Was trying to help my nephew get his medicine he desperately needed from another state and they were cold, rude, and extremely unhelpful or sympathetic. Customer service isn't the same as what it used to be when people cared about each other. So sad :( do better Walmart

I don’t even know where to start….they don’t answer phone calls, when you call a medication in it’s never ready and some times never even gets processed. It’s quite ridiculous.

Every month I have to wait at least 15 minutes or more in store despite being told when my mother's prescriptions will be ready. I usually have to make several calls before I can get any staff to answer the phone. I will be transferring my mother's prescriptions to Walgreens as I've never had any problems with picking up prescriptions on time.

Was trying to phone in a medication for a patient and spoke to a pharmacist who was difficult to understand due to her accent... I unfortunately had to ask her to repeat herself twice (i did so in the most polite manner possible) and she responded in an insulting, rude and completely unprofessional manner. You would think that being a healthcare professional, she would be a little more patient and kind to others. I would never recommend that any of my patients visit this pharmacy...

I was in Walmart’s Pharmacy yesterday, as I am every month. Evelyn, Angie, Nell, and Andrea have always greeted me with a smile, and it’s always nice to go to a place as large as Walmart where they know you by name. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people or pharmacy.

Andrea at the pharmacy was extremely rude which caught me by surprise because other employees at this pharmacy have been extremely polite and helpful in the past. Hopefully she will change her rude persona bybthe next time I go in.

Even though their pharmacy is open they fail to answer the phone. Called 10 times to verify a prescription came through because it didn't the first time. I drove to the store finally to verify. Very poor customer service!

I called take sure a prescription was ready. When I got there it wasn't. It is always so busy and takes forever. Use a different pharmacy.
