I’m highly disappointed in the services of this Walmart! I ordered a cake for my daughter 3-4 days in advance and the lady STILL got my baby’s cake order wrong! Did not label the cake properly! And gave my baby the wrong cake after I stated my daughter doesn’t like yellow cake! It’s her birthday and she didn’t even get to enjoy her cake ! I picked the cake up Thursday! Her birthday was Friday and they’re trying to make me wait until Monday to get a replacement cake!!! Clearly they have lost their minds!! I’m livid!!!! Talking about “they only have one cake decorator, and she’s off today “ you CANT be serious 😤 NO ONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS ON THEIR BIRTHDAY! Completely UNPROFESSIONAL ‼️

Twice in the same month while using, scan and go walking out the door. How to stop for a supposedly random check of my groceries? I believe it's because I was using the scan Google app and brought my own bag in instead of taking out their plastic ones. But the straw that broke the camels back was when I use the app when I was traveling in fort Worth Texas then when I got back to Texarkana almost out of gas they would not let me use my phone because they said I needed to have the card that was on it with me to give him the number and the security code. Instead I had to go home without gas. Hi carlosest support line and that's why they do this and how come? Even though I have my driver's license and I couldn't just get the gas over at the window or why they do it in the first place they said they would find out. Let me know. They never did. Joe, I canceled my Walmart Plus subscription. They must not need me or they would at least call back with me on it.

Customer service is horrible. People are not friendly like a few years ago. Too many "youngsters" and older associates who think they're what's happening.... I try not to go to Walmart because the atmosphere is not pleasant any more. The self checkouts are friendlier than the actual people

I like how I can pretty much get whatever I need in store and if it's not there I can try another store or more than likely get it online. It's your one-stop-shop for your everyday needs and then some. Great for us poor folk. Lol!!!

It is a super Walmart. It is big and clean inside. I have shopped here 3 times (when in neighborhood). This time as I went down the aisles, I found a smaller bottle (75 fl Oz, 57 loads) of laundry detergent. For an older retired person that doesn't do a lot of laundry, this is easy to handle. I was happy. Some of the smaller Walmarts are not carrying the smaller bottles. They have moved to the bigger, heavier bottles. The parking lot outside is not the cleanest, but still rates 4 stars.

Arkansas-side WM is in Arkansas. allways a helper standing around watching, maybe wanting to help. good products, good assistance.only get whats on the list or prepare to spend mucho dinero $$$

I really like this location. The customer service is great, the prices are good, the selection of items in the different departments is always nice. They have a few things you cannot get at other Walmarts in the surrounding towns. I took pictures of a few. This location is the first one I have seen with what looked like a lounge area. Comfy chairs! The store is clean. The parking lot is usually clean and well lit. The management we had a chance to speak to were all smiles, nice sense of humor, and very helpful.

Be more professional when dealing with customers. Don't just tell them something to get them out of your shop.I did get taking care of in the end,but it shouldn't have had to go there.I bought my roadside side protection for a reason. And it's not to have to go through a back and forth conversation with your shop lead associate,. In order to get service done.

This lady named Stacy is very unprofessional and ghetto at the register talking about Customers while ignoring me waiting to be checked out and told me she was closed so she could gossip she really needs to be fired. She’s a little bit too old with this type of behavior but what do you expect? I guess it is Walmart

Crowded. Not enough employees to help customers they were all personal shoppers. Too few checkouts. Not going to stand in line to check myself out with two buggies full of groceries.

Very nice store this is the texarkana location. my wife and I shopped there on our way from Pearland tx to murfreesboro Arkansas today and we hade a good shopping experience. The thirty pack of bud light beer is around twenty bucks and the produce was real fresh even the day after Thanksgiving. It was really nice seeing a subway as the in house food restaurant.

Was there to get stuff for my fur babies, and the young man in the pet department was so helpful helped me find exactly what I needed to help my animals and gave me food for thought on what could be the cause of the skin issue they were having with his personal experience that I didn't even realize could be hurting my babies. Thank you Josh for your valuable insight, and yes we have fire ants, so hope your puppy is doing well that medication shampoo has helped my pets so much. Will definitely come back there with such a helpful employee 👏!

I don't like Walmart ..this one in Atlanta Texas the pharmacy sucks people don't care about the job sad. Cashier's are depressed and bored. If I have to check out my groceries I should get paid for doing their job. Or at least give a major discount.

9/11/23 an out of town friend of mine shopped in store last night. When she returned to her vehicle she noticed her tire was flat. She returned to store, went to automotive/tire and asked if they would change her tire. She was told "No, we are closing in 9 minutes and we won't help."I have lived here 6 weeks have purchased a several hundred dollars of product in the last 6 weeks love 2 miles from Arkansas Blvd location, BUT YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS.

I really wish I could give zero stars to this locations. Every time I come in, not only are they out of everything, but their electronics department is HORRIBLE. Every time I have had an experience here, they have employees scheduled in the area that are not trained to do most of the job, ESPECIALLY the photo lab. Their managers have absolutely no idea what's going on, how to fix an issue or how to do the job themselves. Tonight, for example, we waited for an hour for pictures to print, and then were told the machine was out of paper. A manager was called several times and we waited another 45 minutes for one to even show up. We were then told "you will just need to come back tomorrow because noone here knows how to change paper in the photo copier." So there are a few problems with that... why do you as the on duty manager not know how to eleviate issues within the store - any area? Why are we scheduling BRAND NEW ASSOCIATES by themselves in areas where they can't even ask for help? That's bad management and I feel so sorry for the employees thrown to the wolves. Walmart, you're setting them up for failure. The "manager," ap something... was very rude and not very personable or empathetic. I know it's just pictures, and typically I'm someone who would have just come back. But this experience was absolutely horrible and I was honestly beside myself. I have worked in customer service and management for years and I just could not believe what was taking place. It was disorganized, inconvenient for EVERYONE, and a real world example of what not to do when running a retail store... I wish I could say it was surprising but from this location, it was anything but.

This Walmart Super Center was easy to get to off I30. We were able to get in and out quick. No long lines. My little dog with separation anxiety was able to come inside with me as we shopped for what we needed. Thank god because I don’t want to be on the news as someone leaving my dog in the car in the hot heat. Great Walmart Super center.
