The store offers a satisfactory variety of items, however, there is a chance of receiving damaged or malfunctioning goods. The performance of the employees fluctuates, with some days being satisfactory while others fall short. There appears to be a lack of integrity in certain instances. Even though the products are intriguing, they are priced higher than average, and haggling over the price may not be well-received.

This shop is high class all the way around. With great deals on quality products, fair negotiations, and conversations so sophisticated you’ll almost feel obligated to pay a tuition fee, you can’t go wrong with this shop.

I have been reading the reviews left in the past and felt I needed to review. Bear Mountain is under new ownership and you should definitely stop in and see the difference. Great selection with fair prices and very knowledgeable, friendly staff. You can't go wrong doing business with Tim.

I don't know who the previous owner was because I'm new to area, I've been here for a little over a year and bought a couple gun and other things and Tim is good people and treats his customers right and I consider him a friend too. I'd recommend this shop to anyone, their friendly people.

i will never go here again. The convenience of location is not enough. Constantly low-balling people on prices, Bad attitude from staff. nothing is worse than being treated like trash just because you're in a pawn shop. Advice to owners>> HIRE NEW STAFF WITHOUT STICKS UP THEIR BUMS.<< Returned 4 years later. Still the same attitude. Possibly a front for other ACTIVITIES

Only met Tim once but no way is he anything but super friendly and helpful, unlike the apparent old owners. Gave me an unreal deal on a set of clubs and I’m planning on getting a gun soon. Super place to check out!

They are theifs. I had put 200$ on a gun i was going to buy and had alot of stuff happen where I ended up not being able to buy the gun.. I went back a few months later to get my money back and was told I didn't have any money there.. they kept my money and didn't even give me in store credit.

Every time I try to pawn here I get a looooong winded story of why my item is not worth anything, yet I can drive across town with the same merchandise and have no problems, no long winded story and no hassles.This shop is the worst Low Ballers in Van Buren.

One of the worst pawn shops to deal with pawn something and pick it up the next day but yet still pay the full price of pawn for a month. Seems like there only out to make money instead of getting repeat customers

With it being under new ownership it has changed a lot. They give you the worth of the item and they don’t try to low ball. Don’t let the last owner stop you from coming here and trying the face to face experience
