Would give 0 stars if I could.. have been getting the same medication now for years and then they give me a generic that I have told them before I do not want. My insurance paid for name brand I do not want generic patches. They do not stick. I filled 3 months worth of medicine and now I'm stuck with it. A little courtesy hey this isn't the medicine you've been getting it's actually the medicine you specifically said you do not want. But you left the drive thru so now you're stuck with it.. 0 stars.

Every time I go into my CVS in Van Buren I am greeted with a friendly associate. The cashiers are always very friendly as well and very helpful. Although I didn’t visit the pharmacy area on this trip, they always greet me and if they are busy they let me know they will be with me in a few. They are helpful and answer any questions that I have.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. The staff is rude, they don't care about anyone but themselves. For the past 2 months they keep making excuses and saying that there is a nation wide shortage of a medication and they can't get it in stock, however every other pharmacy in the area somehow manages to have it in stock. I asked them if they had ordered the medication and was told that's not how it works. (ummmmm okay, but you do have order medication to have it sent to your store) I have called my daughter's doctor and am having her medication sent to another pharmacy, we will never use CVS ever again. The staff always acts like it's such an inconvenience to have to do their jobs, so I'll help ya out and give you one less job to worry about and give our business to another pharmacy who actually cares enough to do their job and are kind and caring.I would give 0 out of 5 stars but it won't let me.

Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Pharmacist and Techs were very humble, knew how to conduct business while being resourceful, respectful, and compassionate. I started to feel better before I even received my allergy medicine due to the kind words of encouragement and optimism by the pharmacist lady. I recommend this CVS to anyone that wants to skip long lines, sassy staff, ridiculous prices, and unbelievable wait times!7stars

I would like 2 thank the CVS Employees and the CVS Pharmacy Employees 4 doing a wonderful Job, regardless of the situation. They don't get the credit that they deserve. I can not leave a 0 review or I would. This pharmacy is the most poorly managed business I’ve ever had to deal with. My employer required me to use this brand of pharmacy for some time and now they are not so I will be leaving. I’ve been getting medicine for over a year now and EVERY TIME I call to get my prescription started only to go into the store and still have to wait for 15 minutes to an hour and a half. It’s obvious that most of them do not care for their jobs and honestly they need to be replaced. Today I was told that the automated system has no idea how far behind they are and that they are 6 DAYS BEHIND!!! How?!?! How can you be 6 days behind? The order comes in, you verify it with the doctor and the insurance, and they put it in a bottle! Poor management and even worse customer service! Worthless!!!!

Horrible customer service. My husband is having his first medical issue with having an emergency open heart surgery. All of this is new to us. We are ignorant of most pharmaceutical/pharmacy terms, processes, and procedures. As medications have been added and altered in the past week, I have had to bounce back and forth from doctors' offices to CVS pharmacy in Van Buren, of which was my choice of pharmacy in the area. I have asked basic questions and have been met with replies like, "that's not something you should be asking us, you need to ask your doctor (this was concerning a refill that did not have any refills remaining) and "I already told you that the insurance has to talk to your doctor...." And when I said, "there's really no need to speak to me so rudely." I was told, "OH! Because I'm forward, you're calling me rude!?!" And was hung up on. It's not WHAT they have said, but HOW they have said things. Very disrespectful and demeaning. As other reviews have said, these people hate their jobs. They don't need to be here interacting with people who need their medical help. They are just as much a part of the healthcare group as surgeons and RN's. If they don't want to or can't be helpful and friendly, they need to find a job that will accommodate them. I have moved all prescriptions from this CVS to a different pharmacy where I have been treated with kindness and gratitude that I have given them my business.These issues typically start at the top. Says a lot about this CVS as a whole. I will never shop there again. There are too many other options.

My sister, who has sick kids, tried coming to this location recently. Very poor customer service and unprofessional. The pharmacist is also not dependable and is late for shifts. None of the workers there care about people being sick or people needing medications. An embarrassing location for CVS, which is unfortunate since I feel most locations have solid staff.We will be switching to a different pharmacy.

1 star is the lowest rating available or this would absolutely be a 0 star review. I have been stuck with this pitiful excuse for a pharmacy due to one specific medication for my child only being available here. I dread it every time I have to deal with them. The medication is never ready even after receiving a notification that it is. They cannot seem to get the information correct, even though we do this every month. They do not take responsibility for the continual mistakes they make and they are rude when their mistakes are pointed out. If you have another option, avoid this place at all costs.

Normally I really like using this pharmacy even though it is way out of my way. But they hired a new lady and she is very rude. I think I might give the one in Fort Smith another try.

