Low flow diesel pumps. SUPER SLOW!!! Scale broken. Bathroom door broken. Toilet broken. $20 to park overnight? It's a dump from the diesel side. Inside store not too bad. I wouldn't eat their food based on the way the rest of the place is run though. Not a truck stop.

Nice gas station/convenience store just off Interstate 55. They have all snacks and drinks you would expect at such a store. They also have a selection of hot foods at time. Good place to get something to eat, fuel, or make a pit stop if you're in the area.

If I could give this place a zero or negative number, I would. I went to use the restroom and couldn't even step in the door. It was so disgusting and repulsive, I have never seen a restroom this filthy. The floor was COVERED in toilet paper with PILES in the corners and in the stalls. The one stall I could see, the door was open and the toilet was full of toilet paper and gross, obviously plugged. The smell was worse than a portapotty at a week long beer garden that had never been emptied. I turned around to leave. I refused to use this disgusting facility. The employees were sitting behind the counter on their phones doing nothing. The diesel pump we pulled up to didn't work. We had to move to another. Not an easy feat pulling a 42 foot fifth wheel. There were potholes so large the whole camper was tipped so I couldn't open the door to use my own restroom. This place will be out of business soon.

Lady came knocking on doors at 7am said u have to pay or move or you will be towed. $20.00 to park here?! Nope. I would give kess than 1 star if I could. If u have it a trucker brought it. Never coming back.

10/14/23 11AM. Trash EVERYWHERE. All outside trash cans overflowing. Bathroom trash can full and trash all over the floor. I wish I hadn’t pumped and paid for gas before going in to use the restroom. They didn’t deserve a dime of my money.

The place is a dump. The restrooms are so filthy they're not usable, the areas by the diesel pumps are all huge potholes, only some of the pumps work, there's trash everywhere outside, the entrance and exit have huge potholes alongside. Looking at the disrepair of the place we didn't think it would be safe to even try any of the food there!

Truck parking is $20! I paid the 20 bucks at 7:48 p.m. and still had someone beating on my door at 10 o'clock at night, telling me I needed to go pay for parking.

Very dirty parking lot. Only stopped because of repair for fellow traveler. Glad it was there but it could be cleaned up a little. Mid day is very busy with fed-ex trailer swap

Absolutely the rudest person I've ever been around.went in to ask for help with the pumps and the worker hardly acknowledge me,then said with clenching teeth"Jesus Christ" when I asked her to help me. I tried my card at the pump and it said authorized but the pump didn't cut on, that's why I needed her help.she said I was doing it wrong, so when I tried it again it said decline bc of the security features on my card, trying it twice within a couple minutes made it decline, and she said it's bc you have no money ,that's why it didn't work, so I drove to a different pump and it worked.i went ahead and went in and bought a couple items and the same woman took my money and slammed it on the counter in front of me instead of handing it to me. As a retail store manager I know this is in no way acceptable behavior.

Trucks drivers don't go there they charge for parking. One of the tire of the trailer blow up I get inside to see if there not going to be a problem to stay there until someone comes to change the tire then I would leave and the guy told me that I still have to pay $20 dollars really. If there weren't for us trucks drivers they will not have a business 😒 🙄

Personally I wouldn’t even give them one star but you must to write a review. My daughter and myself stop to fuel up and get some snacks the woman behind the register was so rude and disrespectful to my daughter and did not treat me much better, as I was leaving there was a sign that said the business was under new management. 🤔

👎👎👎👎👎 I could tell that this started out as a really nice store. Possibly had a a renovation in the past. But just like others, somebody bought this store looking to make some money. The store makes good money but nobody wants to fix anything, clean anything, etc. They want the money but don't want to invest back into their infrastructure to keep it clean and nice looking and appealing to customers. Then they have the nerve to CHARGE people for PARKING??? WHAT ARE WE GETTING FOR OUR MONEY? This isn't how Americans run a business. What you have might be acceptable in whatever country you came from. But it's NOT acceptable here. I know nothing will be done . I just came to vent. Truck drivers work hard and deserve better treatment and facilities for our money. That's why stores like Buc-ee's, Wally's, the Big Five truck stops, do so well because they are clean and inviting, fresh food you can see and smell, and, in spite of their high prices, you feel like you're getting something for your money. Not dry unseasonably bland food and dirty bathrooms. Not coming back. I'll stick to the larger truck stops with FREE PARKING, better food, and clean bathrooms. And SHOWERS. which you don't have. ✌

I don't really think I stopped at the same place as the rest of the people that left reviews? I'm pretty sure my review will never show up on this site because the Turrell travel center that I stopped at was a filthy disgusting dump that should be condemned by the health dept.. I'll never stop there again and couldn't recommend it to my worst enemy

Great food! Amazing Gizzards! I stopped in on my way to Memphis from Blytheville, food was superb, friendly staff and the nicest smelling restroom I've been in, in a long while. The store seems overall Great! New owners and new managers from what I understand. Will definitely be back. Oh and if u stop in grab a slice of pizza or the whole thing....I had one made and it reminded me of how pizzas tasted when I was a kid "nice and hot with cheese that stretched for days" and best part it only cost $10.99 plus tax. Y'all know that's an awesome price. Great parking in the rear or on the sides for big trucks. Might make this my everyday stop!

Walking into the bathroom felt like I was walking into a dirty used old dish sponge but the smell was more urine. The rest of the store was not much better, but the pizza was decent the guy working was super nice and parking wasn't bad at all.

Don’t stop here unless you are desperate for gas or a potty. Really worn—no air conditioning. Ladies restroom door doesn’t shut. Had running water and soap and a hand dryer that worked great, though.

I see alot of people complaining. I parked here for my 10 hour at 8pm. Went in got a pizza and a couple drinks. The lady at the register was nice and helpful. Pizza was pretty good considering its not a pizza parlor.

Contrary to Turrell Travel Center's ad, the restrooms were NOT clean! The men's restroom had unflushed porcelain piddle & poo pots, and no paper to use to dry hands. Maybe we got there too early for the cleanup crew, but somebody was restocking the shelves.

I wish, I would like to give TTC Zero star. I checked online Turrell travel center are open 24 hours. But they never open 24 hours. Second in the store front glass say they are open from 6 am to 10 pm. But still they not open , right now timing 6.34 am. Many customers coming and going without buy a cup of coffee. Customers can't buy a coffe, Because they see store are closed. If you guys can't open the store and pump on time. Then closed permanently remove all the sign...
