I highly recommend this establishment if you require any farming supplies. Although the prices may be slightly high, the exceptional customer service more than compensates for it. I have never entered the premises without receiving a warm greeting at the door. Moreover, they offer an impressive array of Carhartt and other reputable brands, catering to all your farming and hunting needs. They also boast a diverse selection of boots.

Had a great time visiting the I Heart Cookie food truck in the parking lot of Tractor Supply. They had Bumblebee from Transformers there for a meet and greet, and my kid is a big fan. The parking lot was crowded, but that's to be expected somewhat.

Been going here for years for pine shavings and feed, for the first time today, had a worker scold me for getting my own pine shavings. He told me that they are supposed to load them, that customers are not supposed to grab them. Maybe don't let them be where customers can grab them then?

Manager is super disrespectful and arrogant. Will not make things right with customers. Horrible way to manage a store. Needs to learn how to speak to customers before stepping foot in the store again.

This was my first time here and I will be back! I ordered online using their website. When I parked at the store and "checked in" using their app, an associate brought my order out in a couple of minutes and was nice.

I went to Tractor Supply with my empty propane tank. From about 15 feet away the manager Richard hollered at me that I was not allowed to bring my tank into the store. I was not confrontational but I did ask if the policy was posted somewhere. He said it was posted on the front door. After filling my tank and paying I showed him that there was no sign. His only response was that there used to be a sign. Regardless of a sign or lack thereof, I don’t think the way the situation was handled was appropriate. I think a face to face interaction at a reasonable volume, and acknowledgement of the missing sign and an assurance that it would be replaced as soon as possible would have been better. I do hope they put another sign up so others don’t have the same experience!

Today I received my dog’s monthly subscription treats. Unfortunately the box was full of ants and one of the seven bags was also full of ants and the other six bags had random ants in them too. I called and spoke to a very nice man and he told me not to worry. I told him I could take them to the store for exchange but did not want to take the ants with me. He told me not to feed them to my dog and he would ship out a whole new order. Thank you so much!!

One of the managers, don't know his name, is the rudest sob I've come across. I went to the store for a small purchase. As soon as I walk in he yells at me that they're closing in 15 minutes. I told him I knew what I needed, and was told to hurry up. Rude and unprofessional.Thank goodness there's a farmers co-op not much further from me... won't go back.

Just bought a DeWalt trimmer, should have come with a 5Ah battery and charger. The box was taped, inside I found the 4Ah battery. Items were taped inside the box.

I love our TSC here in Van Buren. I like to mosey around to see all the fun stuff they carry and check out their sale items. A couple of months ago I got a cute pair of slip on mud boots on sale- it was a steal. Now my feet stay dry when the grass is wet. I buy all my dog and cat food here. 4 Health brand is high quality and reasonably priced. I am fussy about what I feed my pets. Little baby chicks are fun to watch, too, and I never leave without a big ole' bag of roasted Peanuts in the shell. Not to mention once a month there is a veterinarian that comes to give routine care and shots to your pets. There is even a dog wash. Wow.

I wouldn’t even leave a star for this company. Purchased a safe online got an email 1 hour later saying it was ready for pick up. Drove 1hr and 30 minutes and they have no clue why they can’t find it. Then wants me to talk to a manager on why they don’t have the safe. Worst store in van buren and shows they have the safes in stock.

Excellent! I've always preferred to go to Tractor Supplies. They seem to have everything I need, from work boots to gun safes and books for everyday life on the farm and in the field. Also an abundance of toys for your little ones.

This is my second trip to the store. I found the young lady that helped me most wonderful. The check out was great as well the young man got me signed up and he also answered a few questions I had about my purchases. Good experience, I will be going back.

This was the best Tractor Supply I have ever visited, huge store stocked well CLEAN Super friendly Staff.They went the extra mile to fill our propane on our MH.This store Rocks and I recommend it 110%I wish this was my local store, we are traveling and they made sure our visit to this store was helpful when we called a 160 miles out from them. Above Board Manager and Staff.

The tractor supply in Greenwood, IS TOTALLY GREAT..Inside and out ...Employees are VERY COURTEOUS, HELPFUL ,,I LOVE GOING THERE...the Van Buren store TOTALLY HORRIBLE ,,staff are RUDE NO HELP AT ALL...I spent. $1400 there yesterday on field fence.(that totalled abt $9000. For December) after I paid with Debit card.,,Waited 10min for them to get guy to load me and a girl comes and tells me that someone had called 30min b4 I got there and wanted them to hold the fencing for them..there where ZERO hold tags on the fencing ...I finally got my stuff after 20 min of discussion with manager, They where Mad at me for They're mistake..they where more concerned abt the stranger that called and said they where coming ???Than they where with me the guy that JUST PAID THEM 1400 and wanted my stuff..made me wait to load until she track down the caller more fencing at another store.SHE DEFINITELY Was having a bad day and RUDE RUDE MEAN

The staff and management of the Van Buren Tractor Supply is one of the best that I've ever seen. It's my go-to store for hardware and stuff for my tractor. They even have hunting supplies, dog food and anything else that you would truly need out here. Strongly suggest you pay them a visit

This company is a joke, anything oversized (60 % of there inventory) they will charge you shipping even if you choose store pick up. The issue with that is it’s such a poorly ran operation they don’t have anything a person would need in stock. Clearly the overheard is too much for these crooks, I would give zero stars if it was an option.
