I have never been treated like I was tonight by one of your employees, her name started with a K (she didn't have her name tag on, but the other cashier said her name but I am too frustrated to remember), she's got red brown hair. The cashier couldn't do returns so he hollered for the chick. She came over all rudely, she stuck her hand out without saying anything to give her my receipt from the original purchase. She scanned my receipt, being rude again saying "just get something for $5" then she stated the receipt is from the self check out and that it wasn't working. I told her I never used the self check out, but she still argued with me. I LITERALLY PURCHASED THIS WHAT I WAS RETURNING YESTERDAY & IT SAYS YOUR CASHIER WAS AMY - I bought my item from the DG off of Fayetteville & Old Uniontown. This chick was rude the moment she stepped to the counter. I've never had a bad experience at this dollar general before, but I won't be coming back.

A youmg lady who I believe is Taylor I hope that's the name she told me. The store is in Van Buren AROn pointer trail. She was very kind and was so nice made me have hope that there's people who will be happy to give there best to welcome a customer.There's others at the same location that are awesome. I pray that location will keep up the 💯 customer service. I don't go to other stores in Van Buren cause they are not friendly,But the location I give the 5 ⭐ rates Is very friendly and that's why I come to that location to shop!

Terrible store. Employees get upset when your couponing because you get something cheaper and when they don't come off and ask them to fix it they get upset amd tell you no I'm not letting you get it any cheaper m I'm using the store coupons on the app not using the system. The two girls working were absolutely mean and make you feel bad for trying them save money

Parking lot needs to be reevaluated as far as driveway and their truck unloading are concerned. Store is clean. Staff is friendly. The manager Nathan has always been wonderful and helpful. Their selection of products exceeds the rest of the local stores and is nicely organized. Unlike the other locations that continually have the isles blocked with restock, this location seems to keep their stock carts out of the way of customer shopping.

Overall cleanliness of the establishment is lacking. And the aisles are definitely much too close. However this does provide a lot of selection for such a small footprint of a building. The staff is mediocre in help. But you can occasionally come across a variety of really decent deals. Still worth dropping in every once in a while to see what they might have.

Male employee was quite unprofessional. A customer was standing in line but it took a little longer than expected for the person in front of her to check out so she EXTREMELY nicely excused herself. She was super nice explaining she was running late.The male employee proceed to bash her behind her back to the other customers and to the other staff saying “oh she just couldn’t wait.”I too excused myself from line at this point due to his staggering Unprofessionalism and I made my purchase elsewhere.

This is a very friendly place and the workers are quite helpful. There is a larger selection than the previous location on the other end of Pointer Trail that is now closed because of relocating so the store could be made larger. The prices are great also and the store is much faster to shop at than larger retail chains.

Justin Wing that posted a review below me os 100% incorrect in his review. He needs to realize when a manager or person in charge is getting on to employees for not doing their job when a customer leaves instead of jumping to conclusions. The employee he speaks of was actually sarcastically getting onto the other employee for being late and it actually had nothing to do with the customer. Please do not listen to this individual justin wing! This store is amazing the employees are amazing if they weren't I wouldn't shop there!!! The store is always clean, the employees are always friendly, and they have what I want conveniently located.

This is the most friendly location. Nathan is such a nice person that enjoys his job and it shows. His staff is always friendly as well, and I 'm happy to hear that this location is getting a new store soon!!

This place saves my days often! I always run for milk or something that was major that I forgot to get at the grocery store and they always have it there or a great selection to choose from. The people are so sweet and welcoming also!

It's a Dollar General the one on Hwy 71 and Riley Farms area is always a miss. Some of the staff are less than friendly. If you go to the new Dollar General on Hwy 45 between Hackett and the edge of Fort Smith. They are always friendly and the store is clean.

Unethical return policy. Did not receive full refund even with original receipt within a week from purchase date. Item was not used. Still in original condition. Was given partial refund amount because that item was on sale that day. And the customer service was unfriendly. I'm very disappointed of DG.

It's a nice, clean store, with friendly and helpful people!! They a vast variety of things for a little dollar store and even have clothing sales or item sales off and on!! For a discount store, they have pretty good quality items!!

Local dollar general always close to were I'm at, easy and convenient always clean and the employee always kind and helpful. Wheelchair ramps up close parking, public restroom open till 9pm
