I love this place! So glad to have it close to home and it has saved me many times by having the right resources needed for the job. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the store is kept neat and organized to a high degree. The only complaint I have is a practical one- the bathroom. Now the bathrooms are incredibly clean! I’m not arguing that. But I’m not sure if people steal the hardware or what but the men’s bathroom stall latch hardware was either missing, misaligned so you couldn’t lock the door, or the hooks on the back of the door were broke off. I found one lockable/usable stall out of 5.

We bought a washer and dryer and had them delivered. The delivery personnel were wonderful in setting them up and showing us how to use them. They were delivered on 02/01/24. Haven't gotten an email survey on it yet but I give them a big old 10!!

Lowes has a good selection of items in stock. The department managers generally know their stuff and are very helpful. They have cut back with check-out associates as I have had to use the self check-out the last couple times I've been in. Still overall, a good place to shop.

Absolutely horrible experience with the store delivery team, we had to go through corporate to get a delivery! The young lady at the appliance desk was amazing as was the delivery guys (out of a different store)Not to mention they sent a refrigerator that had been taken out of the box and had several dents.

If I could give less stars I would. It is ridiculous that there are no actual cashiers available only self check out. I am not an employee of Lowe’s so I should not have to do a job that the company hires for. When you ask the employee standing around the self check outs why there are no cashiers it’s “we can’t keep anyone” but yet there was a handful of people down from corporate just standing around. I guess when you get to a certain level within the company you forget about all the customers that shop at a store to help bring in profit for your corporate positions.

We went in to purchase lumber and the employees asked if we needed help we explained we did and needed lumber cut. They sent us down the wrong isle for what we needed then left. We went asked cashier to see if could get some help. They said they would be with us and never came. We told on duty manager and he said I’m sorry. They just loss our business today and in the future.

Went in to buy a fridge. Asked for the black one, and were told it would be an extra 100 off, and could be delivered the following week. Got rung up in a totally different part of the store because the computers were busy. He said we would have to pay 15 extra dollars for a special line because the delivery team would refuse to use our current copper line that is working just fine. So we did pay the extra 15, we didn't get the 100 off. We didn't realize that until we got out of the store. We also were told we have to wait until the week after the following week. So we relented. Delivery day and the guys take it out of the truck and it is silver and he says he can take it back to lowes but I'm guessing it was rung up wrong in the first place. They tried installing with the copper line that is there and didn't even mention the extra 15 dollar part we were required to buy. But it leaked because it requires thread tape, plumbers tape. So he says I'll need an extra part. I say "the part I already paid for?" He says "I'll Give it to you." As if I didn't already pay for it. He says "I can't Install through cabinets, you'll need a longer line to go around the front of the cabinets." The hole through the cabinets was already there, it was just putting the line through it but ok. He leaves the fridge pulled out, leave the line on the counter and they leave. I called the store 4 times and talked to someone 3 of those times but kept getting put on hold and then ignored for over 10 minutes. This was a terrible experience and I guess I'm stuck with this unhooked up silver fridge that I paid 1400+ for.

Try you some flex brand tools you'll be impressed not saying anything bad about all the many other brands but flex brand is doing a good job at making a name for them selfs never had any problems

Went to gardening section. Found the kind of pumpkin I wanted and a mum in a cute jackolantern container.People seemed helpful and friendly.1 worker saw me with my fat pumpkin and got a basket for me. Thank you so much!

Richard helped me and my elderly mom find a storm door. He was very helpful. Had a great attitude and sense of humor...he's an asset to your company. He helped us with all our needs then loaded everything in the truck...very satisfied...

Lowes is our go to locally alot of times when we need hardware, tools, or materials. They have reasonable and competitive pricing. Only issue is sometimes cant find a sales rep in site to help you find what you need.

We tried to enter the store at about 9:05 pm and were told by an employee in the parking lot that they were closed. Their hours say that they’re open until 10 pm. We drove a long way to get there so I’m not happy. Keep your hours up to date!!

Single handedly the worst lowes store I've ever had to deal with. They made every mistake possible and wanted me to pay for their mistakes. Manager on duty offered no help or resolution. No response when trying to call to handle the situation. Under trained staff could not help. Had to waste time and money to drive to the store to handle the issue. Will not be giving them anymore buisness period.

Customer service is non existent. No check out isles open, just self check isles. When I put in my phone number for military discount, number wasn’t recognized. I asked for help and was told there is nothing they could do because no check out isles were open. Won’t be returning. It’s sad because Lowe’s used to be a good store.

A young blond girl greeted me as I walked in today. Her customer service was very impressive. I later noticed that she was working in the lumber area as a cashier. This is the second time I have been here recently. The other time I was here, the customer service was fantastic as well. This is my go-to Lowe’s!

I ordered vinyl plank flooring on Oct. 27 and bought installation through the store. A store rep said they would get the product ordered and installation would be in about two weeks. Several weeks later, after not hearing anything about installation except they came out and measured, I called the store on Sunday, Dec. 4. I got a call back on Monday, was told everything had been received and they would let the installer know. Why wasn’t the installer told that they had everything needed?Anyway, the installer called and scheduled product delivery for the following Monday, with installation on Wednesday and Thursday. They didn’t show up on Wednesday, so I called the installer and was told the installation had been canceled because there was some product missing. I assured the lady that it had not been canceled with me and that everything had been delivered to my house. She said they couldn’t do the job since they had booked another one since mine had been “canceled,” so she called another installer in Tulsa, who sent three guys who were supposed to be there at 9 on Thursday. They were not told the product had been delivered to my home, so they went by the store to get it. They got to the house at about 10:30 a.m. They finished at about 8:30. They were loading up to leave at round 7 or so when I asked about finishing the job, which included an entry hallway. He said they weren’t supposed to do that area, but after looking at his phone app, saw that they were supposed to do it and finished the job.It seemed there was no communication between the store and contractor, and there was definitely no communication between me and the contractor until I made the call to see what was going on. The installers were hard to communicate with due to a language barrier, but they did a good job. This whole process has convinced me to NEVER use Lowe’s contractors again for anything more than to install a microwave.

They have such a gorgeous garden center selection, as far as plants, trees, and such! They're absolutely beautiful 😍I went in late, about 45 minutes before closing, and it was so clean, and well maintained, they'd all been watered, there were half dead ones mixed in, anywhere that I saw! Most were reasonably priced, but some did blow my mind! Lol, ya get what ya pay for though, and your money is well spent here! Good job Lowes Van Buren!

Well I think the prices are great here so I drive across town to go there. However I went last night and the people on that shift weren't helpful at all for some reason. I asked 3 gentleman where something specific was bc my phone wasn't working in the store. They all said they weren't sure and said sorry, good luck pretty much. So I found it myself after forever and then the lady at checkout almost didn't give me a military discount bc my husband wasnt present. Ugh get a grip people 🙄

All of the associates at Lowes are extremely knowledgeable. The item I needed was out of stock, but that can happen anywhere. I still left spending $35 on stuff I didn't know I needed.
