I need to tell you how well they took care of my Irish Setter Clark. Back story he is a rescue from years of abandonment. He has a new lease on life with us, and these wonderful people. They got him in, cleaned up, trimmed and ready to go. Clark is not used to being groomed, they treated him so well. Thank you for being so considerate of him.

Informative, friendly, and professional staff. The dog grooming service was thorough and well done.They even kept us dry while walking to my car in the middle of a rainstorm. If that's not customer service, I don't know what is. We will definitely be back!

They did a totally amazing job with our Australian Shepherd. She looks beautiful. Better than she ever has. She’s an older dog and they patiently spent a lot of time with her. If you’re looking for a top notch quality groomer this is the place to go. Definitely the only place we will go back to. Thank you

Need to let y’all know about a bad experience.After waiting a little more than one month for my appointment to get my girl a haircut…I am very disappointed. I have a “Brittany”, you might know them as a “Brittany Spaniel”, although the AKC removed “Spaniel” in 1981, but I digress. I gave the folks working a website that provided step-by-step instructions on how to cut a Brittany’s hair…so, I thought even though they’ve never cut a Brittany before, they can read – so all be okay, right? Wrong. I don’t think they clipped her at all. Her ear hairs were still really long, her long hairs on the backs of her legs were completely untouched. I sincerely think I paid $75 for a bath and a nail trim.Oh and to top everything off…when I left this morning, I told the folks that I work a “normal” job, but will be able to pick her up between 4 – 5PM and was told that works great. Along about 2pm, they text me and tell me that my girl is finished and is ready to be picked up and if I could do it by 3pm that would be great, b/c they are wanting to leave early.I don't know if they'd had a week of Monday's (today is/was a Wednesday) or they are simply unable to read --- or maybe just don't care?

Cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was. I just adopted a dog out of Texas that was relayed as far as Texarkana. I came in from Mississippi to meet them and pick up my new baby. He stunk! It had rained before the puppy left and breeder didn't have a chance to bathe before 1st relay arrived. I called One of a Kind Pet Spa and they were willing to work the baby in so I could get back on the road. I was able to get back on the road within 1 hr 45 min with a fresh smelling, clean puppy with nails done and the cutest blue bow tie. I have never had such amazing service! I can't recommend this spa enough!!

I brought my two large dogs to be groomed for the very first time. One of them is a very anxious dog so I was nervous to leave her in someone’s hands but these ladies took such good care of them both. ❤️ After having to bath them twice bc my anxious one had an accident all over both of them AFTER their bath. I drove an hour for their services and it was worth it!Great customer service.Great groomersGreat with my babies ❤️Molly, the anxious one, looks like a completely different dog 😍Before and after!

Crystina was so sweet to get my Darcy in at the last minute for her anal glands and nail trim. You can tell she loves her clients and loves what she does. I will definitely refer her to others. Lisa was also very sweet and the customer service was wonderful. The kitty cat hanging out was icing on the cake. You could tell he is loved.

Crystina is a wonderful, fabulous groomer !!! I am extremely picky when it comes to who I take my furbabies to, but I must say she definitely meets and exceeds my expectations !!! One of a kind pet spa is set up like a "home" so it has that warm welcoming atmosphere which made a huge difference for not only me, but also for my dog's. The set up and atmosphere allowed my dog's to stay calm and relaxed !! My small dog has bad anxiety, she has always freaked out going for grooming, but with Crystina /one of a kind pet spa, she was able to stay relaxed. I know she is loved when she goes in bc she is always happy to go in, just as happy as she is when I pick her up !!! Crystina is VERY POLITE, RESPECTFUL, and CARING !!! She obviously loves to groom and enjoy /love every pet that comes in for her service's !!! She has VERY REASONABLE prices , after going to several other groomers in this area, I can say I have paid WAY TO MUCH for services other's gave, I get well worth the money I've paid elsewhere from the service we receive at One of a kind pet spa !!! I feel she could easily charge more and the price be well worth it, but she has AMAZING prices, so I'm getting wonderful service for very little money !!!

My Pomeranian/Poodle is very skittish but the girls there put him at ease. They were very good with him. Finally we found a groomer me and my baby feels comfortable with him staying and being pampered! Thanks girls!

Wonderful service. My dog suffers from hot spots due to allergies and seasonal issues....she is so helpful to keep him nice and tidy and helps them heal. Not to mention how wonderfully kind she is and you can tell she truly cares about about the pets. I've been driving from Arkadelphia to Texarkana for One of A Kind!
