Friendly and helpful staff. Very sweet to my son, giving him a hat and letting him try on the real firefighter equipment. The sandwiches were delicious and everything was very fresh. They have patio seating that was perfect as we travel with our dog.Kid-friendliness: Wide variety on the kids menu. Comes with a cute little plastic firefighter helmet. Patio seating worked great for us but there were also highchairs.

Check your subs if you get a to go order. We didn’t find out until we got home that my daughters meatball sub was completely burned. The bread and the meatballs were burned so bad, it was inedible. The fact that the person who made it thought it was ok to still serve it is beyond me.

Great place to get a sub. The meatball sub is by far my favorite. The steamer is the only sub they have that I personally don't care for, but that is probably just my taste. I don't like my sandwich to be wet. If you need a change of pace from Subway, then this is the place to go.

I did not get the gentleman's name but he served me one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Me and him were talking he had just graduated from school and everything and he was in sports just like I was in school he was very nice walk me through the whole Firehouse subs because I've never been there before. It was awesome though the meat tasted real the bread was super soft and fresh the veggies were nice and crisp and delicious everybody there was super sweet and very helpful. I give a great big thumbs up and five stars for these guys because they really were working hard and they were nice and helpful and their food is awesome the sandwich that dude made was wonderful I'm definitely going back.

I stopped into the restaurant and it was a little awkward. Someone was mopping and no one really greeted you. Once I walked up to order I heard a voice from the back saying they would be there in a moment. They popped out and I ordered my sandwich. The Mac n cheese I had as a side was not the greatest. I'd had better from other establishments. Should stick with the chips next time. I went with the brisket which I'd had before. This time it was a little drier than the times past.

Lip smacking good subs!! I'm not joking...you're doing yourself a disservice if you have never eaten here. We only come to this particular location. The other stores we have been to don't compare. It's clean, the staff is very friendly, and it seems like they just make a better sandwich 👍

The workers were super rude both times I have come In here. I never give one star reviews but there is no sense in being rude and negative. The management needs to take care of this and get some happy workers. When you go eat somewhere where the sandwiches are ten dollars we should have positive friendly people!!!

Great food and excellent service. Another customer was behaving badly and causing a scene and the staff we're as polite as possible as he continued to yell at them all. The young woman tried to explain policy and offer a refund for his wife's meal, but he was too busy screaming to listen. He even threw an outside chair upsetting a young family with three little girls. The staff was great, they checked on every customer and gave an apology to each of us. They handled them selves with dignity. Very pleased!

The Lady who manages this location is very, very annoying. She stands right over her employees shoulders and bosses them around. She interrupts the cashier to ask the customer a question instead of allowing the cashier do their job. Entirely too much micro-managing going on, and quite frankly it is uncomfortable to see. Other than that the food is great.

Usually when I go to firehouse I get excellent service but I went today for the first time in about a year and I had multiple problems. I had to repeat myself more then two times with my orders and asked for hot bbq sauce on the side and ended up with regular. None of my sandwiches had toasted bread and the bread was stale. The brisket was dry and the drink machine is down so we couldnt get combos how we wanted it. I know there Are some set backs but it shouldn’t have been this bad.

Stopped in for lunch and enjoyed our subs but on our way out an employee came to clean the tables and put napkins that were leftover on the tables back into the dispensers. So gross. My dude, they're paper napkins, just throw them in the trash.

My Family and I Really enjoyed the Food. The staff was So nice, We Love Fire house Subs! I definitely Recommend this Place! I personally like Fire house Subs better than Subway.

This is your standard Firehouse Subs. The staff was friendly, the service quick, and the food was great. The staff was working hard, but was having a hard time keeping up with the front of house cleanliness.I love their sandwiches.