Worse communications ever. They don’t know if you are signed up for delivery or pickup. Every time you have to call them to get your Orderdelivered. Then you have to fill out a form to let them know you get delivery. They tell you on the phone your order is ready and when you get there and wait In line they tell you your order isn’t ready yet. They text you too much for unnecessary things. but don’t text back important things like sending one text that says they are delivering and then another to say you need to pick it up. They need to get it together!!!😵💫

Each month the pharmacy service gets worse. I go in to fill my prescription they send you on your way and say wait for a text. I used to be able to wait 10-15 min in store for it. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Pharmacist and a couple ladies very rude and disrespectful !! The one lady was upset cause she had to rerun my new insurance and had to run a Goodrx coupon !! And told me you know you will have to wait !!Am not happy at allTwo days in a roll i had to put up with them being hatefulThe pharmacist even yelled and i mean yelled didn’t i run this yesterdayAnd replied yes you didRemember you all messed it up then throw the bag at the co workerThe two men behind me was in shock cause of the pharmacistI will not be back i can’t believe how disrespectful they areAnd note this happened today 3/13/2023&3/14/2023

This pharmacy is terrible..my Dr sent the prescription in at 11 am...didn't hear anything at 4 called the pharmacy and was told when you come in it will be filled. Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru to be told go back through and it will be filled if noone was behind me...the line was full...its been another hour and still nothing. This medication is for my daughter who tested positive for the flu. I told the pharmacy who had to concern what so ever....this is the 2nd time I've had issues with this store. I also waited 3 days for my personal medication on my last pcp visit. I will be changing pharmacy. This location is a joke... after 7 pm closing time 2 hours later and still no medication. Soon as I can get this prescription moved I'm done with this location..

Pharmacy customer service is awful. On 3/28/22 at 10:29 the morning I called the pharmacy and asked if my prescription was filled, the guy who answered the phone said "yes", I told him I'd be there in 15 minutes, he said "that's fine". When I got there the girl told me it will take 25-30 minutes, I told her that I called and they told me it was ready, she just said "sorry". After 30 minutes of waiting in the car I decided to go through drive-through, and the girl at the window said "oh, sorry, I forgot to fill it", I waited at the window and they finally filled it. Very unprofessional and indifferent. They seem like they really hate their job.

I was with another local Pharmacy and was treated very badly from the other pharmacies customer service so i decided to transfer my prescriptions to CVS and from the moment I spoke with them on the phone to actually picking up my prescriptions I was treated like a Valued Customer and with respect. Very kind caring and knowledgeable Pharmacy staff. The store is very well laid out and the isles are wide enough to access the needed items without knocking things off the shelves. Well Done.

Find somewhere else to get any form of immunizations done. I made an appointment today for an immunization and they had the pharmacy lobby closed. They gave no warnings for my appointment cancelation until an hour after my sceduled appointment time. Go to the pharmacy down the road instead.

WORST EMPLOYEES IN YOUR PHARMACY. YOU DENIED GETTING MY SONS MEDICATION EVEN THOUGH IT WAS 1:20 AND YOU SAID HIS MEDICATION WAS READY AND THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN ITS "NOT" READY AFTER ASKING TO SEE HIS MEDICAID CARD TO GET THE MEDICATION. BASICALLY YALLS LUNCH BREAK WAS MORE IMPORTANT THAN A 11 MONTH OLD NEEDING MEDICATION FOR HIS INFECTED EYES WITH PINK EYE. IVE WORKED FOR WALMART AND THEY DONT LET ALL EMPLOYEES GO FOR LUNCH!!! HALF ARE TO STAY BEHIND AND HELP PEOPLE IN NEED. POOOOOOOOR SERVICE AND I WONT EVER BE BACK AFTER TODAY.

Called to have a pharmacy script transferred from CVS/CAREMARK to the store. CVS/CAREMARK messed up my order twice until I was out of meds so I asked to have the script transferred to a local store so I could pickup. I called the store and the gentleman was very little help, he wasn’t interested that I was out of medicine and said that he would call when the script came in. Two days and no call back so I call the store and the message to call CVS/CAREMARK to transfer the script was laying on a desk not called in yet. Very unprofessional, will not use again.

Today I went to CVS in Van Buren to pick up some medical insulin syringes. I have bought them there before. Each time it has gotten harder to deal with the staff. Today I I got fed up with them. I again brought my prescription which requires syringes to use and showed it to the pharmacy staff. Instead of treating me like a patient and customer they treated me like a drug addict. I will be seeking legal counsel. I am now banned from CVS in Van Buren because I took my anger out on two of their little displays. I'm not done with you CVS. It is NOT against the law to sell medical insulin syringes. It does not matter where someone fills a prescription at. You violated my HIPPA rights. I should see you in court.UPDATE: I called their customer complaint line today. Described to the person what happened. I doubt they care. Just another nameless face. I will never use CVS for anything ever again.

The pharmacy has literally never been able to fill any prescriptions for me. It’s like they keep bare minimum stock, telling me it will be 24-48 hours for a prescription I need immediately. I always end up having to call the prescription into Walgreens, so I ended up switching pharmacies altogether.

My husband has had the same pharmacy insurance for at least 3 years. Every month our prescription are never the same price month to month. Now they are charging us for a 90 day supply but only giving us 30 day supply. The insurance company even called CVs and told them they are charging too much and their excuse was "he changed insurance". Funny thing to say to the insurance company that can look up and see he has had the same insurance for 3 years.

I'm a type 1 diabetic. CVS told me they would keep my insulin in stock. They don't. I sometimes have to wait 5 days or more for them to get it. They lie about their service and have no regard for your health.

DO NOT USE THE VAN BUREN STORE FOR YOUR MEDS. They have messed up every order I have had there and lied about so many things it is not funny! (Said they had to call a dr on Sunday to get refill ok!(Drs don't do that on weekends)Said meds was not going to be ready until 7pm (and they close at 6pm). Say you meds will be ready on one day and two days later it is still not filled! Had 2 meds refilled and they only put one on insurance and charged me full price for the other!) That is just a few things we have happen just the few months we have been going there! No more I will drive the extra few miles and go to Fort Smith to get my meds.
