They over estimate prices and labor times for their mechanics by a long shot. They quoted me over $700 and 5 hours labor to change a surge tank so I just bought the tank and changed it myself in less than 30 minutes never changed one in my life. Would not recommend using them unless you Google hour rates on whatever you need fixed because they take advantage of you.

Were very helpful when we bought a 16 freightliner cascadia day cab. Even got a couple hats and a pic taken. Truck was detailed extremely well. Felt like a brand new truck type clean.

Took 2 weeks to find out and fix the problem that this shop was originally told to fix. If it was possible to give negative stars, this rating would be that. Absolutely hilarious how little intelligence it takes to work at this place. They couldn’t figure out that a fridge running would kill the batteries of the truck! Never use the dealership if there are other options!

As far as the work, I feel like I've been scammed more times than I can count. Just got my truck back for the fourth time for the same issue. The first three times, they didn't fix it as they claimed. Yet, still tried to charge me every time I went there for repairs that were covered under warranty. I have never before seen so many trumped up charges. They charged me to replace my fuel filter, not knowing that I had just had it replaced 4 days prior. When I asked about why they would change a fuel filter that was already new, they had no answer. They could give me no reason for why they changed it.

If you have locking fuel caps I suggest you use them. (I don't) I had all my fuel stolen here bone dry.. I had just fueled 180 miles before I broke down n was towed here..Positive I was still 3/4 full after being towed here. Talk about kick a man when he's down.. hoping to hear from Management , maybe got it on there cameras. I've called trust me...Patiently waiting

Had the fleet owner call ahead to get the parts guy to pull what I needed and put it in will call. When I arrived there had been a shift change and nobody on shift had any idea what I was talking about. Wasted my time in duplicating all the effort the fleet manager had already done. I probably wouldn't stop again

I spent here 2 days for an alignement... day 1 nobody touched my truck just somebody did a walk around at the end of the day they give an estimate for 900$ for my problem with truck making a vibration at 65-70 and leaning rear axle airbags to the left, they said alignement should fix this...day 2 they drove my truck to a third party shop who does alignements, after 3 hours truck was ready,and took other 2h to send somebody to bring it back to the dealership...problem not fixed... sent back to the same shop to put more shims ...shop is closing at 5 pm they didn't make it..i don't undestand why they call themself a dealership if they dont do alignement by themself..such a shame .charged me 830$ when a regular alignement is around 350$ ,my truck is a cascadia 2023 with 80k miles should be under warranty but they said is not.. charged me anyway 500 extra for nothing.. an absolute horrible experience with them,nobody cares..Owners,drivers just avoid this place at all costs..they don't let you to sleep in your truck even if is parked outside and not in shop..and suggest you a motel next door,i think they are connected.:Worst experience ever in my life!!!PS : day 3... 10am airbag leaning to driver side solved,bus still diference between left and right side 1/2 inch, my truck is still making that vibration at 65-70... but i'm not coming back to this place...

A big thank you to Shawn Smith and his service team. This is an Allison certified shop. I worked with Brandon on a Allison RDS 3000that had a service light on. Very professional top notch service. Work was done in a timely manner and communication through the process was very good. I highly recommend this shop and will be back for any and all my transmission needs. Thanks again!!!

NEVER USE THIS DEALER!!!!!THEY CHARGE ME ALMOST 13K WITHOUT GOOD EXPLANATION AND LOCK THE TRUCK AT THE DEALER YARD... AFTER ALL THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL CHARGE ME 65$ A DAY FOR THE TRUCK PARKING...JUST IMAGINE THAT, AND AFTER I PAID 13K TO TAKE THE TRUCK....CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON AND WE HAD TO SEND SOMEONE TO START THE TRUCK COS IT HAS SOME ELECTRICAL ISSUE!!!STAY AWAY AND DONT USE THIS SCAMMERS !

These folks have done me right every single time that I go in. Always fix my problem right the 1st time, and always in a timely manner. They never try to up-sell me into buying unnecessary parts, but always honest about what is wrong, and always give me factual information as to what will happen if not attended too. If I could give 10 stars I would. They are so good that I try to get my trucks there if possible anytime anything is needed! I have even towed one from Laredo, TX just to get it to this dealership for repair! These folks are awesome.

Repairs are done right. Time estimates are very accurate except for one instance that couldn’t be helped - out of a total 30 visits over the years once is hardly memorable.

At first they were good. Then I had 3 extremely bad experiences. Tech lied and got caught, nothing happened to him. Was over charged and misdiagnosed. Talked to service manager, no help. Talked to corporate manager and he said he would get back to me and never did. A tech who doesn't even look at your truck and gives a diagnostic that is obviously wrong and lies to their own service writer and customer should be dealt with. Not allowed to continue to diagnose people's equipment.

