Iv been at this store almost every day sometimes multiple times since I moved to this town 6 months ago and this morning around 830 after bringing my child to school in my PJs snowing and cold as hell outside . I stopped here to grab a lighter and the manager refused to sell it to me bc by I didn't bring my id. The fact that I'm a very regular customer spend thousands here and there is no customer relationship built says it all but I'm 37 yrs old come the hell on. Manager was rude and ridiculous common sense is scarce these days. won't be getting my buisness anymore I'll take it to harps around the corner.

This is the most unorganized place I have ever seen. They never have anything you need. And the employees are never hardly up front to check people out. It would be best if you find another store to go to because this one ain't it.

As an ex employee my experience was quite strange and sad really.I’m just wanting to leave a review to warn people if you want hour or respect don’t work here.The computer system are from 2004 ,management is ether non existent or over barring.It’s hard to get normal taskes doneThere were shift I worked not scheduled (to make up for lack of hours )(11 HOURS a week)as favors for my manger and she went back and change records .There is mold all over the store if you look hard enough.the store is only sweet and moped once a week .the is a rat problem at are warehouse and we were told not to talk about it .Management is a joke they need a new general manager and some one to train them definitely out of date store

Will never visit this store again. Filthy floors, boxes on both sides of the aisle hard to maneuver cart. VERY DISORGANIZED.

Staff are always very friendly and usually wear a smile. The only drawback for me is that it's very unorganized and it's hard to get through the isles due to boxes and all the new inventory in the isles taking up a ton of space. If they would get cleaned and organized I would most definitely give 5 stars!

Really love the employees here. They always smile and its the same people not a big turn over. So its always nice to know the staff in a low prices store. Very helpful!

Hate the newly remodeled store on Kibler Road or the one on 28th. Didn't like them much before definitely don't now. I'll drive all the way acrossed town to the one on pointer before I go back to the either of the others.

Store was nice and big. Had plenty of space to walk around without banging our cart into anything . It was nice and clean and the employees were very nice. Definitely will shop there again.

This dollar general is so disorganized and the things they have a sale sign on, when you check out the register charges full price for the item. The employees always seem to be confused. I have to go across town to a different store in order to get what I need.

As with all DG stores, it has the usual limited goods, but they do try to keep it stocked. Prices are fair. Great for a quick pick of most goods away from the over crowded Wal-Mart.

Dollar General is generally a good store for what it is. Obvious overpriced things but also some good bargains. My favorite things that I go to get are the drinks. Great drink selection and cheaper than most convenience stores.

A lot of empty Shelfs. Had only 2 packs of toilet paper left. Employees pleasant and wearing mask and social distancing observed

It would have been good but the manager kicked me out n said that i was just standing around n takeing up space for another person that could be paying for sumthing i was with my sister it was very embarrassing

Friendly almost makes up for lack of experience. But since it's almost only just one checker waiting on 5 or more ppl. Friendly definitely helos make the wait bareable

The store is well as expected but the space between the shelves meant to walk and shop on has gotten rather tight. They need to widen them back to the way they used to be. It is almost impossible to shop if your hadicapped and have a walker or wheelchair. Some areas of the store can't be reached in a wheelchair.

Store is disorganized and almost always low in inventory. I've often had a hard time getting through some aisles because there were boxes in the way.

I can always find what I need. But most stores are messy and understaffed. The new one in Van Buren on Pointer Trail by the schools is very nice.

Good store good prices but I hate the fact my phone doesn't work inside this metal building. Can't be called and reminded to buy something we may be needing at hime.
