpers in the pharmacy and try to run too much of your life and override what the doctor has told you are written for you so I'm just not crazy about it I'll probably will be changing pharmacies too
