The absolute worst..Bought a Syndr dry herb vape from the VB store . When I took it out of the package the bowl had weed residue inside but it wasn't burnt so I didn't think much of it .Turns out it 100% did not work and must have been returned and placed back on the shelf. When I tried to return in with in 48 hours I was totally I could not because I tried to use it(not sure how i was going to know it didnt work till i tried it).The store manager and there policy's are complete trash stay away from this place. So $50 dollars stolen from me ..

This store ONLY CARES about separating you from your money!! They care NOTHING about the customer. Their products are 3X too expensive. No matter what you are buying CHECK GOOGLE FIRST as this place will rob you blind!! Their products are defective and they do nothing about it. Employees and managers have HORRIBLE attitude unless you are emptying your wallet. And if you are looking for HIXOTIC carts, they are literally 1/3 the price on most websites. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Stopped in because I needed some juice. Stood in line for 15 minutes while 1 employee watched a guy text back and forth with someone trying to find out what he needed, and the other employee stood and puffed her vape watching some toothless tweakers look through a case of devices they couldn't buy while asking stupid questions. Customer service sucks at this location, I'll stick to Fort Smith.

Store is decent enough I prefer the one off midland.. I like some of the staff and the choices u have in store but I don't like how they carry vapes that have no background hard to trust a place that is willing to sale fake vapes

I Have sadly spent thousands of dollars multiple years at this store and the one time i try to take a faulty Disposable back they wont switch it out. I wouldn’t recommend anyone doing business with them if you have better options.

The best Vapor Station of them all! Might not be the nicest most up to date location, but the employee's here are great. Midland location gets my number two vote for sure though. Zero location is great as well!

Have always had good experience at this location and no problems until they started having issues with their stock of disposables. They gave a 48 hour or so policy to exchange or so at first and keep in mind some higher quality disposables now cost 20-40 dollars. I got one yesterday thru the drive thru and they always mention to try out before you leave but they never say once you leave it's final. I was on a motorcycle so I bought and left tried it out at work the following morning and it didn't work. So I work 12 hour shifts and tried to exchange it at this same location I purchased it at as soon as I got off work and they would not replace it like they did before. So please be mindful here I guess if you came and bought a whole case they would expect you to sit there and verify that every single one works. Or else the won't warranty it. You will only lose money here.....

I'm a 18wheel truck driver & dropped my vape while the charging cable was plugged into it breaking the charging port off.So had to purchase a new vape & they were very helpful.Purchased a new vape and a couple of bottles of juice & got a very good price!

Love this location! The staff is super sweet and very knowledgable about all products carried in store. It's a real pleasure to see the employee's interacting with the younger people who frequently are present on Friday and Saturday evenings. Atmosphere here is so friendly and your among friends always!

I found the service at this store when it first opened to be sadly lacking and especially in comparison to their Zero Street store. I have not returned to either store since I had such a bad experience with a broken product I had just purchased here. I really did enjoy the Fort Smith Zero Street store though, that's a fun atmosphere.

“We can’t tell you how much batteries are over the phone” what a stupid policy and store. Don’t waste your time with this location. The night staff is a joke and refuses to be helpful literally ever. They are too busy flirting. Oh and don’t bother calling, if they do answer they just hang up on you.

This place is the best! I'm always recommending this place to my friends and family. The employees are really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They talk clearly and appear to really enjoy their jobs. What I appreciate the most is how they don't mind at all to take the time to show you vapes and answer your questions. They also give you rewards from your purchases that build up quickly to use on your next purchase!

If your not going to sell your products to someone over 21 just because someone under 21(but over 18) helped you pick your flavors, you probably shouldn't allow anyone under 21 to enter the facility. I was just there a week ago and did the exact same thing with no issues, and today I was refused sale by doing the exact same thing I did 1 week ago. I suggest you post that no one can enter unless they are over 21. Simple solution. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Great prices, deals, selections and staff is usually knowledgeable and helpful. Nice place to relax, vape and visit. Selection of house juice flavors is phenomenal! Plus, they will mix house flavors to your whims and you can't beat the price! There is a WHOLE COUNTER for trying flavors. You earn credit with each purchase and they'll inform you of your credit balance and if you want to use it on purchase. Main drawback is that they can be pretty busy at times and house juice bottles aren't as good as earlier bottles; watch for leaks, even if unopened.

Drove through this place on my cross country trip. I lost my vape in a Nevada wind storm and needed one quick. The girl who helped me out was cool, got me set up and out the door in record time. I wish you guys had a place near my home - you'd make a killing off me.

The other day i went in and the employees were very rude and ignored me to wait on someone else went in today to let them know about it and a while later the owner calls me yelling at me and telling me that his employee said it wasn't true he didn't do it and as the owner he had to take his employee's word for it. Needless to say i will never step foot in there again and can only hope everyone else dosen't bother to complain about bad service casue i promise it will make no difference if you do.
