Great cheeseburger, french fries, and soft drinks. The burger was tasty....honestly....the fries could have been a little more done....my opinion. The ice cream was reasonable priced.Friendly and helpful counter staff. Food was available fast and hot.

I had never been here before and had no idea there was a market inside!? Super cool!Very clean, well organized. Friendly staff. We ordered two burger meals - the California chipotle burger and the pepper jack one. Both were really good for fast food. The fries were tasty too...nice and crisp on the outside but still a bit soft in the middle. The dipping sauce was tasty and unique - I actually liked that it was thin. The kids got chicken tenders that were big thick pieces and they enjoyed them. The chocolate shake was the perfect compliment to meal. The boys also tried a strawberry limeade and it had real ingredients - pieces of strawberry bits in the cup. The three meals were priced affordably for what we received considering we've spent more at McDonald's. I will for sure go back.

We had a great experience. I order a special burger. It took a second to get it right, then it was still missing the ordered bacon. They took care of that quickly. They were swamped but still managed to take care of each customer in a timely manner. Ice cream was good as always.

We didn't get to eat here because they wouldn't serve us. We walked in, there were probably 10-ish other parties sitting and eating. It was around 530-6 pm. We walked in to order and the lady at the counter started yelling at us and the party behind us that the only thing open was the store and drive through.So my review is of the store. They were well stocked and had what we needed, but some of the stock they had on the shelves was expired. I did try to point it out when we checked out but the checker brushed it off.We were told to go through the drive through when we walked in. So as the same lady was checking us out at the store I told me kids to figure out what they wanted so we could order through the drive thru and the cashier told me "don't even bother, my manager just told me we took our last order and were closed now." But, while we were loading into the car we watched them take drive thru orders. But, whatever, the Golden Arches were open and happy to take our money.

Since there are no Braum's stores in my region(mid-west Missouri) we jumped at the chance to make a pit stop on our way to TX. It was every bit as good as I remember. Super tasty burgers, big crinkle cut fries and fresh made iced tea. Clean store and restrooms with easy access to the freeway. If Braum's were to open a store in or near Cass County, MO they've got happy customers ready to go!If you are lucky enough to have a Braum's near you, please support them. And don't sleep on the grocery side! Dairy, meats, produce, snacks and by far the BEST store brand ice cream/fro-yo anywhere. Perfect for those mid-week fill in restocks.

Went to Braum's for lunch and got the chicken strip dinner. The lady that took my order and my money was very pleasant, however, the lady who handed me my food was rude. She Just kind of tossed my food at me. I did not receive any napkins, plastic wear, nor butter with my to go order. Do you seriously have to ask for plastic wear, napkins, and butter for a to go order? We've all been eating since birth and should know what is needed for a meal! I've never had to ask that at any Braums I've went to. Apparently, some staff need more training.

Braums is a rare treat so I made it a point to stop when I was passing through. The grocery side was very cute and clean, and my food was awesome. I just wish we had one in Little Rock!

Braum's is always solid. I have never been disappointed with their quality or prices. It's obviously not the best thing in the world but you can't go wrong with Braum's. Staff is always friendly.

I went to two Braun's stores to and from my trip thru north west Arkansas. We stopped at the first one going, I think in Alma. It was so filthy. There were so many smears down the tops of the ice cream cases you couldn't read the names of the flavors. And the flavors were not listed anywhere else. The counters behind the servers was trashed. There were toppings all over it. The trash container in the counter was overrunning. I know the place was packed and bus loads of people were coming in, there should have been a designated person to be constantly cleaning. This was just the ice cream area. I don't know about the cooked food area. The store part seemed to be organized and clean. The same was for the store we stopped at on the way back in Ft Smith. You really need to clean up your act!

I just love this place just a block off the interstate . Very easy to access open till 10 pm .great for hamburger and ice cream and Sundays are the best. Customer service really good. Servers are generally your kids who are just starting there first job and learning about good customer service. GOD love they do really well. But I love this place for breakfast or lunch or just treat you'll love it too

Food has always been good and ice cream too. It's definitely not five star food as a whole, but for what's available around here this place deserves it. That and the people here are way more pleasant to deal with than a lot of the other options.

Floor is always very slippery can’t count how many times people have almost fallen. Staff is great but not perfect sometimes messes up orders. Pretty clean. Food tastes ok sometimes bland.
