Employees are exceptionally friendly, they listen, and they actually seem like they love their jobs 😊The food imo is amazing. I absolutely love how fresh the food tastes, especially the fries. They are always crispy and hot. The gravy is always perfectly hot as well. I would recommend the chicken strip $7 meal deal. You get chicken strips, fries, a drink, a sundae, and you can even upgrade the sundae to a blizzard if you'd like for an extra $2. When my husband and I go inside to eat, it's usually quiet, calm and relaxing with very few people dining in.

I placed my order online in the app on 3/3 and said I'd pick it up in drive-thru. When I got there we had to wait about 15 minutes before we got to a window. Our order was not ready so we had to wait longer. When I got home one grandsons bun was burnt black on top. Another grandson got french fries instead of onion rings. I did not get my gravy. So I called up there to report it and was told by a young lady to come back thru drive-thru and I said ma'am I just spent about 25 minutes in drive-thru and don't care to do it again. At this time I thought that they'd at least say "well pull into a parking space call us and we'll bring it right out out" Nope, what I got was a smart moth letting me know real quick she didn't care what my problem was. So I got mad and hung up. I won't be going back. I spent $60 that night and felt I deserved a little more than a smart mouth

For just opening, this location is running like a well oiled machine. Tables are clean, floors are clean, employees are working as a team. Management seem to care help and assist.Kid-friendliness: Kid corner with TV playing old time cartoons.Wheelchair accessibility: Front door with dedicated parking per ADA guidelines.

4/7/24, 7:30 PM. Apparently this location's requirements for employment are only signing your name with a crayon (eating crayon afterwards optional) because these slack jawed retards could **** up a steel ball in a rubber room. Ordered 2 combos, neither of which were made correctly, and had clearly been under a heat lamp for an hour. We drove from mountainburg because we were craving a burger and DQ sounded good, and wasted gas, time, and a trip for some sub par garbage made by special needs level idiots (probably from Oklahoma). Avoid this location if you enjoy quality food.

Me and my spouse went to get blizzards and I ordered a turtle pecan because it's one of the few without gluten ingredients in it and there was brownie bits at the bottom. I cannot express how bad that is for me I'm allergic to gluten.Dietary restrictions: Not gluten friendly

I can't speak for all the food. I used to eat dairy Queen chili dogs all the time in California. Since moving I haven't been close to a dairy Queen. So when this one opened up I talked so much about their chili dogs, told everyone how great they were. My wife and I finally made it by there and the chili dogs were nothing like I remembered. Like everything else I guess things change over the years. The place was nice and clean and their staff was friendly and helpful. I will go back but sadly I won't be having anymore dairy Queen chili dogs.

New building, new staff, but they didn't seem to have that "new" learning curve. Staff were friendly and efficient. Our food tasted awesome and arrived quickly. The burgers had great flavor and weight, but the large fries are still a pretty small order (or, they brought is the wrong size: we ordered large and got about a handful of fries). After we ate, we ordered ice cream--banana splits. They are a great size and awesome flavor with fresh ingredients. The problem is the container. We noticed when they were delivered that there was strawberry spilled all over the bottom, but apparently the problem was the corner was ripped out of the container. So the banana split didn't have any strawberries left in it, and we had a huge mess. The mess truly became a pain when we tried to clean up--when they drop off your food, they take/keep the tray. This makes cleanup particularly difficult, since you have to carry everything to the trash.

I was excited when I first saw that we had dairy Queen in Van Buren and then I got the food. I got the chicken strip basket let me tell you it does not look like the picture I didn't get the Texas toast, so I had to go back in and get it and I wish I hadn't. It was just regular bread slightly grilled and soaked in butter, horrible and I had to throw it out. I got a small amount of fries and three small chicken strips that tasted like they were burnt or the oil was old. I paid $26 all together for two meals and it was the worst meal I ever had in my life. I probably will not be going back unless I get ice cream

No one has to worry about me being in front of them in line. I got my order and it was wrong, I had to drive all the way across town to get it fixed. I will say this was my first time here so I was a little difficult and they were still friendly and when I went back for my order they replaced it the right way. Buuuut, the only thing that was good was the chocolate dipped cone. No complaints there, I got two burgers one for my husband and one for me. My patty was dry and small the pepper jack cheese is basically flavorless except for it's so spicy you cannot taste anything else on the burger. The fries would have been ok but they were cold. All in all if I wanted a mediocre burger for 5 dollars I would go to sonic. I make a better burger than that at my store for sure. I'll challenge that.

Ah!! Finally we have a Dairy Queen again!! We just went for ice cream for my daughter's birthday. She and I had dip cones and the kids had kid size blizzards. My daughter had a large cone and I had a medium cone. When they came out they were the same size which I thought was very uncool. The ice cream was awesome and we left happy! They were super busy and we were there about 4pm. I can't wait to go back!

Dairy Queen hasn’t been open for long, really busy place, we ate outside, they brought their food to us. She was really nice! The food was fresh and hot. I noticed they where playing Christian music outside! I have to say in my first time dining out in a restaurant I heard Christian music playing on the speakers, it was refreshing to me ears. I wish this place the best and welcome the business into our town!Parking: More parking towards the back of the buildingKid-friendliness: They have kids meals

The food and ice cream are delicious! I would recommend their chicken finger basket with gravy, ice cream cakes, blizzards, & dilly bars. The staff was friendly and courteous. My only complaint is they brought my blizzard shortly after my food. My blizzard had melted by the time I got to eating it.Kid-friendliness: Kids will enjoy their ice cream treats!

Had an awesome experience with this new DairyQueen in Van Buren thought my wallet was in my car and after I ordered I looked for my wallet and Oops I didn't have it ask if they would put my order in the freezer and I would come back and get them. They said no how about you take the order and come back and pay. I definitely will. Amazingly super nice owners and managers

Absolutely the worst and oddest visit to any restaurant. I had a manager try and give me free food because "it cost so much and the owner will never miss it."I honestly think there was something hinke about the whole thing. Not sure if it was dishonest but it certainly felt that way
