I hauled my boat here from Houston to get some electronics put on and had trailer issues when I arrived. The guys in the shop did everything they could to get me back up and going. Very good shop and even better people. Would highly recommend using them.

Was looking for a new fish finder setup and the dealer kept calling Jones Trolling Motor to get the answers. They ended up sending me to Jones to make sure it was installed correctly. They did awesome, clean work, knew what they were talking about, sold me on a good unit...but haven't helped me catch any more fish. MOST IMPORTANTLY they set up a transducer that works while I'm running my main motor. That was a deal killer. Jones told me no problem. Everyone who has ridden with me is very jealous. Thanks guys. Excellent work!!

Carry one of the largest trolling motor parts inventory’s of any I believe . Needed a Minn Kota 112 ultrex lower and shaft and they unlike anywhere else I called had it in stock and was delivered in VA 2 days after ordering which was amazing . Definitely recommend to anyone needing parts or repair

AWESOME customer service. Called Jones about a problem with my trolling motor expecting to receive a standard answer to box it up and ship it. John answered the phone and asked a few questions about my symptoms and gave me directions on how to triage. He was 100% correct and I found my voltage problem in about 30 minutes. I'll be fishing this weekend! You just don't get this kind of customer service these days! Thanks John!

Went in to have a new Fish Finder installed, a puck put in to have depth read at speed and to have my running and anchor lights repaired, when I picked up my boat the new fish finder was installed lights had not been touched nor had the puck been installed to read depth at speed.Forward one month, Garmin Fish Finder died, returned it to Jones and was told they would take care of it as it was in warranty, which was great, I would have to wait a month for the unit was on back order, OK whatever so I waited. At least now I'll get the lights and puck installed.Forward five or so weeks, boats ready come get it I'm told, awesome, I went to pick it up (200 mile round trip each time).Conclusion: Lights had not been fixed, I paid for a front (nav) light that I was told I had to jam in a wiggle for a while for it to work, "but it will work eventually", depth does not work at speed or at all, new unit has only one working sonar screen out of, traditional, no side view or any other sonar type, three screw had been removed from a swivel seat, the jet ski plug that I used specifically because it had a tag that kept it with the boat had been broken.Called Ladd and explained (voice mail) that nothing had been repaired with absolutely no response.800 miles of driving, just shy of $2,000.00 spent and have more problems now than I started with two months ago.I'd only had one reference and was told they did great work, and maybe they do, however, my experience resulted in nothing repaired, lost money, time wasted and nick knacks of my boat removed or broken. Gave a 2 star over a 1 star because even while I was getting royally screwed they were very cordial.

What a great resource for unique problems one may have with older products. John was great in offering to help and give advice when I was looking for expertise on an older Motorguide trolling motor. He could not only offer advice from years of experience but to source the parts as well. Two thumbs up!

I'm sorry to give such a negative review. I have used Jones trolling motor service for years. However; it's a business I would not recommend now. When you take your boat in check it closely. It's, " never anything they did to cause additional repairs." Just saying!

Recently had a new Lowrance Ghost & Garmin Livescope installed on my boat by Yoder & his team. Was able to purchase the equipment from them & had them professionally install all of it. Yoder went above & beyond installing the equipment, treating the install like it was his own boat, reworking all the wiring, added breakers to protect my investment, he even set the graphs up and provided training on how to use all of it! He even offered to go out on the water and show me how to use it! The one thing that impressed me the most was he even told me he would make sure that my boat would not be left out in the weather, after I dropped it off to stay overnight,, I didn’t even have to ask!! Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received!! Thank you Yoder & team!!