Had to take my rig in to get a serpentine belt replaced the lady I spoke with at the service desk(Laura I believe) was very nice and helpful. The shop was extremely busy and I had to stay overnight. They kept me informed of the progress and I was out by noon the next day. It was a simple repair but the professionalism of the staff is what I appreciated most.

Thanks to the shop guy who fixed my truck but the my whole experience is tainted due the fact the service desk seemed lack knowledge on ETC for diagnostics and repairs. From the moment i dropped off my truck, i knew the service desk personnel didn’t really have clue as to when I’d get my truck seen and repaired.If you don’t know pick a lie and stick with it. But between B the new guy and the other woman they couldn’t tell me the same story even though the work 5ft apart from each other. So it made really anxious about getting the truck in and out in a timely manner for an EXHAUST CLAMP/SEAL replacement on a new truck.I could tell that they didn’t like me being professionally firm with them when i wanted my truck back asap.So at then of it all the lady comes in the room snaps her finger, says lets go, i sign the paper and they like dismiss me. As if i cause them so much pain heartache trying to figure whats up with my truck.I feel like they saw me as a young black driver, with no life experience whatsoever. But Im about to turn 30 and I’ve worked 10yrs in customer service before becoming a driver. And what they gave me was not customer service at all. Very unprofessional and unorganized in my opinion, especially with the new guy being there. But he’s doing his best with what little guidance he has.I left this shop wondering if my experience would have been different or better if i was a white male. Sad to feel that way honestly. But i don’t expect to be treated equally anywhere i go nowadays because of experiences like this that leave me questioning instead of satisfied.

Outstanding customer service! Very knowledgeable, open, customer friendly service department. Great communication. Stayed connected. Successful proffessionally done repairs. Absolutely none of unnecessary parts replaced. All tests results, every single step of the repairs were noted. And every part replacement/repair autorization was requested with detailed brake down & explaination. Tony, but most of all Alex in a team with very experinced service mechanic John Dunbar in Service Department Department went extra mile to make my experience undoubtly pleasant. Very professional. First time here and VERY happy.

We recently had to have our RV serviced, Cheryl and Paula in the service Dept where absolutely amazing. Very friendly and kept me up to date on what’s was going on. The work they did for our RV was great and finished in a timely manner, one of the techs talked to us about what needed to be fixed. The facility is kept clean and nice looking. Would highly recommend if your Freightliner needs serviced.

The service writer was pleasant to talk to and very helpful. But one of the repair requests was to fix the air leak on my air dryer, one tech said the whole thing needs to be replaced, but another tech was given the task and all he did was replaced the filter. Woke up this morning with my air tanks completely drained.

They take a couple days. I was told it’ll be done that day then they didn’t finish it until next day afternoon. Look over your truck before leaving. They drained my coolant and left it below the minimum line.

The people working in the service department are top notch. They where nothing but kind to me. My truck had a lot of problems with it and it took some time to get it going again. But they are good at what they do and always made me feel good about the people working on it. I would recommend this place to any driver. They had a clean drivers lounge and clean restrooms. But most of all it was the smiling faces that made me feel good about this shop. Thank you for fixing my truck.

Would be nice if they updated their operating hours. Have a serious coolant issue and tried to get in for help. They are NOT open on Saturdays. Even though all of their information says they are.I find it hard to believe that a repair shop is closed on the weekends. Best part is if you call in, they just hang up on you, can't even be bothered to talk to you and tell you they are not open, so I had to pull into the facility to figure out they are closed.

My experience at Doggett Van Buren was very impressive, the service department was exceptional I was in and out in a matter of hours. The service dept also made sure that Freightliner covered the repair under warranty as my truck is less than a year old. 5 star facility

We have used Ms Cheryl and their service department as often as possible for our trucks. This is top notch service! We have started buying trucks from Greg at this location simply because of its staff. Everyone here makes it a great experience from sales to service. Ms Dee the service manager does whatever she can to make sure customers are satisfied and trucks are fixed. Her team is the best! If you leave here unhappy, it's you, not them!!

Yes, I spent 2 nights there. But service manager Joey and his staff saw to my problems with my my truck and addressed them as best they can. DEF PROBLEMS can not be addressed in 15minutes. But they did diagnose my truck problems as quickly as possible. I was shown the utmost courtesy and understanding that could be expected. This shop has my full appreciation and thanks that could be expected. They are good at what they do and nothing less. 2ND TO NONE.

Every time we have to come to one of these places we expect the worst, while wondering how we are going to afford this. I have been super stressed, and a little upset as well. The women upfront helped explain things to me and even had to use photos to help me comprehend. Every dealer is always backed up, but they are trying to get me out of here after only two days.
